A&R has been so great in getting things repaired in the rent house that my mom and I recently moved into. They are great with communicating and the quality of work is amazing. My mom is hiring them herself for little projects that the property manager won’t cover and I’ve recommended them to my brother for ceiling fan installation on his new house. They are giving us peace of mind, we know the quality of their work is amazing.

I had the two full houses rehab done by A&R now. I can say with confident from my own experience that A&R is one of the best service and quality around San Antonio.Overall outstanding work, done professionally, promptly, and at a very affordable price. From the begging to the end, the process is super easy.Robert is fabulous at listening to clients needs. He has been offering great recommendations to improve the job. For example, one of the living room is in a weird shape. We discussed what to do with it. His idea looks better and a few thousand dollars cheaper than mine. What a save.As a matter of fact, A&R finished both my job under my budget. For example, when I thought the roof should be replaced, Robert offered a candid opinion that roof may still have 3 to 5 years.My property manager is very happy too, the house was rented out in less than a week. Apparently the tenant also likes his work. Ive recommended them to all my friends.

Robert and his team help out with repairs and replacements issues on with several of my rental properties. They have done everything from tape and float and texture to replacing windows & make ready. They do a great job & very reasonably priced. They are often able to get out within hours of my call, which is awesome. I would definitely recommend them!

Communication and expedited workmanship has proven to be their high points of their business. In my opinion, A&R Property Maintenance is a company that gets the job done at a reasonable rate with quality and excellent craftsmanship.

A&R has always done quality work whenever we need it. Every time we have a problem, they are our first call. Recently we had a pretty major water leak in our front yard and Lupe was able to have it completely repaired and cleaned up in the same afternoon. We appreciate the peace of mind knowing that we have A&R to call when we need them!
