Last fall, we needed installation of a new walk-in freezer for a QSR. Marks team was able to handle this affordably, without any problem, and with a high level of professionalism and friendliness.Fast forward to last month, and unfortunately we had a major issue with the new compressor that was due to a manufacturer defect. Again Marks team showed up the same day to take of it and they also handled all the requisite paperwork for the warranty claim.Both times theyve taken a very stressful situation and helped out tremendously. I highly recommend Austin Industrial Refrigeration and will be calling them exclusively for any future refrigeration needs for our business. -

After a couple experiences with some less than reputable commercial repair services, Austin Industrial was a breath of fresh air. Fair prices and well executed repairs. Went above and beyond to perform same day repairs, and followed up the next business day on another minor issue with the equipment. Heard about them through a referral, and very thankful for that. -
