    We had a great experience with ASC. Our furnace went out and we got a quote from them as a “second opinion” to another company. They were responsive and kind. They diagnosed the problem, told us what needed to be done to fix, and got it done a couple of days later before temperatures dropped. They didn’t try to oversell us on anything we didn’t need. Honest and punctual and knowledgeable. We’d use ASC again if needed.

    For any HVAC issues, this is the company to call. Story time... I unfortunately contacted a big name company and payed a very hefty fee for a part that I would have to wait 7 days to get installed, as the temperatures dipped into the 30s. So I contacted ASC and the professionalism the communication and the experience alone was more than I could have expected. My unit was diagnosed in less than 20mins and the part was picked up within the hour. And to top it all off it was at a fraction of the cost of other company. ASC Heating & Air WILL FIX IT... Will never use another company again. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

    I can’t say enough good things about ASC Heating & Air! I had two other hvac companies come out to trouble shoot and fix a heating issue with one of my furnaces. I was first told I needed to replace my pressure switch which I did, then was told I had to replace my inducer motor which I did but still my furnace would cut off. Both companies then told me I needed to do a total furnace replacement and quoted me to replace the furnace OR the entire hvac system. I felt so disappointed that after spending hundreds of dollars on the prior replacement parts as advised that I would now have to spend thousands to replace my entire unit.I decided to get a second opinion and called Adrian with ASC. Adrian immediately sent out Kman the same day I called and told my story. Kman showed up and began trouble shooting and discovered that my issues was nothing more than my exhaust pipe’s cap was incorrectly placed during my recent roof replacement. Kman adjusted the cap and secured it and immediately my issue was resolved!!!This shows the honesty and integrity of this company and how they do the right thing for their customers. Kman could have given little effort and just agreed with the prior companies diagnosis and pitch to sell me a new system but instead he took the time to actually troubleshoot, climbed on my roof and check for all possible causes.I will be a customer for life with ASC!! Highly recommend this company.

    Returning from an overseas trip, we discovered our AC wasnt cooling. We called ASC Air, and Ronnie Carter promptly dispatched Zack that morning to diagnose the problem. Zack clearly explained the issue to my wife and I and discussed our options. After deciding to install a new system, Zack reviewed the choices with us and managed to install the system the same day. His expertise in the HVAC industry was evident as he guided us through each step. ASC even assisted us in filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. Their professionalism, speed, and courtesy were exceptional, making the entire process smooth. For any system repairs or installations, ASC is the go-to company. Our gratitude goes out to Ronnie Carter, Zack, and the two gentlemen who installed the unit.

    Zach did a great job. We had a wind storm and caused our AC to move and rip open. Zach diagnosed the issue was the board and the timer after 30 minutes and had us up and running within and hour. Even managed to close the system back up. 5 starts for dependability, response time, and workmanship.

    I called ASC heating and air conditioning to come checkout a noise coming from my mini-split unit. They scheduled me that same day and the technician was able to diagnose the issue; however, he did troubleshoot to see if cleaning the blower would resolve it before ordering a new part. I appreciated the fact they attempted to fix the issue before telling me I had to replace the motor. Zach demonstrated integrity and putting the customer first. Adrian called me the same day to discuss parts and cost and when they came out to replace the motor, it was done quickly and they charged the exact amount as quoted. ASC is dependable, customer centric, affordable, and honest. ASC will always be my go to for a/c service.

    After my home AC went out and I called around San Antonio for 2 days straight in the heat, I eventually got ahold of a particular company and ended up having a bad experience with them as they were trying to convince me to by a brand new Home AC (because of the age- without a thorough assessment) thru their third-party Finance Company. I pulled out of the deal at the last second as I saw online where ASC Heating & Air had some really good reviews. I called ASC and the gentlemen who answered the phone was very friendly, honest, professional and dispatched his tech ASAP. The tech- (Mr. Kman) arrived within a hours time on a Sunday which was Great! He was well-trained, polite, professional, knowledgeable, who was on top of his A- game. He immediately diagnosed the problem and got the repair complete in about an hours time. The guy was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend this company as they are reliable, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and professional. ASC, please keep up the GREAT WORK!

