    Alltek Services did a wonderful job cleaning out the dryer vent. The lady at the office got me right in and worked with my schedule. Nathan, the technician, was very kind and efficient. My 1 year old dryer would cut off and it took twice as long to dry a load b/c the dryer vent was clogged. This service saved me time and possibly a new dryer. Thank you Alltek!

    Excellent service! This is the rundown-- The setting of the Duct Cleaning service appointment was easy and hassel free. The Appointment Setter was informative and knowledgeable about the proposed services request. The pricing model was explained in detail and laid out plainly.The personnel providing the duct cleaning service were professional. I relayed a few points of concern with issues about my duct systems installation, dust captivity measures, cleanliness of the process, and after service clean-up (if needed).The service agents during and after the performance of their duties took opportunities to inform me of what I may experience as to the benefits of having the ducts cleaned. Also, we were able to discuss atomizers and ultraviolet lighting filtration units along with their relative and respective costs to bring in the newer technologies to an older A/C & Heater unit which would assist in producing better, cleaner air quality Particles Per Micron (PPM) reducing dust passage/fallout. Furthermore, with the ducts cleaned I may physically feel the air quality difference. The service providers made adjustments to my respective room air inlet registers to optimize airflow into the rooms and producing overall cooler circulation of the airflow.I have allowed five hours for the initial and subsequent evaluations of the effects being experienced. I have placed a five (5) star rating. I would actually give them a higher rating if more stars were available to give.

    Came same day I called. Knowledge re problem. Located the required parts and had furnace working about 3 hours after first arrived. Essential as a freeze was predicted in 2 days.

    Nathan was the tech that came to help us. We are remodeling a clinic and had another A/C company install the new A/C for us. After numerous return trips and several hundred dollars the A/C still wasnt working, So I called Alltek Services. From the first phone call till the job was complete it was nothing less than a pleasure. Nathan advised me he was on the way. When he arrived Nathan began checking out the system, after a few minutes checking everything Nathan said Im not really sure about this brand of A/C so Im going to call the manufacture and ask them a few question before I do anything to it. About 20 minutes later Nathan said, well I was wrong in what I was thinking so now I know what to do. About 30 minutes later Nathan had the system up and running, in 10 minutes it was actually cold in the clinic !For a young man to put his ego aside and say I dont know but Ill figure it out is unheard of these days. I knew when Nathan said that, he was the right man for the job. Nathan fixed multiple things that the other A/C company messed up and had our system up and running properly. WHAT A GREAT customer service guy Nathan is. I own and operate a small construction company and if I had 2 Nathans my business would thrive like no other. Be ware Alltek Im going to steal Nathan !! LOL. take care of Nathan because he dang sure takes care of you and your customers. ALL FOR $99 bucks.Thank you again for the great service.Andrew Montgomery.

    Called and set an appointment. The technician was there within 24 hour of the phone call. Nathan was knowledgeable and check on the system. Found the issue and fixed the problem in 45 minutes from arriving to leaving. Nathan also was complimentary on our routine maintenance like filters as it was low coolant after 9 years of operation. The coolant was a pound so paid for diagnostic and a pound of coolant. System running like a champ. Everyone was extremely courteous we encountered and showed us via readouts on digital meters what was going. Highly recommended.

    This service was great! They showed up earlier than supposed which I love! I forgot their names but their text said Nathan Trublood he came with someone he was training but even the trainee was pretty knowledge. Either way they were great with great attitude. My husband sometimes over talks so they definitely kept him company even educated him a little when the main guy was talking to the trainee. Definitely calling this company back if I ever need an AC check again. + they collected my payment on site which I love bc it saves you a step from calling and making a payment. Thank you. This was my first time. Did not disappoint. Keep being great! :) great company highly recommend.

    This is a family owned company that exerted an immense amount of professionalism and courtesy. Something that has been lacking in the workforce for some time. The Tech and Owner we are able to break down the problem with our systems and explain Barney level what was going on while educating us on every step and possibilities to rectify the issues. They will not recommend cheaper quality system just to make a buck as have the last three companies we called on for estimates. As pricing goes, they fell right in the middle, but again, we are getting a better, more reliable system.

