Best customer service in the business! My first point of contact was Reed. He listened to my issue and shared so much advice and wisdom. I told him I was still shopping around and he told me what to look for with other companies. He promised he would follow up and he did! Scheduling was easy using the link and Reed followed up again through text. The electrician that came to the appointment was Blain. He was knowledgeable and polite. He was also quick to find the solution and offered multiple suggestions on next steps. Reed and Blain made this whole process painless! ALL TAPZ is my new go-to for any electrical needs!

Amazing experience using this company. I had an emergency on a Friday evening and no other electrician would take my call or had availability after dozens of calls. I was lucky enough to stumble over a recommendation for this company and Blaine answered my call right away. Not only did he come immediately, he was willing to drive almost an hour to help me out. He was upfront with pricing and provided thorough updates along the way. He fixed what we originally needed, and he actually addressed a few other problems while he was there and completed a thorough inspection of everything in my store. Price was very reasonable as well and was completed with professionalism and transparency. Highly recommend All Tapz for any of your electrical needs, they truly go the extra mile!

Blaine called me back within 10 minutes and spent 30 minutes with me on the phone learning about the breaker box and my project of hooking up a 50 AMP RV plugin. He was able to guide me on the process and recommend everything that was needed to fix my issue. It was a blessing to have someone with his knowledge explain the dos and donts and help get us safely connected and the breakers upgraded. First class customer service.
