My husband and I are happy with the service from Allenaire Service Company. Last year, we had a big problem with our A/C that was fixed by an AC company, but the performance was not satisfactory. Finally, we made contact with Allenaire S C, and for the first time, Stephen took care of our A/C. He was thoroughly with his work, we were happy about it.This year, Aug 5, Phillip, resolved another problem with our A/C. He was also great in doing the service for our A/C.We dont hesitate to recommend Allenaire Service Company to whoever who wants the good service for their A/C.

I’m writing this review especially for women and the elderly. I highly recommend Allenaire if you dont want to be taken advantage of. They offer great service and resolve problems efficiently. This is my second experience with this company in five years, and both times, the technicians have been competent, honest, and prompt. My AC has been running and my thermostat hadnt turned off for 3 days now. I panicked and started looking for someone to fix the problem. I found Allenaire Service Company on the Nextdoor app. When I called I spoke with Kim, she was attentive to my needs and very professional.Allenaire Technician Gary came out within hours from my call. Gary checked the outside unit, the thermostat, and the upstairs unit in the addict. He found the problem... it wasnt my thermostat as we thought and the fix was way cheaper than I was prepared to pay. I recommend this truth worthy company.

It was freezing and my vents were not blowing heat. All of the other companies were booked. Allenaire showed empathy and understood my situation and sent someone out the same day in a timely manner. The tech name was chris or john I cant remember but he was soooo nice and professional. He got the job done and they charged a reasonable price. If I have issues this rating may change...but so far so good. Happy customer :)

This is the best company for heating and A/C. Have called on Allenaire many times for rental houses and for our home. Wonderful service. Very knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Dealing with Steve you know you are getting the best advice and service.

Always dependable and “HONEST” service. Just had them come out today (third time I have used them over several years) to repair one of my units. Some ac companies would have tried to replace the whole unit when it just a $50 part like today. You can trust Allenaire to do what’s right. Also, each job has been right, never had to call them back for the same issue (or unit).

Zac came to Midlothian to fix our 28 year old A/C, which hadnt run in 2-4 years. Only had to replace one part, done in under an hour. Was very courteous and helpful. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
