    Dan was great. I reached out through the website and he contacted me later that day. It was a Sunday. He told us what we were pretty sure we already knew. Our heater is fine. The house is just old and drafty. Trustworthy and honest, highly recommend!

    I contacted Dan, who is local to Taylor, for a second opinion on a fix I needed for our AC. He came out the same day and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice, professional, friendly, and very affordable. He was able to fix what needed fixing in no time at all. I wanted to watch and ask questions for my own curiosity and he didn’t hesitate to show me what he was doing or answer questions. Will definitely use him again for anything in the future and highly recommend him.

    Dan was the third company we contacted for an AC emergency. We all know how it goes in Texas; when you least expect it and when you have so many other things going on you are hit with a system that fails.Our mini split in my sister house stopped working and after being out of town she was returning today, it was freaking unbearable inside the house.We called our long time AC guy who agreed to come out but stood us up. We called a second company who scheduled to come out but then canceled. We called Dan who agreed and gave us a time he would be out. Dan arrived when stated, knew how busy we were, setting up for a 16th birthday party and quietly went to work.Dan rectified the problem, diagnosed the bigger problem which I could validate later and provided needed documentation for warranty.Dan was polite, professional, and an overall pleasure to deal with. I appreciate him for being a Veteran owned small business, I further appreciate him understanding our need and making it work, clearly not everyone goes that extra mile demonstrated by the two other companies who did us dirty.We would like to say thank you to Dan for helping us and earning this 5 star review. We have definitely found a new AC guy.

    Our heating went out during the coldest days of a Winter vortex blowing through, and we noticed it stopped working around 5pm.We needed help fast or it was going to be a brutal night!Thankfully, we gave this company a call and they were able to get here about 30 minutes later!They saved us and our furbabies from a horrible night.They also fixed the issue fast and at a reasonable price!Thank you so much, we will keep using their service when needed!!!

    I got home from work to find my heater not working. Called Dan from Aironx to put me on the schedule. He told me he could come out that night. I was so relieved. He came and had the part on truck needed to fix my heater. Dan had me up and heating in no time. I couldn’t be more pleased the experience I had with Aironx and can’t recommend them enough.

    Our HVAC ductwork was destroyed by gross rats. I called Aironx and told them the situation. Daniel Dawkins came to our home and inspected the ductwork and provided us a quote. We set up a date and time, and he and his crew were there promptly. They tore out the icky ductwork and replaced it all in the same day. Dan even vacuumed the nastiness that fell out from the registers. Their quote was really reasonable, and the work was done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    I had an issue with my AC today, so I quickly searched for help online and found Dean. He was available right away and, to my surprise, arrived at our house within an hour. Even better, he had the necessary part on his truck to fix the fan immediately. Dean was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind and informative.     I have a commercial building in Taylor . It’s important to have at least biannual maintenance checks on your HVAV equipment before your tenants call you that the AC is not working . Dan at Aironx promptly returned my calls and came in on our scheduled time . Gave me some advice on the types of filters to use to increase the life of my system . Readily answered all my questions in a friendly professional manner . His prices are very fair . Highly recommend Aironx .

    Dan Dawkins took care of us like he would his own family! He didnt wait another day the moment we called to let him know our AC stopped working in this summer heat. Poor guy even had to work until 10pm just to be sure we were comfortable - without us asking for him to stay! He just did it because thats just the kind of person he is!     Dan is a life saver. Quite literally the summertime Santa Claus who brings gifts and joy to people houses. He goes above and beyond to help out. It’s almost 5 o’clock and I’m worried I won’t find anyone today.Luckily I ran across Dan’s info with Aironx.     Thank you Airnox for the quick response to my inquiry for a service call and your prompt repair service! I strive to support local, although that is not always an option when service is not up to par. This was NOT the case with Airnox.     My ac stopped cooling mid-afternoon on a Saturday in July. Dan is my neighbor and he’s come to my rescue before so, naturally, I called him right away. He instructed me to turn off my ac to prevent further damage since we didn’t know what was wrong with it yet. I appreciated that because that hadn’t even occurred to me and I had left it running. He arrived quickly and had the temperature dropping in my house within 20 minutes. I don’t know what he did or if it was simply his presence that made my ac start working but I couldn’t have been happier. Dan is always courteous and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him!

    Our air conditioner stopped blowing cool air at noon on Memorial Day. After calling and leaving messages with a few companies we used in the past it was looking bleak. The indoor temps began to rise so I surveyed an online community group and someone suggested contacting Dan at Aironx. He had a busy afternoon on a 97 degree day but he fit us in that evening and had our A/C running within 30 minutes.
