    I had my A/C evaporator go out on my 6 year old house. The first company I called did not honor my warranty… Called AirLoom and spoke with Dave, and within about 20 minutes he looked up my unit, found the warranty and honored it. Once the part arrived Daniel and Dave were prompt to their estimated arrival time and knew exactly how long the repair was going to take. Excellent service, and very kind to deal with. Would definitely recommend their services and will be continuing to use them in the future.

    Professionalism & IntegrityThose are the two words that best describe my experience with Airloom. Technicians were very professional and experienced. They arrived ahead of schedule and completed everything 2 hours earlier than estimated. I had been considering a whole new HVAC system for a few months and Dave always quickly responded to texts or calls whenever I had a question. Very pleased with my new system and I would recommend them to anyone.NOTE: This company was referred to me by my best friend and his wife who had a new system installed by Airloom approximately a year ago. They were referred to Airloom through their neighbors / our mutual friends that had a new system installed approximately 10 years ago.     Where to start! It has been a journey for my Grandmother. This company has been nothing but a blessing to this family.     This is the first time using Airloom, Daniel was very knowledgeable about hvac and answered all my questions, this service was a scheduled maintenance visit that inspected and tuned up my system to make sure it was running at full specifications. There were no issues, but preventative maintenance is a big deal to me to try to catch anything out of the ordinary that can be fixed before it becomes a bigger problem. Thank you Daniel and Airloom for the great service keep up the good work.

    I had a problem with my AC not cooling properly, at about 2 pm today. As soon as he could get here, Daniel from AirLoom Hearing and Cooling came the same day, checked my unit, verified where the weaknesses were and provided assurance that the unit was working properly after verifying all the functions critical for proper cooling. This was a relief for me and helped me to not be worried about having to endure another hot night. Daniel is a first class technician.     Living in Houston, having a reliable service for your air conditioning is invaluable.AirLoom Cooling & Heating has been maintaining our home’s HVAC since 2014.We live in an older home and had to have our whole HVAC system replaced. That was our first introduction to them. Their commitment to their warranties is not a bunch of fine print and hoops to have it honored. They have taken incredible care of us.Their response time is unbelievably quick and living in Houston, it’s nice to know that if we do experience an issue, we know it’ll be back in service in no time.One time, our power flashed and caused an issue with the HVAC on a weekend, in the middle of the night. I put in a work order online and received a message back right away. The very next day, our technician Daniel was there to get us back up and running.Having a consistent technician for the entire 10 years we’ve been working with them who comes to our home for scheduled maintenance and inspections is invaluable.     AirLoom Cooling & Heating have handled my a/c for years with a maintenance agreement. This summer I had to get a new system and they were in and out in a day with all new duct work and system install. They are courteous and professional! My a/c has never worked so well.     AirLoom continues to impress! I lost power during both major storms recently, so it was extra miserable when the a/c stopped working. I expected a long wait for an appt, but they offered to fit me in the next day! Price was very fair and the repairs were done in a day. They also replaced both hvac systems and the installation looks better than what the original builder delivered. PLUS our bills are lower and we can keep the house nice and cool even during our 100+ degree days.     This is a delayed review. Came home Tuesday the 25th at around 5:30 pm and found the outside condensing unit not running , house temperature 78 degrees. Called Air Loom, left a message, not much chance of getting someone out this late. Dave called me back at 6:42, said they would schedule someone out Wednesday morning.Technician Garrett arrived around 9:30, found bad capacitor in record time and had the unit running and cooling at around 10:00.Thanks Garrett and Air Loom for quick response. He does the check-ups twice a year and has also done installations and repairs.     Kind of a long review but this is an Awesome company. 5-stars doesnt do them justice! I appreciate their customer service and going above and beyond. Ive used this company since I was referred by a coworker in 2011. They have performed my semi-yearly maintenance on my units and also replace our downstairs unit a few years ago. A few weeks ago the compressor went out on the unit which was no longer within the warranty period. BUT but they worked with the mfg to have the compressor replaced and then they covered the cost of labor!!!! Daniel kept me informed along the way (supply chain shortage issues). Excellent work on the repair and also fixed a clogged line I had on the older unit while he was here!! Their team is always professional, courteous, respectful of property and clean up when thry are done! I highly recommend them and have always had great service from them!

    Cypress Creek takes exceptional care of their customers. I had unit installed in 2016 and I’m so glad we chose cypress creek as our provider. We have them out for routine maintenance twice a year but if something arises outside of that time they don’t hesitate to come out. My most recent call was because my thermostat was not working properly. They got me on the schedule same day and before 5pm! Awesome service and awesome job! I recommend Cypress Creek to everyone.     Awesome, friendly, and quick service from the Cypress Creek Team. Dave gave me a call at 7:30 am on a Saturday after I left him a voicemail a few minutes earlier. They had a technician, Garrett, at my house by 10 am on Monday. He was very knowledgeable and immediately found the root cause of our problems and repaired our A/C within the hour. He also completed a semi-annual diagnostic test. The Cypress Creek team was very professional for the entire process and I can’t recommend them enough.

