This is my 2nd time working with Alfred. I scheduled a check on the heater. He was on time and professional. He took his time to explain what he had found and the preventative steps that he took to maintain the life of the system. Highly recommend. Below is my original post when the AC went out and did a same day appointment. This is a local company I will gladly recommend.Past post:My AC went out at 9pm. The next morning I was researching AC companies at 7am and read the great reviews for Ameri-Air. Alfred answered immediately and I was on the schedule for 12pm the same day. A text was sent when he was in route. Alfred was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained the fix and cost. His truck was stocked with the proper parts and by 1:15 the service call was complete and the house was cooling down. Thank you, Alfred. Excellent experience and service with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Alfred’s crew responded quickly for a diagnosis. A year ago they gave me a heads up that my 20 year old compressor was about to give up the ghost but gave us some options to keep things running for one more summer.February heat wave kicked it over the edge and being a 20 year system it was time for an upgrade. Alfred gave us some good/better/better options and explained what we would get or be missing. No pressure to choose a particular option. Once we decided, they had equipment the next day and showed up at the expected time.The crew took their time, cleaned up, and were polite the entire time. We wanted to keep our existing smart thermostat so we didn’t have to set anything new up, so they configured that. Unfortunately it had some voltage issues. As they had to leave, they put on a regular thermostat to get the house cooled down. Alex came back by the next day as promised and wired up the new smart thermostat that came with the unit.It’s now been a little over a month and things have been great!

We had an issue with our blower for our heater. Alfred found that the motor for the blower fan stopped working. He gave us two options for the motor replacement and explained their differences. He fixed our heater at a reasonable price. Quite happy with the repair. Very highly recommend his business! A+++!

Alfred & Alex were extremely easy to work with! They were communicative throughout the diagnostic process, provided fair pricing, and are highly knowledgeable about AC installation and repair. It is evident they take great pride in the level of service they provide, which is a breath of fresh air after having worked with several other subpar cooling + air companies in the past. We now have a new HVAC unit installed and after about an hour or so after the installation process (fully completed in less than a business day) we can feel the huge difference in cooling already. Were looking forward to working with Ameri-Air in the future for regular maintenence and will absolutely be recommending them to our friends.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a HVAC company. My house is an older house with two HVAC zones and two units. Somehow, one of them began blowing hot air at maximum blast regardless of the thermostat settings. We contacted two HVAC companies including Ameri-Air. The first company came to the house, spent 30 minutes checking out the units, and told us that both HVAC systems would have to be replaced. They gave us a quote for more than $15k.Alfred met me at my house on time, spent more than an hour evaluating all the components of the systems, and isolated a problem to two individual parts. He then sourced those parts, gave me a quote for what they would cost, drove more than an hour to get them, made sure they would work with my system, and installed them. He not only communicated impeccably throughout the process, but was on time and completed the job for less than his original quote, saving me tens of thousands of dollars.My units are old and I will likely need to replace them in the next year or so. However, Alfreds honesty and attention to detail has given me the time to budget and save for that expense. You can be sure, when the time comes to replace my HVAC units, I will be calling Alfred.

Excellent, prompt and knowledgeable service for all things house heating and cooling.my first call was for a broken AC emergency in the middle of the summer during a heat wave, and it took less than 24 hours for the house call and to get the AC back up and running..Since then I now have biennial inspections for cooling and heating systems, respectively, which are very helpful preventative maintenance.The biennial service plan also includes a 10% discount on any new equipment and on replacement parts 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alfred and his crew did an outstanding job for us on several of our rentals. He explained every detail of what the problem was and how best to solve it and took the time to listen to our concerns. On one rental it needed a complete replacement which was more cost efficient for that unit. Alfred worked 14 hours straight until 1:00 am to ensure the renters would have a/c. I’ve found Alfred to have a passion for his profession with extensive experience in all fields of the trade. We could see the integrity in his work ethic. We’re appreciative of the services he and his team have provided and won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Great guys, very knowledgeable, well equipped and honest. I contacted them when I needed a second opinion on the failing one-year old coil which the original installer (ARS) refused to replace since their limited labor warranty expired a week before I noticed the system was not cooling down. Alfred called me and we discussed the possible causes and options to fix it, he explained to me all the details and Alex from his team came to test the system the same day (that was one of the 100+F days). They took care of getting the new warranty coil and installed it the next day after picking it up. They were not rushing and flushed the lines, tested everything before pumping the refrigerant into the system. They even came back in a day to check the temperature split, retest the system and add refrigerant after cycling the system. This was one of the best quotes I could get during these summer days and definitely the outstanding service. Highly recommend this small local business.

Im very pleased with the service the company provided and scheduling was a breeze, and so was the rebooking!! Will definitely be referring them on any HVAC services!Very polite and professional and able to fully explain in detail what I would need. Love the fact that this company isnt about a temporary fix, but their focus is on fixing the problem for the long haul! Ive had a company come out and fix ac at an previous address and a month later is was out. Bandaids are nice but Id love to fix a problem for the long haul and with Ameri-Air youll get just that! A company whos true to their word and work and local cant get better than that! Thank you!!
