    The technicians Cesar and Oscar, employees of Atlas Electric, provided outstanding service in the installation of my new hot water heater. Cesar even dried the area where the new one would be placed. He also gave me information on flushing the water heater to assist in its maintenance. Gaby, an office assistant, also coordinated the appointment. I highly recommend the employees and service of this company.

    What a great company!! My old (1998) unit had to be replaced, and I am so pleased with the work that the Atlas techs did for me. Their price was competitive, and as I needed to finance part of the cost, the ladies in the office were really helpful with that. The techs were on time, friendly and professional.     Contacted Atlas for a problem I’ve been having for a few years now with my AC main drain line. The issue stems from the original build of the home and poor design of the ac drain. Their Plumber / Cesar is an absolute gem! He came out one day for the assessment and resolution and came the following day to reconfigure the plumbing in the attic to address our ongoing issue. Their customer service is excellent, from the front office staff who got me set up for the necessary appointments, to their techs (Cesar) who execute with accuracy! I had previously hired someone else to address my issue and had no luck! Avoid the old saying, Lo Barato Sale Caro, hire professionals to help with with your HVAC needs — Hire Atlas!

    Our kitchen sink had been giving us slow draining issues. Our home warranty assigned Atlas to take care of our issue.Cesar and Armando were very professional, respectful and prompt. They came in addressed the problem and I was very impressed at how clean and organized they were when taking apart the drain, performing the job and putting it all back together.True professionals that take pride in their work, I would highly recommend them and the company (Atlas Electrical, AC, Plumbing).     My AC stopped cooling on a Friday evening around 6:00 pm. I called a couple of AC repair places but got no answer. I did a Google search for AC repair and saw Atlas. They said theyre available 24/7. I got a response right away. There was a technician at my house within an hour. The technician they sent was named Bobby. The guy did a great job. He got the system going that same night. Im very grateful to Atlas and Bobby for such prompt response and great service. I highly recommend them.

    One evening the lights started to dim and all the kitchen outlets flipped off. I called Atlas and they came out promptly. It was ascertained that the 2 thick wires leading to the meter were fried. The electric company turned off the power immediately. We were fortunate that the house didnt catch on fire. Of course it was Friday afternoon so we had to move out with dogs and everything from the fridge and freezer. Victoria stayed in contact with me and Marco came as soon as I paid for the work. He did a good job, and got the City to sign off on it the next day. The electric company turned the power back on and life was good again. Atlas made a hellish situation not quite so bad. Thank you!

    All the Staff. I forget the receptionists name, Evelyn, Daniel and Especially Joe E. who came out and did the work on my unit, were all very nice, friendly and very helpful. I had to reschedule. and had no problem at all. Joe E came out and before he did any of the work, he explained to me what needed to be done and showed me pictures.     My wife and I are new homeowners and we were worried about who to trust with working on plumbing or electrical issues. Sure enough, our garbage disposal stopped working, and the sink adhesive was not holding up the sink right. We called atlas and within 24 hours, Mario showed up and took care of the garbage disposal and put the sink back up. Unfortunately, the sink adhesive didnt hold and Cesar was sent out and put on a whole new adhesive and made sure it was 100% up and working. The price was very reasonable for the garbage disposal and the sink repair and they didnt charge for the extra visit afterward because they had already been paid for the work.If youre a new homeowner who needs something done, I cant recommend atlas enough for plumbing or electrical issues. Shout out to Mario and Cesar for their hardwork and dedication. We hope we dont have to see them too often, but its comforting to know we have dependable, honest people available.

    I was stuck with a very botched AC install by a fly by night, who flew away. The Atlas team was very professional in evaluation and a reasonable price quote. They were timely and went above and beyond including improvements to bring things up to code. The inside air handler had to be pulled out and the mess cleaned up, some wood rot torn out, then they rebuilt the stand of metal, did a proper and clean (no loose wires, metal, or tape) install and rewired the thermostat.5 stars is not enough. I highly recomnend Atlas.

