I can get you taken care of on Monday. Sent me a text Monday morning. Got a nice new unit and it’s already cooling off in my house. Great professional service.

Bill Bailey came out to replace my old AC unit and did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, efficient in his work, and takes the time to explain to the customer what they need to know regarding their AC. He truly cares about his customers and makes sure they are taken care of. He works hard and at fair, honest prices. I’d recommend Bill and his team 10/10 times!

I think this is my first time writing a google review - had to take the time to thank Bailey Air Conditioning for their amazing service. My AC unit almost went out earlier this summer and he was here within the hour of me reaching out to have it looked at. Before we even had to suffer a fully non functioning unit in this heat, I had a brand new top of the line unit set up and functioning. He was kind, knowledgeable, and went out of his way in multiple different ways in the whole process. You don’t get this kind of service for his affordable price anywhere else in Waco! His service is worth far more than he charged.

Bill and his crew did a great job replacing our A/C during some of the hottest days of the year, he was able to source parts quickly and has checked up on us several times to make sure everything was good. The day we called he even tried setting up a tent and fans on the existing unit to try to get it to work through the night. I have a lot of respect for him and his crew.Good price, excellent work and a hard working group of guys that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Bill Bailey installed our home A/C unit in 2019 and we were beyond thankful for his quick installation and the excellent unit we have enjoyed these past years. We were particularly interested in a unit that controlled humidity and his suggestion did not disappoint! We needed the unit checked this week and he made an appointment the very next day. He answered all my questions and gave me clear and easy instructions for some basic yearly maintenance. Bill Bailey is honest, hardworking and cares about his customers. Waco is so lucky to have him!

Amazing customer service! Our A/C went out on Saturday night so we called Bill the next morning (after seeing great reviews & recommendations from others around Robinson.)He answered the phone on a Sunday morning & was at our home within an hour. Found our issue, had the correct parts on hand & even walked us through recommendations to make the most out of our current unit (the unit that was sold with our manufactured home was NOT large enough for our square footage but Mr. Bailey helped us on ideas to make it work for the time being.)I love the fact he is a local guy & someone we could count on during a Texas heat weekend!Thank you!!! In the end all was well and working!!! We had a few hiccups along the way but its all good now and grateful to their dedication to get my heat working properly. Bill was sick but still made his way to my home to find the problem. It was frustrating at times....and it was very cold!!! But things were not an issue that he couldnt fix...and I do appreciate his dedication to make sure all was working!!! Once again...THANK YOU!!!

I returned home after work and immediately knew something bad was wrong with my AC unit. I called after hours and Bailey Heating & Air responded right away. He stated that they could come tomorrow. I received a call/text first thing in the morning and they were on their way. They explained what was wrong and was able to get my AC back and running. I was thinking worst case scenario and stressed about finances. Nope they fixed what needed to be fixed and it was very reasonable! Thank you very much for coming out as fast as yall could. I definitely recommend this company.
