Ive got nothing but great things to say about working with Randy and the whole team at Ausco Air. Randy has installed a new system for us that was super complicated due to the age of our home and he knew real solutions. When weve has any issues, hes there often within a few hours. He is a straight shooter which I prefer. Ive never felt pressured to upgrade or that I was paying too much. Trust is very hard to find in the Maintenance Man world and I sleep better knowing we have an honest AC guy a phone call away. Hes funny too. Would recommend to my parents, friends and coworkers anytime. Thanks for all you do!

Quick, painless, knowledgeable, and competitively priced.I had an excellent experience with Ausco. First of all, of three companies I called, they were the only one available to come out the next day.I was able to give them a diagnostic code to narrow down the problem. Immediately, the experienced tech Randy tackled the issue by eliminating all possibilities before a part replacement. When he realized a replacement was necessary, he promptly secured the last part in the area.Randy was pleasant to work with and didnt mind explaining to me what he was doing. Thank you Ausco 😁👍
