I had a leak in my ceiling. I had numerous companies out to investigate the problem, but no one could find out where the leak was coming from. I called Air Pro and they sent John Ramirez out the next day. He quickly determined what was wrong and fixed the leak in a timely manner. He was efficient, friendly and very neat. The cost was quite reasonable and I highly recommend this company.

The people at Air Pro are absolutely amazing and definitely have amazing customer service. A special thanks to Joseph and his associate for coming out at the end of the day to fix our A/C in this sweltering heat. He was very patient and explained what the issue was, and answered all of our questions. We have used Air Pro several times in the past for both maintenance and repairs, and have always received excellent service.

Called multiple a/c companies that state they are 24/7 which they are not. Then called Airpro and they answered and sent tech out within 45 minutes after hours. They sent Paul and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my AC unit needing a blower motor and he was able to pick up part the next afternoon and install. Paul also did my preventative maintenance check and found other issues that I will need to take care of later. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using them for future repairs.

They are very prompt. Within just a few hours after I called, their employee, Paul, was at my home checking on why the air wasn’t cooling from my a/c. He was extremely polite and respectful to me. He found the problem and explained to me in great detail what was wrong and the two ways I could choose to have it repaired. One way was the cheapest and would take care of the problem but he also gave me the option of a repair plus an additional part which would create greater preventive for this happening again. He made the repair and also checked my a/c unit for any other problems. He also suggested that I should have my a/c checked every six . months so this problem would be noticed and corrected before the loss of the cool air from my a/c. The price was reasonable and Paul was a complete gentleman and an excellent a/c repairman.

I used Air Pro to provide maintenance to my air conditioning unit. John was my technician and he was very polite, and got right to work. He took his time, and inspected and then checked everything on the unit to make sure my unit would continue to run through this blistering summer. I was very impressed by his knowledge and how he handled himself. I am a very pleased customer and look forward to using Air Pro in the future!

This company saved my day! We woke up drenched in sweat because our AC unit went out in the middle of the night while asleep. I called another company then called AirPro for a second opinion. They were up front with their pricing for the service call which was almost 1/3 what the other solo shop was going to charge me. Ive known John for years but never needed to use them until today. Not only was he on time, right at 11am even though they gave me a window of 11am-1pm on the same day which was more than I could have asked for given its a Monday! He was honest & thorough with his assessment and gave me options to choose from for repairs. As soon as I authorized the repair he went to work and within an hour my AC was up and running again. I cant say enough good things about this company. We will be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone we know that needs AC/heat repair. They are reasonable, honest, timely & most importantly, courteous which is so rare these days.

Paul was our savior! Our air conditioner started to not cool right around 9pm. I called a few places that stated they were 24 hours but they didn’t answer. Paul did, and noted how much it would be for the service call at night. We opted to have him come the same evening. So thankful he did! He fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes and we were able to sleep peacefully that night.

The technicians double checked that the install was performing properly according to city codes. I have used Air Pro for another project and would use them again. I would recommend this company.

I called this morning, and they were able to send Paul, the same afternoon. This is after WEEKS of waiting on another quote, from a bigger company, as they kept telling me the parts for the heat kit were on back order and may be here 13/31/22. Paul showed up with a van full of parts, and had the heat going within a couple of hours. I signed up for yearly maintenence with this company, and will not be using anyone else moving forward. HIGHLY recommend. Very professional, and very respectable. Paul came out again today, 4/14 for maintenance he was completely professional and thorough on steps to take. Great company to work with. Will continue to use them!

Robert Reasor and his staff are second to none. I have had several ACs in my houses and now I have a company for life. Technicians were awesome and informative, the maintenance great. A tremendous shout out of thanks and gratitude to Robert Reasor and AirPro Cooling & Heating. My spouse and I were on a cruise ship in the middle of the Caribbean celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary, when our daughter-in-law informed us that our home a/c stopped working. I immediately put a distress signal out to Robert with AirPro, he called me immediately and I told him what was happening. The first thing he told me was, don’t worry, to enjoy our cruise and he would have someone take a look at it with in 24 hours. The next day, not even 24 hours, more like 18 hours the issues was fixed! Now I’m sitting in a nice cool home. Thank you again to Robert Reasor and AirPro Cooling and Heating! My air conditioner stopped cooling my house in the middle of July, and I was convinced I had a catastrophic leak or something else terrible. David from Air Pro came out, inspected my system and quickly determined that I was low on freon, most likely due to normal gradual loss rather than something terrible. He refilled the system, stayed to make sure it was working properly and the temperature was holding, and now my house is cool and comfortable again, for a lot less money than I was expecting. I highly recommend Air Pro, and will call them next time I need work done (including the routine system checks that would have prevented this in the first place)

Initially, there was a misunderstanding on what exactly this entailed; however, the young man, John, performing the maintenance, corrected the misunderstanding immediately, and continued with the maintenance service. He was extremely polite, and very hard working. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Best price, best customer service. The gentlemen I worked with were helpful, candid about the pros and cons of the different AC models they offered, and had the best price of the three companies I got quotes from. They even went out of their way to set up a portable AC unit in my room pending the actual AC installation so my two small children and I could sleep comfortably in my room. They installed the AC quickly and professionally, answered all my questions about maintenance, and gave me tips for routine care for the unit. Highly recommend!!!

Put a hole in the coolant line. We called Airpro since they installed the system a couple years prior. John was on time and professional. Thanks for fixing my boo boo.Update, March 2022, Had Air Pro rework the ducts upstairs to create better airflow. John and his partner were professional and courteous. While the work was being done there was a few spots where the sheetrock nails came out, but Robert and Airpro took care of the minor issue. Highly recommend AirPro Cooling & Heating!!!