    I called and was able to set up an appointment same day. Technician arrived in less than an hour and explained thoroughly what he would be doing. Within less than an hour he had already diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and gave me a list of options to move forward. AC was freezing cold by the time he left.     Thank you to ASC Heating and Air for their examination and opinion regarding my current AC system. When I bought my (older) home 15+ years ago, I had the ancient AC system replaced with a new modern efficient system. It has been running very well since with very few problems. Last summer I noticed that the AC seemed to be running a lot longer than usual, and having a hard time keeping the house cool. The company that installed my AC has been doing the maintenance service over the years, and has done quite well. I called for a service check, and they recommended replacing the system. I’m not sure if the new younger technician really knew what was happening. It’s very expensive to replace what I already have, and it’s rarely had problems, so replacement seems a bit drastic. I’m getting a second opinion from ASC Heating and Air for their recommendation, which seems to be a probable leak and fixing some non-efficient ductwork. I’ll follow up when I receive their repair proposal.

    Got home around 8ish after 3hr drive to find my home hot. Called ASC Heating and within a few hour my airconditioning was repaired and running. Service delivered was executed professionally by the attending repair man Nathan. Such a Pleasant and respectable humble person .I was explained thoroughly the cause and reason why my air conditioning stopped working and steps needed for preventive maintenance in the future.     I’ve been using ASC Heating and Air for a little over a year now. I called them when I had a heavy overflow of water from my AC in the attic going down into the walls and cabinets of my kitchen because of a clog. They were able to get that fixed right away and add preventative measures. I also joined their awesome VIP program that gives me 2 service visits per year. And every time they’ve been here, every one of their techs have been super responsive, very knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them.

    When I found out my home AC unit wasn’t working properly, I had called around and was told that most places were booked through the Memorial Day weekend (this was the Thursday before). I called ASC Heating and Air and they had an immediate opening. It was perfect! The technician came to the house quicker than expected, was so kind to my dog, and worked quickly to diagnose the issue and then fix the problem. My AC issues were fixed within a half an hour. That first cold AC blast was glorious. I am so thankful and will be using y’all again, especially because the technician was so helpful and kind.

    We just moved into our home and our AC went out. The team at ASC heating and Air did a great job installing a new outdoor AC unit within a day of a service call. They even went out of their way to place portable AC units for our two babies. Our only concern was that initially before we moved in they only corrected one issue inside but did not thoroughly inspect the outside system which would have prevented the issue when we moved in.     From Calling the office to getting the service done, we had a great experience with ASC heating & Air. JR answered the phone and put us right on the schedule for late on the same day, since I told him the house inside is over 80F and miserable. He was polite and professional. Kman is the technician and arrived right on time. Checked the unit and told us it was a simple fix. He is honest and not trying to sell any unnecessary things. Now the house is starting to get cool again and cannot wait to see it tomorrow when outside is 100 F inside is 70 F.     I not only recommend ASC Heat & AC, I intend to use them as my go to company whenever The Scoller Group Realtors has a need for a repair or service in a home we have listed for sale or a rental home we manage. Not only did ASC respond quickly to my phone call on a Saturday afternoon when tenants had been without AC for days due to another company not showing up on time & when they did finally come, the Tech got the AC running but as soon as he left the home the AC stopped working again! & he would not come back because it was late Friday & they did not work on weekends. The tenants called me & that is when I called ASC! A friendlyTech came quickly & not only repaired the AC, he explained in detail what he did to the unit. A true professional repairman.     JR was stellar in analyzing our system, pointing out some weaknesses and, more importantly, strengths. A competitor with a low price for AC maintenance had told us we needed $800 worth of coolant. JR found we did not need any at all. Nothing was leaking. Nor did we have heavy microbial growth in the coils, despite the other guy’s gory high magnification pictures. There were a few things we might want to do, but no pressure to decide.

    I have used ASC a number of times, both at my rental properties as well as my primary residence. I have had nothing but great experiences with them! They are always very responsive, reliable, communicative, professional, and friendly. I can’t recall a time when I’ve reached out to them with a problem, and said problem was not taken care of within the day. In fact, they do such great work and are so reliable that I’ve signed up for their membership program! No ridiculous waiting periods (we’ve all been there before I’m sure, having to take a day off of work to wait for service), no no-shows. They arrive when they say they will, and communicate with you every step of the way. If you are looking for an HVAC company that you can trust, and perhaps most importantly can show up/complete the job when they say they will, then they are your guys!

