We found this company on Google and gave them a call because my heating wasnt working. After arriving they found that our furnace was defective and needed to be replaced. They provided some options on replacement also financing as well. All in the same day a new furnace was installed and we were nack heating again.I highly recommend giving them a call for service. I was trying to find a Carrier dealership who would help me with product registration to cover my warranty. I called probably 5-6 dealers but mostly we’re answering machines or call center that I have to wait for a call back. But Anton, the owner, readily answered. And PATIENTLY waited for me to climb to my attic and helping me identify the unit and guiding me through it. He had me send a picture of the unit and he sent it back pointing to the correct one. We recently had an issue where we noticed our home wasn’t blowing off as much cold air as we’re used to. We also realized that the fans on our a/c wasn’t turning on. It was late in the evening and we were in a time crunch and decided to reach out to Arnett Mechanical and we’re so glad we did! We received excellent service from the initial call and was able to get out a/c checked out the following day! We agreed on the time as was happy to be seen so quickly!Anton came out time and had great communication with us even before he arrived. We learned that we had to have our capacitor replaced and was relieved as this was an easy fix. He was able to explain the situation with ease and expertise. Once the replacement was done, we noticed our a/c was back running again with no issues and we felt the cool air again! I highly recommend Arnett Mechanical for your resident and commercial needs! I won’t use anyone else!

Our a/c unit stopped working on us, so we reached out to Arnett Mechanical. The year prior, it went out also, and it was determined that the compressor went out. I mentioned this to him when he came out, he agreed that the compressor did indeed go out again. Instead of just changing it out and moving to the next customer, he wanted to do an deeper dive to determine why it went out 2 years in a row. After doing a full diagnoses, there was something else going on with the system. He retrieved the parts the next day and replaced both items in a matter of hours. Now my a/c unit works better now than it did before. I cant thank him enough for going the extra mile to take care of his customers. Hes now my go to recommendation for anyone whos having a/c issues. Reliability and dedication going a long way in our household, and for that I give this company an 5 star.

Anton is very knowledgeable! I had a smart thermostat installed by a handyman. The a/c worked but the heat didn’t. I called an electrician who was not familiar with a smart thermostat. His fast response to my call was also appreciated, given the temps are dropping into the teens tonight 🥶. I highly recommend him.

Of course my AC goes out while I’m working nights and my wife and daughter now has no AC at home, So I’m now on Goggle looking for all the 24/7 HVAC companies that’ll go and see if they can fix it, after spending about an hour on the phone calling every one I can, Anton answers at 1AM and takes the call,, drives out 30 mins to my house and only took him 5 mins to find a blown fuse, but the fuse blew because of a failed circuit board that unfortunately he did not have, ended up waiting for the business to open at 8AM to get it and come back to my address to install it,,, was done by 10AM, price was great, good guy to talk to, we’ll definitely be calling this company from now on, thanks for every thing,,

I called Arnett Mechanical at 9am and Anton was at my house by 10, and he quickly diagnosed my freezing compressor as a failed blower motor. He tried to get a warranty claim to save me some money, but sadly my furnace wasnt registered. Still, he found the part in-stock in town and had me back up and running a few hours later. While I would have preferred a less expensive service (we all would), I could tell he ruled out other less costly fixes that wouldnt have helped, and he did patch up some incorrect wiring from the previous owners. I appreciated the quick service and for him recognizing service men and women and teachers. Im always grateful when a local/small business looks out for others, and I will be happy to call him again if I need future HVAC service.

I would highly recommend anyone needing AC or Heating work done. Very informative of work needing to be done, and answered any question I had.I had a heating problem. The temperature in the house wasnt reaching the thermostat setting. Anton came in and fixed my problem with my upstairs unit (I have two). Then ordered the parts and fixed my down stairs unit the very next day. On top of that, he also fixed my hot water heater that keeps going out. Very reasonable price. Anton with Arnett Mechanical replaced my a/c and heater with a 5 ton 16 seer system. I was told no one could get me a system now as they were back ordered 6-8 weeks due to parts needed to produce the equipment. I live in Dallas, Tx where the temperature has been 100 plus degrees. Clearly an issue. Anton got right on it and 2 days later I have a new system. His installers worked nonstop from 8:30 am until 11:30 pm and never complained. They were very meticulous about providing a superior installation. The attic was in excess of 134 degrees. I was appalled they could work in such heat. I am chilling now at 74 degrees. Additionally, Anton charged me considerably less than any of the 6 other people who quoted me. I am delighted and am already planning for him to replace my other system. I highly recommend this company. My expectations were surpassed and I am not easy to please. I was in a bind. It is not 5 stars. I give this company a 10 star rating!

Anton showed up and got to work right away checking the AC system. Found the issue quickly and fixed it just as fast then explained the problem, what caused it, and what to look for in the future. Very nice guy (wore a mask and gloves for COVID for anyone worried about that). I’ll definitely call him again if I have any future problems and I would recommend the company to anyone that needs work done.

Called them in the middle of the night House was really hot. Being I had a two month old it’s hard to keep him in heat. He felt bad because he has kids of his own and wouldn’t want them to be in heat in the middle of the night. Came out within 30 mins. Fixed the issue over a shorted wire connector. Got me blowing cold ac within minutes. I got on a maintenance plan with him to get stuff checked out and clean the coil. Definitely will recommend.