    I called Atlas for maintenance/repair on a mini split ac unit in our home were about to sell. The staff was very professional from start to finish, from setting up my appointment, to calling me to confirm a date/time and then letting me know which technician would be meeting me and even providing me with a picture of said technician. I really appreciated that because Im currently 8 months pregnant and meeting up with random people right now is a safety precaution, so I liked knowing who to expect at my door instead of waiting for a stranger. My technician Joe E was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He fixed the issue for what was needed, and gave a detailed explanation of what was going on that was making the unit drip. I highly recommend Atlas for their top quality service and attention to detail. This was my first experience with them and Ill continue to contact them for any future installs, repairs or maintenance.

    I was very fortunate to have been a patron of Atlas Plumbing a week ago and their professionalism spoke for itself. This morning, I unfortunately had a different issue with my plumbing in a different area of my home which was a leaking and massively overflowing toilet. I knew exactly who to call. Manuel came over and I am still amazed at the level these guys are in. Were talking varsity level of professionalism here.Before I knew Atlas existed, there were times when I wondered where all the hard workers went and got replaced by people that consider the bare minimum, a days wages earned. Nobody that has come into my home from Atlas has ever done the bare minimum. Manuel was very well spoken and explained to me in precise detail how a toilet works , to include nomenclature of parts used in the process so I could be more well informed. There are no negative things to say about Atlas from me. Thank you Manuel, and thank you Atlas for hiring great people.

    Had an excellent experience with Atlas Electric last week. A whole home power surge protector was installed, and several switches and outlets were replaced. Marco explained everything to me - and also clearly answered my questions about the possibility of installing a generator for my home. He turned in my request for an estimate, and I have already received that from their office. The response is always very timely! And, the entire office staff is very helpful, and accommodating. Victoria and the staff do excellent follow up work - and are so helpful when schedule changes force the plans to change.

    I was impressed by my initial contact with Atlass staff for the eventual replacement of outdoor A/C Condensing Unit and indoor Heat Pump Air Handler.     An awesome shout out to Joe. He came here and he went straight to work and found the persistent issue to my A/C. I always had some handyman come over and he’d do all the motions to maintaining my A/C but our problems were always coming back.     I’ve hired Atlas 3 times in the last couple of years. They’ve been exceptional every single time. They once came to fix my AC and needed a part they had to order and wait for. Well it was gonna take a few days to get that in so Atlas sent one of their employees to drive and pick up the part in Corpus Christi so they can get everything done in a day. The second time I hired them was a bit of an emergency. I had just replaced the counters in my kitchen and the installer broke something that had to do with the plumbing. I was having a party that same day at my house so I explained to Atlas my emergency and they had someone there to fix it in 30 minutes. This last time I hired them was because my husband broke the faucet outside and the water was leaking everywhere. Atlas sent a super friendly plumber who took care of it pretty quick. Atlas is Professional, Knowledgeable and takes pride with the work that they do.

When we moved into our home, we had many issues and atlas had the solution for every problem. Our ac unit kept clogging and they came to the conclusion our pet’s fur was causing the issue. They added a extra return and the problem was solved. Our shower had a funky smell and they were able to detect the problem and had everything replaced. During the freeze , our thermostat lost power from HVAC and we couldn’t figure out what the problem was and our home was getting very cold, very fast.     Was surprised how quickly Eric and Rafael responded. My mother was coming home from hospital, heater wasnt working and a bad cold front was expected. They gave me options of repair or replace the heater. Unit was old so chose replacement. They replaced the unit and made sure it was functioning properly before leaving.     Technical Manuel came and diagnosed my water heater and explain to be detail by detail what happened and why it isnt working properly. My water heater blew up and he showed me where it blew up from. He gave me information in regards to the new water heather and the costs. He was super calm and professional and answered all my questions and even gave me extra information that I did not know and it was super knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling back for any issues I might have in the future.
