Arthur Heating and Air did a replacement of my inside and outside A/C units. They were great from start to finish. Kaytee is one of the dispatchers she was very friendly and professional. Jack is one of the technicians and explained in detail all of our options to fix our air conditioner. We decided that it was time to fully replace since our old unit was 20 years old. On the day of the install Kyler, Erick, Luis, and Brandon came to the house and were very professional and clean while doing the installation. Clint, one of the managers at Arthur Heating and Air, came over and explained the most efficient way to run our new unit so we could keep our electric bill down. Over all experience with Arthur Heating and Air was excellent! We will keep using them and referring them to friends and family!

I had a thermostat failure and called Arthur heating and air to fix it. Kyler replaced it under 30 minutes and programmed it just the way I wanted. I really like the way they have their text and location tracking service setup. I got a text when Kyler was on his way and could track his progress on my phone. Very prompt and great service.

Arthur H&A is now on my speed dial. I came across their brochure in my mailbox and a week later called them when my furnace went out. I was quickly set up for a visit and Nerio showed up punctual and very respectful. No pressure selling and they want what’s best for you and your house needs. Before any work was done, I was shown pictures and detailed assessments. I went with a piece of mind replacing my whole +25 year old unit that was limping on its last legs. Very reasonable prices and a well trusted family owned local business. Nerio even provided a brief humble history of how the Arthur company got started in the HVAC business. Would highly recommend them!

Arthur Heating & Air and Jack were amazing. Office kept me promptly notified of ETA and time frames. Day of, I got a text and call from Jack letting me know he was on his way. Their app also shows a GPS tracker for the tech and arrival time. Not like that matters because they aren’t billing you by the hour. Just allows you to have that heads up if you got a minute to do a task or not before they arriveWhen Jack arrived, I had my dog kenneled up. I let Jack know that he is friendly, but because he is in the kennel and cannot get out to meet Jack, he is going bonkers barking and upset that he is in the kennel and I’m meeting a new person. Jack put booties on to cover his shoes before entering the house and asked if he could go over to the dog kennel and put his hand out, outside of the kennel, to let my my dog know he is friendly.Ok, last thing about the dog stuff, and I’ll get to the actual content of Arthur Heating & Air content… he is a 10 month old German Shepherd and still going through his training sessions. He is very friendly, but absolutely necessary to keep him kenneled if a service tech is coming out, because he will 100% be in your business and not give you an inch to breathe… all that said…Jack was very great with the situation. I did not let Gibson out during the service call. We walked outside to the unit and he started diagnosing the unit. I do fire alarm service work, so while I do not service HVAC units, I am familiar and very curious to learn anything I can to help me do my job better. That being said, as a service technician, I am used to a customer standing behind my shoulder and asking a million & one questions or feeling if you are on our hip the whole time, we won’t be able to cheat you on some false parts/materials claims. I let Jack know I wasn’t inspecting the quality of his work, and that I’m just curious to learn. He was completely fine with it and answered and questions I asked.After looking at the outside unit and everything looking good, we went into the attic and took a look at the unit. We live in a rental house, so what we got is as it is, but he pointed out to me how inefficient the duct work was and unnecessary plenum junctions were installed which all causes the unit to work harder than it needs to. All of our equipment was functional, but he did give a few heads ups of parts that could or would be future issues. He didn’t push to go ahead and try to make me buy these parts, he just simply sent me a quote for the parts and allowed me and my wife to decide if we want to carry forward with these extra parts and laborWould 100% recommend Arthur Heating & Air and especially hope you get Jack, because he was a great technician. For people like me that like to learn, he didn’t try to brush me off. If you’re a person that doesn’t care how things work, and just want it fixed, I’m confident he will take care of that as well and just point him in the directions he needs10/10 rating from me for Arthur Heating & Air

Everyone at Arthur was beyond helpful and the most professional technicians that I’ve encountered. They drew up multiple bids for us to be able to find the right option in our price range and meet our needs, and completed two days later all within a single visit. After having a service agreement with a large DFW HVAC company who could never perform the semi-annual service without trying to upsell us on something, we decided to try Arthur Air. We had seen their truck at a neighbor’s house and talked to the neighbor about them. The neighbor, too, had been constantly fighting the upsell from the other HVAC company and had had enough and called Arthur Air. We are very pleased with Arthur Air’s responsiveness, professionalism and pricing structure. They’re not the cheapest (and neither was our previous HVAC company) but they are doing a great job so far! I will update this review if that changes. 😉

