Russell came out to our house this summer to make sure everything was on the up and up with our HVAC. He was very informative, personable and professional. We liked him so much that we wanted Audrain to do our heating and cooling for our addition we’re working on. The office could stand to work on their communication.

My A/C went down yesterday evening so called and left a message. Was called back first thing the next morning and was told a tech would be out that day. Received a call before noon that a technician was on his way. He was Super nice and he found the issue quickly and fixed it immediately. From the time he called to the time he had me back up and running was less than 20 minutes! He checked over my unit to make sure there were no more issues and also washed it off. My bill was reasonable. I highly recommend Audrain!

Love the entire team at Audrain! They are so friendly and do great work. They are always ready to help and dont try to force a bunch of extras on you. They kept my old unit running for years even when it probably shouldnt have. Truly great team!

I called first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment was pleasantly suprised when they could be here the same day. The tech that came out (Tanner) was very young and I had reservations about his ability. His professionalism and diagnostics of the problem was impressive. I would highly recommend this company

During on a very cold day, my electric unit wasnt working properly. I called a few HVAC professionals and no one could fit me in the schedule on a very cold day, obviously HVAC companies are busy. I called Audrain Heating & Cooling, they were able to fit me in the schedule and Id appreciate that especially I have kids to keep warm and cozy. The Tech (Tanner) was professional and fixed the problem that Id had in the unit. Now my unit is heating up! I would definitely recommend this company. Thank You Audrain Heating & Cooling