    Im updating on a poor review given. Since the review, I did hear back from ASC Heating & Air and upon review, we discovered that there was a glitch in their communication system. So, some of the messages were not received. The owner reached out to me personally and we made arrangements to address the issues that were posted. ASC showed up at the arranged time and took professional care of my system.I really appreciated that they reached out and ensured that I was satisfied with their service. I was extremely relieved that they followed up as I have been left in the dark with other home services before.     I discovered unresponsive Daikin system at home, so we did not have any heat last a few days. I called Kman Louis who installed the original Daikin units when he was working for other company. He works for ASC Heating & Air now. He was great to work with then and he is fantastic to work with now. He took care of the issues not only the Daikin system but also fixed other issues with the systems. I am greatful that he is on my side.This was the first time I worked with ASC H&A, so I do not have much to say, but they were very accommodating with my schedule and my request for Kman and no one else to fix the system. The dispatcher was kind and helpful and gave me updates on the work progress over the internet.Their price seems to be little high side, but i did not have to wait at all to get Kman to be sent to my house. That alone worth the higher cost. I will definitely use them again.

    I can’t say enough good things about JR Perez with ASC Heat & Air. His diagnostic skills and experience saved us tens of thousands of dollars. We will definitely be calling ASC first anytime we find ourselves in need of HVAC or plumbing service in the future.We have a two-story home with two separate HVAC units for the upstairs and downstairs. Recently, one quit working completely. We contacted a “respected” San Antonio company to come take a look, and their ultimate recommendation was to replace both units at what seemed like an exorbitant cost, accompanied by quite a bit of pressure to make an immediate decision.We chose to contact several other service companies for second opinions, one of which was ASC. JR came out the day we called them. He was very thorough and spent several hours going through each of the two units, encouraging us to spend time with him throughout the process.Through a process of elimination and testing, JR identified a few faulty electrical components that needed to be replaced. The service technician came out and replaced them within a couple hours of JR’s request. Once he finished, both systems were back online and working properly. Even with a follow-up comprehensive cleaning of both units’ interior and exterior coils and ductwork, the total cost is still a fraction of the first company’s quote to completely replace both systems.

    Update like 2 years later from below:Had to stop in and say this is for sure a great place to get your heating and air service. I just had what usually would be a horrible experience with customer service that went well with ASC.I moved out of the home where I originally had their service, I forgot to update them with the hustle and bustle of buying the home. Out of nowhere I got a $200 charge from them, I thought oh no here we go, but I called and I had no issues, the next day I saw the refund processing.     My experience with ASC Heating and Air Conditioning has always been a pleasant experience. For my recent service Kman Lewis was the technician who conducted service on my heating system, he arrived in a timely manner and even did a courtesy phone call before his scheduled arrival. Kman Lewis answered my questions as he did his inspections, he explained what he was doing and gave me input into how my heating system needs to properly work. Mr. Lewis investigated my thermostat issues which I mentioned to him. He examined the air conditioning unit outside and gave me his input on what to look out for in the upcoming spring and summer season . Overall my experience with ASC service has always been a positive and pleasant experience, this is of course is largely due to the technicians with great customer service attitude and their work ethic.