I am very pleased with the work they have done. They do great work and are very reliable, have always been professional, and are on time. We have used Arthur Heating & Air several times along with our two times a year system check and have been happy with the service they provide. They always clean up before they leave which is a plus.I like that before they come out they texted a picture of the technician with their background and some personal information, this is so helpful and makes me feel a little safer on opening my door knowing this is the technician from Arthur.We had to replace our heating & air system, inside and outside and Kevin Arthur made sure I knew all my options so I could make the best decision for us. Kevin ensured we had a new system installed the next day so we would not go without air conditioning any longer than needed. They did what was needed to get the job done right and worked late to get it done. They also installed new air ducts and suspended them off the floor to be more efficient. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!They will be my heating & air company for service for many years to come.

He gave me an estimate and let me know that he could have the unit out next day, completely installed and ready to go and he did!!! These guys are the best technicians for HVAC I have ever experienced in my 33 years of owning 2 homes. Our current home had the usual contractor shortcuts that leave the homeowner with less than adequate cooling in the summer. Arthur heating plugged out home space specs into their software and came up with the right tonnage for our 2nd floor unit and then completely redid the ducting for proper airflow to each room and added air intakes of respective rooms to get the hot air out which made all the rooms cool down quicker. Rob and Clint Arthur are HONEST HVAC craftsman and have a great team of workers who where very polite and professional and did a great job of cleanup after the job was done.They are a small father & son business but very attentive to detail and an honest business that deserves your interest and time to check them out for yourself.04/02/24 - Just had my spring service appointment and all went well. Jack was very professional, friendly and courteous.Cleaned both units outside taking out all the debris that collected since last year in the bottom of the unit and sprayed the fins of any grass or debris that collected due to the grass mowing and checked the gas pressures and electrical outputs. I had been put through the wringer trying to go through my Home warranty company, AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, they kept sending the worst companies out to look at my HVAC system, it got to the point I just couldnt allow these unprofessional people back - they had messed my system up so bad that it ended up having to be completely replaced. Arthur Heating and Air came out right away, explained exactly what was going on, gave me the option of doing a repair that would have been very costly - regardless of the company used, and explained what exactly would entail replacing the system (Ive had issues with since buying this house 7 years ago.) These guys are no joke! They came out on a Friday to investigate a foul smell. Included pictures with each issue and an explanation of the issue and a plan for a solution. I approved the repairs and and they were back on Monday to perform the fix. This wasnt a small job by any means and they went above and beyond to take care of other issues not covered in the quote for free. I recommend that everyone use these guys.

Tl;Dr Honest and respectable company, Kyler is a great technician, knowledgeable and honest. Katie helped me out with finding me an earlier time slot for service. Thank you for everything.Our air conditioner was not blowing cold air last night so in the morning after asking around I found Arthur Heating & Air by my mothers suggestion. I gave them a call and spoke to Katie who gave me a time frame for later in the day but said she would see if she could get me in earlier since I planned on having people over that night. She called me back a few minutes later with a much earlier time slot.They sent out Kyler to take a look. He ran through his trouble shooting and found the problem quick. Once that was resolved, our AC was working well. He went above and beyond and cleaned our outside unit since it was from 2010 and was very dirty which limited the amount of cooling it was doing. Then he went in the attic to make sure everything looked good at our furnace/return air. He checked vents and looked around and informed me that we had dampers in our house and asked if any rooms are warmer/colder than others which I said yes. He adjusted the damper to our toddlers room which makes a noticeable different in the temperature.They did not try to sell me anything I didnt need or try to up charge me for anything. Its very rare you find an honest HVAC company. I will 100% be using them again if/when we have any issues. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks me.Thank you Kyler/Katie!

I just could not be more impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company! Clint has gone above and beyond for us! They have replaced one of our systems and took care of a balancing issue in our ductwork that no other company has been able to solve in the 20 years we have been in our home. I made a mistake in filters in our new system and just couldnt figure it out, Clint went out of his way to stop by and help me get it taken care of. It will only be Arthur that we use from this point on.

Our AC stopped working all of a sudden in the evening one day when most businesses are closed ordon’t offer after hour services. Thankfully Arthur Heating and Air did and they came to our house promptly. The lady that set up the appointment called me twice to let me know what time the technicians would be able to come and when they were on their way. Plus their fees were reasonable and affordable compared to another company that I had previously called. The first company that I called said they charge $200 for after hour fees but Arthur Heating and Air said they charge $69 which is the same price as their regular daytime service fee. The technicians were courteous and fixed our ac very quickly. I will be contacting them again in the future for their service!
