I called Allied in the morning after discovering my AC had turned into a ice ball the night before with approaching 100+ degree day and days forecasted. They took my call and had a technician out the same day and when the sunset my unit was blowing much needed cold air and working great ever since! Very thankful for Allied services in taking care of my gas heating issue. Ive tried to other two other major local companies that have sold and now have subpar technicians, who can not accurately diagnose an issue. Ive had better luck in figuring out the problem myself with no background. Allied was prompt and spot on in getting the issue fixed. I will use them again with no hesitation next time. -

It was a process since repair to the floor had to be done once they took out the inside unit. So unit out one day. Floor repaired and then back the next day for the install. Brian was very nice and did a pro job. The only issue a couple days later was water on the floor and it wasnt cooling. Another guy came out and the line for condensation was plugged. He blew it out and its been a cool day ever since. -

Had a sewage backup late on a Friday. Other local plumbers works not arrive for at least 3 days, but Allied sent a plumber within 2 hours. He was extremely professional, answered all of my questions and let me watch him work. Once done the charge was extremely fair and affordable. -

We purchased some properties in Ardmore in December. I have had two emergency service calls with Allied, one on the plumbing side and one on the HVAC side, as well as two maintenance calls.While Im hopeful I dont have any more anytime soon, they have been incredible. From the office staff to the technicians I have been thoroughly impressed.They send itemized bills in the mail, and provide detailed statements which is really helpful for our business.Most importantly, they are kind and helpful every time Ive called.Thank you Allied team! -