    I wanted a second opinion after I felt I was being nickel and dimed from a different company. I let ASC knowmy HVAC unit was not working and needed it repaired like yesterday and they called within 10 mins and setup a same day appointment. It was a free estimate, while the first company I normally use charged me $59. ASC Heating and Air estimated $800 cheaper and were patient to answer any question I had.     Where do I begin? My son and daughter-in-law A/C stopped working in 100+ degree heat. They got 3 estimates. Company #1 said replace the whole system; $16,000.     This is the second time we have used ASC Heating & Air, with the first time being in February of this year when it was still cold outside. The fan blade was frozen due to ice that was melting and dripping from the roof line of our house. We called ASC Heating & Air the following morning and they were fast to arrive, fast to diagnose, and fast to rectify the issue, at an affordable price. Zach M. was the tech with the initial call, and he was very customer service oriented and knowledgeable. The second time we contacted ASC Heating & Air was this morning via their website appointment/contact option when we noticed last night that our A/C unit was not cooling. The fan was working, but it was not cooling. My wife sent a request online before they opened for the day (on a Saturday), and within 30 minutes or less, I received a call from Ron advising me that he had received our request and was working on getting a technician to our home. John A. arrived within an hour of getting notified of our issue and he quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem; we had been fully anticipating a costly compressor issue, but as it turns out, it was a capacitor and not the compressor that needed replacing. Again with todays visit the technician was very knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and the part and labor costs were very affordable. I want to say thank you so much to Ron, John, Zach and the ASC Heating & Air company for how fast and courteous they have been, providing us with affordable pricing and exceptional customer service.     ASC was recommened to us by our handyman. The unit in the attic had gone out on the day temps in the area reached 104 degrees. From Ron, Adrian, Kman, Craig, Jorge and Marsha they were there to help. A portable window unit was brought in until they were able to remove and install new unit. Temps in the attic had to reach 120 plus degrees. They kept at it until cooling air was felt in the house. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Marsha walked me through the financial papers and filled out the Warranty and possible CPS rebate forms all the while having a smile in her phone voice.     After several days of quotes on a new system I went ahead and went with a All Seasons. Oscar was great at explaining the different systems they carry, I went with the YORK 17 SEER dual stage.     My 13-year old system began having trouble during the Feb-2021 winter storm and would not effectively heat up my home - even when the power was on long enough to run the heater. These were the only guys that could come out right away; all the ac-heat companies were understandably busy. ASC replaced a defroster board and refilled my freon, but then determined I had another part that needed to be replaced for about $800. After much discussion with ASC and my own research, I opted to get a new system with an upgrade from 14 SEER to 16. ASC also came out to do a load calculation to help identify if I needed to upgrade from a 4-ton to 5. Thankfully, 4-tons is sufficient. They were able to come out within a week after I gave them the approval to do the work. The installers arrived on time and were done in about 8 hours. ASC gave me a credit for the defroster board they had replaced on the old system, told me about the CPS rebate and also gave me a 10-year labor warranty on top of the York 10-year manufacturer warranty. The overall price was fair based on what I had read online. This was a good experience.

    I met Ron and his team at the home and garden show back in February 2018. There were a lot of AC companies as well but ASC stuck in my head to get a quote in June for our remodel.     Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. After a lot of research, we decided to call All Seasons Comfort. Oscar, the sales representative was professional and very knowledgeable.     I contacted ASC to evaluate my 16-year-old system and provide me a quote for a new system. JR showed up and asked me why I wanted a new system since my system still works. We talked for about 10 minutes before he looked at the system and took many pictures to help generate a quote. He suggested that I consider a system revitalization, which would be cheaper and would help the system stay operational for another 5 years or more. He shared a lot of information about potential cost savings with a new system versus the existing system. He was not pressuring me to make a sale; he took his time to make sure he addressed any questions I had. If JR represents the type of work that ASC does, it is a class-act company, which is so hard to find in todays business environment where everyone is out to make as much as they can...sometimes being dishonest while doing so.

    Ron and his team do excellent work, they followed up on and fulfilled all of their promises in a timely manner. They are reasonably priced and have acceptable financing options.Ron originally came out and repaired a faulty drainage line earlier this year, he did great work, cleaned up after himself, and even patched the wall that needed to be accessed for the repair.Because of this we called him back when our A/C failed, he thoroughly explained all of our options, and we decided to replace the entire system. This was expected by us to a degree, as the entire HVAC system was original to the home, and had some issues when we purchased.     They tried their best to remedy the declining health of our existing heat pump system. At some point, after replacing a few parts that had obviously failed, were the wrong size or were in the process of failing, it was time to cut our losses and spring for a new system. The guys were awesome. A benefit of employing a company with several technicians who are each licensed and have advanced certifications is that we knew that whever showed up was well qualified. Our new YORK 17 SEER system is quiet and now were cooler than the old unit was capable.

    My upstairs A/C stopped cooling on a nice cool 98 degree day. I call around noon and someone showed up about an hour later. A few hours after that my A/C was fixed and cooling again. I havent really had many issues so I cant really speak to how the pricing compares to others, but the customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them again if I was in a bind.

    Technician(Zackary) showed up on time as previously scheduled by phone. He troubleshot and discovered a bad contactor and explained how and why it was bad, first time for that ever. Part replaced and unit now fully operational. He did not try to sell me a new unit and mine is over 25 plus years old.     ACS was able to work me in within two hours of calling for repair. My original installer initially stated it would take them 5 days to get to me. After ACS. Arrived they quickly identified the problem a bad fan motor that was under warranty. The part supply house quoted three to five days for the part to come in. ACS supplied two portable units at no additional charge to keep the house cool until the part arrived.Thanks ACS for going over and above.
