Thank you Jeremiah. Your like a well oiled machine. Efficient, professional and well spoken. Jeremiah used to be at Les Lambert. I saw on social media Les Lambert was bought out by AllTech and the old Les Lambert team started their own Company. I wanted the Trusted local Altus crew I have trusted for over a decade ,Steven, Jeremiah, Tyler etc. I found them at All American Comfort. All American Comfort also replaced my 9 SEER unit with new 16 SEER 5ton American Standard Silver Series unit, see photo, and coil in my house in the Hunter Point Subdivision area built circa 2010. All homes in this subdivision have defective lennox coils that were part of a large recall in 2012. If your home is located in this area most likely you have rusted coil like photo attached. I wasnt going to risk another Summer. That is when technicians are scarce. Especially the trusted Good ones like All American Comfort.When it is 110 degrees outside wait times can feel like forever! I I wont be without HVAC or heat in the middle of the night. Thanks Again Jeremiah. Truly appreciate your honesty, respect and attention to detail.

Great experience! Great communication and timeliness on the repair. I do with I had been told there was a bonus charge for the time they were coming out to help, but I am still thankful I called and I will call them again if/when we need them.

They were very quick to respond. Quicker than I anticipated. It is a very hot day and I assume there are lots of people looking for help. They were able to troubleshoot issues quickly as well. Found a likely issue that I did not even consider and the correction did not cost more. They were honest with me, informing me that the condensing unit is on its last leg. Replacement is likely to be necessary soon because with its age, parts are unlikely to be available.

For any heating or A/C issue you are having, I highly recommend All-American Comfort HVAC. Steven came out to fix my heater and he is fantastic!! He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I would ask questions about what was wrong and he would actually take the time to explain the problem to me and break it down so I understood. There was no pressure for an upsale or anything like that. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly! My unit is back up and running and has been flawless ever since!
