Francis at AirThem did an amazing job helping me get my AC unit cooling again. Not only was he responsive, on-time, and professional - he was HONEST. I had another company out the day before who told me I needed all sorts of things that I did not. Francis took the time to explain everything to me, and because I have an older unit (23 years old) he was clear in letting me know that he could help get it running again, for the least expense, so I could start saving for a new unit. He didnt try to charge me for things I didnt need and fixed what needed to be fixed.I will use him from now on for all my AC repairs. A true gem! -

Francis came out late, after working a full day, to triage my AC unit the same day it went down. By the next morning he had gotten the part and had me up and running. Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend. -