    I had AllTek clean my entire Duct work throughout my entire house! My experience with this Company was extraordinary. From calling to schedule an appointment to calls and messages confirming times. Tyler is the technician who came to my house and he was wonderful. He was professional and excellent.     I can tell you AllTek is the best of the best I have encountered ! Recently bought a home and last year during the heat wave , when no other company in the vicinity of Harker Heights was available , when our unit went out at 110 degree weather and we had a newborn in the house . We called AllTek and explained the situation and they had their tech Nathan out here in 20 minutes . Nathan is the only technician I trust to work on our unit from that day ! They have a great maintenance plan at low monthly costs that saved us 300$ this far ! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff !     Great experience overall in getting our old and disintegrating AC/heating ducts replaced. We had an cost estimate on the spot after inspection of our ducts, and next day replacement of the entire duct system. Reasonable cost and professional service! They had a tech out within an hour and made a repair to fix the issue. They’re by far the best company I have ever dealt with on AC systems. I do recommend. .Called Aaron at Alltek to come evaluate my AC cause our house was not staying cool. He recommended upgrading my unit. His estimate for a 5 ton setup (inside and outside) came in lower than any other service I called. They came out two days later and had it installed without issues.     I called them for a last minute problem and they were very prompt in responding and getting me scheduled. They found my issues and also resolved some issues I didnt know I had left behind from previous repair work.     Speedy response to our email request for a quote. Salesman was here within 20 minutes of the office calling. Aaron was very professional and thorough. Respected our request and even tried to save us money. Not your typical salesman!!! When install day came, Aaron was there to introduce us to the installers and left Rob and Brandon to do their job. Very courteous and professional installers who started and finished the entire job of removal, installation and cleanup in about 6 hours. Didn’t leave until they knew cold air was blowing in our home and were able to walk us through the warranty and paperwork!     My 2.5 ton unit went and since it was a 15 year old unit it needed to be replaced. As we all know replacing a unit isnt cheap. I was blown away by the first estimate the technician didnt even bother getting to the root of the problem, he immediately wanted to get into replacement and cost. Completely turned me off and made the situation even more stressful. Then Alltek came into the picture, called and spoke with Aaron which gave me a sence of someone I knew and can relate to. He gave me a price that worked for me and my budget. I can get into what all I had to do to get funds from my retirement and the process of the banks taking their time. Ill cut it short and tell you that Aaron and Alltek Services owner, just worked with me and installed my brand new unit ,keeping my family cool and warm with this uncertain Texas weather. Rob, Zack and Ray were absolutely professional clean and organized., it was like having people you know come into your house and just getting to work. I cant thank Aaron and Alltek for helping trusting and caring for me and my family the way they did. There is no one else I would ever trust to come into my house and work on my HVAC system. Thank you so much Alltek.**UPDATE**Couple of days before 2023 Christmas my AC wasnt working properly, I texted Arron about the issue. With in minutes I had a text with an appointment that suited me. The day of the service call, the tech from Alltek Nathan was just on point and within 5 was able to troubleshoot the issue and had me ready for the Texas winter!! Money well spent as Arron said.. After a previous AC company came out twice and failed to properly install a coil, Ryan immediately understood the issue and fixed it!! We have been without AC for almost 30 days due to waiting on incompetent employees and excuses. I called Alltek, and they came out and did an amazing job. Ryan was really wonderful, had a great attitude and worked so hard, went above and beyond to do the job right.     I cant say enough good things about this company. Within an hour of my first call, I had not only had my AC assessed, but also given several differnt options for replacement of my old unit. 2 days after that I had the unit that I had chosen installed. Going the distance for me, they drove to South Texas to get the exact unit I asked for. The entire process was painless. As well, financing was a breeze. If you have a bad AC, this company will go the distance to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

    I am disappointed with this company. They do poor work and will find way to charge you instead of honoring their warranty. I paid for two brand new systems. A few months later problems starting to show up. They kept sending techs out. Finally the owner came out and the issue was resolved. I got bill for all of this, whether they fixed the problem or not. When inquiring about warranty, of course they said it was something unrelated to their installation/labor. Soon after, another problem came up. They sent more inexperienced techs out. It 80 inside and running hot air. Tech stated that it was the building insulation and took off. Billed $198.00 for his assessment of I dont know what the heck is going on. Had Clark Air came in they fixed the issue in 10 mins. This company will not only waste your money but they will also waste your time.Edit on 07/16/2021 - Owner reached out and worked things out, so I update rating from 1 to 4.

    From the initial call I knew I called a professional business, they were very polite and honest. They gave me a realistic time frame of 9-1300 and said that it would probably be closer to the 1300 mark. Not giving me false expectations. Gary showed up a little after noon and explained worked that needed to be done and realistic costs, he didn’t try to sell me on anything extra or go beyond on extra costs. He even offered a military discount which was respected. As he was doing the work he explained everything step by step and even took extra steps to ensure the same fault wouldn’t happen again.     Had a inside and outside HVAC unit installed with new thermostat. Couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time every time. They completed the job in under 6 hrs which is an outstanding achievement in itself. Not mention the outside unit was completed in in a hard rain.     Our A/C unit quit working on Sunday and just wasnt worth fixing (again), so I put in a few requests for people to contact me for a new unit. Less than a minute after I put in my request with Alltek, I got a call from Aaron saying he would be at our house at 8am on Monday! If you act like you want my business, you will get my business! I was very impressed with everything already, and they hadnt even done anything yet! We got our quote, and decided to go with them because of their attentiveness. Aaron drove 2 1/2 hrs on Tuesday to get a part, so they could have us installed ASAP on Wednesday. They just finished installing, and I am so glad I chose these guys.     This company is great. Robert and his co-worker (sorry buddy, I forgot your name!) came to do work on my ducts/vents and did a great job. They also were there to help me clear/clean my dryer vent, but ran into some difficulties because I have a very oddly placed vent (goes into the slab down at a 90 and then up at a 90 before it exits the house. They had a heck of a time trying to clear it and ended up using their brush and compressed gas to blow it out. Afterwards, Robert called me back and asked to come back to try a different technique to ensure the vent was cleaned out. He did that a couple days later (and at no additional charge). He and the rest of the Alltek folks were wonderful to deal with and have earned my respect and I will definitely call on them again for future service!
