    Im not even sure where to start.I got a tech named Rusty. Totally recommend. He pretty much acknowledged what I already knew. Added a few pointers and even got me on Amazon prime making sure I have filters 2x a month.Their admin are awesome about working with you to make sure your time is not wasted as well.     Honest. Hard working. Good family owned company. We had two units that had been dead for years because we couldn’t afford to replace them. Airmax had a great deal going on and we took advantage of it. Within three days of initially contacting them, both units were replaced and everything complete. Oh how wonderful to have a cool house once again.

    Air max was phenomenal!They were sent out by my home warranty company after a different company tampered with some wiring in my HVAC. They got me on the urgent list and had someone to me ASAP. Our tech Denver was amazing and was thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and made sure we were aware of all the steps he was taking to get it fixed in a timely manner. Our home went from being 78 degrees to 70 degrees within no time after he had diagnosed the issue and fixed it.I am so thankful they were the ones who came out to fix the issue another company made and I will for sure be asking for them to come back out again for any HVAC needs!

    The people who came to my home to check out and repair my central air conditioning system were very polite, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They checked my system both inside and outside to find the problem. They took the time to explain the issue because they had to order a part. The part arrived very quickly and they made an appointment and repaired the air conditioning system. Both of the servicemen took the time to explain what they did and said if something went wrong to call back so that they could come and check the system again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of service that they offer. I gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them 10. Great people in their office, dispatch and service men.

    AirMax was able to get a technician out to my house the same day, which was a huge deal with temperatures on triple digits. The tech was able to diagnose a bad thermostat. The replacement thermostat he had in the truck was not of high quality and it was priced artificially high, so he recommended that I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s to buy a higher quality replacement, which would be hundreds of dollars less than the one he had. He said he would tell the office that I needed to have someone come out and install the new thermostat the next day, but suggested I also call the office myself on Saturday morning to confirm an appointment. I left a voicemail at 8:30 am, but never got a callback until Monday morning. Fortunately I was able to plug in the new thermostat myself. The office was very apologetic about not getting back to me promptly over the weekend and said they would escalate the issue to the weekend service manager.

    Highly recommend AirMax!! Extremely honest, super nice, caring, and never pushed for a sale. Larry, Scott, and Jess from Sales to Austin and Chris from tech that were onsite for the install, the process was smooth and straight forward. It took me a year to get them to install a mini split in my garage due to personal surgeries and not once did they complain or question the delay. Not only that, they gave me a great deal (even better than last year), awesome service, quick and super clean install, and a maintenance agreement better than anyone in the industry.     I am definitely using these guys in the future. Mr. Randy was very polite, professional, and didnt try to take advantage of my family not being knowledgeable about our issue.     The gentleman who came was very nice. I was so hot outside but he worked to try to fix my ac. He would have fixed it but my home insurance would pay for the part he needed. And it is ver expensive for me. It is 1700 for the part. So we just have to get by without the ac.

    I have a medical issue and our AC went out this afternoon, it was almost 100° outside and it got very hot in our home very fast.     I had been fighting with a dispatched AC company from AHS for weeks. Once I gave up on AHS and that AC company, I called Airmax. They had excellent customer service. They were responsive in scheduling an appointment quickly. My AC had numerous problems and ultimately needed replacing. However, they fixed dealt with the water leak that was damaging the bedroom below until the new unit install could be completed. Now I can start fixing the damage to my bedroom below. That was a weight off my mind. They explained thoroughly all of the issues and shared a quote for just fixing the unit as well as other options to replace the unit with tons of financing options.     This review is mainly for their technician Cody S. I didn’t catch the name for the second technician. They were incredibly kind, used shoe covers in the house without me asking, and worked as quietly as they could because I had my toddler sleeping upstairs. I appreciate their consideration of my little one. Airmax is a good company that was recommended to me by our neighbors. The only thing I wish could be improved is that they could give a timeframe of when their technician can come. We’ve had someone come around 8 am and another come around 5 pm so waiting is tricky. They do notify you 30 min prior to their arrival but that still leaves us stuck at home.

I have to say that due to their current staffing and having to work closely with Daikin to get paid for their work, it was a rocky experience. I was without cooling for many weeks. Airmax also recognized that the system size they previously installed was unable to cope with a reality where you can have two straight months of 100+ days and they, again, worked with Daikin to install a bigger system under warranty. While the experience was not as transparent as I would have liked, they do get credit for eventually honoring their warranty and getting the work done. Thanks, Guys.
