Very pleased with their work, cleaned up after themselves, will work with your financial situation (A+), they explaining in detail work done, provide clear instructions regarding their warranty and maintenance. My heating system previously installed was not done right (previous owner). Albert took care of having it corrected along with inspection. I had received other quotes but Albert explained and made me aware of how other companies provide extras and making me aware the warranty and maintenance are the most important feature (costs more, the others limited their warranty and no maintenance). Albert answered any questions I had to my satisfaction.

This company and its employees take pride in the service that they provide to our community.They replaced my upstairs HVAC system. Albert also inspected my downstairs system and brought to my attention an issue that could lower the life of my downstairs system and offered to remedy the issue. This is the true heart of El Paso and is what makes this company trustworthy. The crew did an amazing job. A big thank you to Albert, Christian and the rest of the crew.

Our Master cool unit went down on a Tuesday, we called and Albert showed up on Thursday for the estimate. Their price was very reasonable and we scheduled the install for Friday. The installers were extremely friendly and respectful on top of knowledgeable and professional. It only took 6 hours to complete with all codes followed and installed to perfection! I can’t say enough about these folks! To recommend them is an understatement! Thank you all for the super pleasant experience!

Our HVAC unit went down on the 14th, I called Albert and by the 15th he and his crew had installed everything. It only took them about 5hours. Very reasonable prices. Its military owned and LEO friendly. Couldn’t of asked for a better job. Super recommend them.

Back in September we were ready to switch to get refrigerated air at home. Before making any decisions I was getting the list of different companies that I will call, but for some reason HR company got my attention. AR was my first company that I did call to get an estimate. I called Albert on Wednesday and by Friday our unit of refrigerator air unit was already installed. I am very happy with a great service , amazing professionalism and the high knowledge of Alberto about what fits best for your home. I just want to thank the guys at AR Heating and cooling for the amazing work, people skills, and flexibility. I live in Dallas and have a rental in El Paso, it is difficult to get all three parties on the same page. Even getting payments and contracts signed. We got it done one day and my tenants had their furnace installed the next. This is my second time doing business with them and will continue doing business with them. I recommend them highly.

This is the only company I use for any heating/cooling issues. Very professional and timely arrival of representatives. Thorough with explanation of system parts and repairs. A lot of other companies will try to upsell or lie as to what is wrong with an HVAC unit and say it’s the compressor which will cost thousands of dollars upfront. This company and employees have your best interest at heart and do not upsell products and repairs you do not need.I was extremely lucky when my AC went out on my house and was 90 degrees, I was seen same day I called. Followed through with repairs/parts at reasonable prices.I truly cannot recommend this company enough, I refer friends and family members all the time. 10/10 you will not regret getting any system installed or any repairs with AR. :)

I had called AR heating and cooling system about 4 Months ago because my refrigerator air gave out they came by gave me an estimate we agreed because it was a fair estimate they made an appointment they got my air fixed I just wanted to let them know that its been working really good ever since I will be calling them whenever Im ready to upgrade but as for now they left my air almost as new so Ill wait a while so if you guys are looking for someone to fix your Refrigerated air call them you wont regret it..
