When I called the lady was very sweet when I told her about my situation. They was able to come to my home and got my ac running in no time. It made me happy that the fact they was able to fit me in when they were super busy. The technician name Patrick was also an amazing person. He respected my house and was very quick get my AC running in a timely matter. The fact that when I told the lady I had to take time off since I’m a trucker and work at night, she understood and got a technician to me in no time. Also Patrick was polite and it was nice to have a nice conversation with someone than them being quiet. My home wasn’t the cleanest but he showed respect without judging me. I hope my property management will continue to use this business. Thank you for being on a timely matter and have awesome technician.

Bob was extremely knowledgeable over the phone they were able to get me in in less than 28 hours. Patrick was the technician that showed up Bob didnt give me a warning that he was coming which was awesome. Patrick was extremely professional very knowledgeable and he got my problem fixed in less than 20 minutes Ill definitely be calling them again

I have dealt with AC issues in the homes Ive had here in Texas and Ive never received service like I did with these guys. After the first guy told me it would take weeks to get the warranty approved and the parts in, I didnt hear back from them. I then called Airmax. They came out the same day took 10 minutes to diagnose and the next day they had my piece installed within 20 minutes and AC running smooth. A few weeks later the fan broke outside (its a really old unit) and they came the same day. With in 30 minutes I had my AC running again. They worked with the warranty company and had things approved right away. Im telling you CAN NOT go wrong with these guys. Plus theyre super friendly. Especially Bob

I contacted Mr. Bobby Lewis on Monday and he and his team had a new ac unit installed by Friday. Its been 100+ degrees every day this week and our old unit was on its last leg. His guys did a top notch job installing an upgraded unit afor less than the smaller units that have a shorter warranty. He is a local member of the community who stands behinds work. If you want a reliable and trustworthy locally owned company, give Bobby a call, he will take care of you, just as he has taken care of my family and me.Thanks again Bobby.

I was having problems with my previous service company doing a basic cleaning maintenance yesterday. I was being lied to about my system so I got a second opinion. I found out nothing was wrong with my system and my wiring was misplaced. Airmax’s technicians fixed the problem quickly. They are awesome !!

After paying a whopping $110 for a visit from another reputable Killeen AC company, I requested a second opinion from a different company. You see the last company that came explained to me that though the air wasnt blowing cold, nothing, was wrong and that I needed to set the thermostat above 75. Needless to say two weeks later after the AC unit completely stopped working, these guys came thru. I received the call from customer service this morning (awesome customer service), who scheduled us for this afternoon without me having to request same day service.The gentleman who came was very professional and efficient. He went to the unit, opened it, and viola! Found the problem. He was here for maybe 20 min and the problem is resolved! Loved the service and will definitely use every time.