    I’ve used Cypress Creek for years, I’m a member of their subscription service which I highly recommend. For some reason HVAC systems don’t go kaput unless it’s a weekend or holiday, and they’ve always answered the call and gotten me taken care of as soon as possible (so far that’s always been either same day or first available the next day; last time I called them at 8pm on a Friday and my system was fixed at around 8am the next day, a few hours before I had 30 people over for a birthday party). Garrett’s been my tech since day one and not only is he a great, stand-up guy, but I really appreciate not having a completely different random tech appear every time.

    These folks are fantastic. I submitted an online inquiry expecting to hear back in a day or two. Got a text response an hour and half later. Explained my situation and asked how soon they could get someone out to help out. They offered some free advice over the phone that got me temporarily taken care of and had a tech on my doorstep at 9 the next morning. They gave me lots of options for repair and replacement walking me through pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured one way or another and genuinely felt consulted rather than condescended to. Reasonable prices, quality work, and fast response times - the HVAC trifecta. These guys have earned my business for life.

    I can’t say enough thanks to Cypress Creek. We had a leak in the evaporator coil, it was replaced and we had to have refrigerant added. A week later our A/C was doing the same thing it was when I first called(not cooling off, the temperature would continuously rise). I called and they offered to come out the same night but we just had them come out the next day. Turns out there was a valve leak on the part they just replaced and we were losing refrigerant. They added more refrigerant and ordered the part. They came out the next day to fix it. We were not charged for the valve leak. I was super thankful and very appreciative of their services. Very professional and they have great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their service, you won’t be sorry!

    I cannot say enough good things about this company!! I have had them do routine maintenance on my unit for at least 12 plus years at two different homes. Do yourself a favor and have them out annually and you will get the best service around! Just recently I came home at 7pm and my house was hot and A/C not working. Dave tried to trouble shoot with my husband over the phone after hours and was out the next morning and got it up and running!! He is also the owner. Wow. Great service and customer for life. Truly like family. Our normal technician was out sick so Dave the owner took excellent care of us!

    Highly recommend this company. Dave Williams and his technicians are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and responsive. They replaced a 20 year old HVAC system in very cramped workspace in an older home and did a tremendous job. They supplied a loaner unit to keep the house cool while the new unit was acquired during the 100 degree heat of July. I had obtained bids from 3 other companies and the Cypress Creek quote was the best for the money with a very high SEER rating.

    The service technician Daniel was excellent - very professional, and answered my questions, explained system and equipment condition, replaced an evaporator that was leaking refrigerant, and it was still under warranty, so there was no charge. He spent a couple of hours when it was raining hard, and did thorough system and equipment checks. Cypress Creek (now AirLoom) has been my HVAC provider for about fifteen years, and I have been very happy with them.

    Once again, cannot speak highly enough about this company. In the Houston area, A/C is obviously vital. My upper unit went out suddenly over the weekend, I called and spoke with them over the weekend, and they were out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the issue. I made the choice to have a new unit put in and it was installed and operational in hours. The guy answering the phone was clearly aggravated every time I spoke with him. The initial visit (great guy on that) let us know that a warranty claim with Lennox would need to be filed.At this point, I was only able to speak to the angry guy answering the phone and leave a message with no response for days.Thankfully, I decided to try a different company.     I can’t say enough good things about airloom and our tech Daniel. If you are looking for an honest company that goes the extra mile for their customers without nickel and dimeing them to death you need to call Airloom right now!!!!I have had numerous a/c companies out to maintenance and care for our HVAC since 2016. This is the first company and tech to figure out our issue. On average our home runs very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. So this is what impressed me, he provided a temporary solution which cooled our house down by 8 degrees immediately during the hottest part of the day, and then explained the permanent repair and how we can get that done. Most any other company would have skipped trying to help us and just jump straight to the most expensive solution. When it came time to pay the bill it was exactly what I was quoted over the phone not a penny more.     We have done business with Cypress Creek Air Conditioning-Heat for roughly 15 years. They have provided services to us for all of our heating and air conditioning needs, from Spring and Fall maintenance inspections to replacement of old equipment. They have even re-designed and installed new ductwork in our attic to increase the performance of our systems.One morning earlier this week I contacted the office to schedule our Fall maintenance inspection. With this being a busy time for them, I expected the earliest appointment could not be scheduled for at least a week, maybe longer.     The job started as promised on February 7, 2019 at 7:30AM. These guys do not fool around, it seems as if the entire company showed up to handle this job, including company president Dave Williams. They essentially had to rip EVERYTHING out of the attic and start from scratch. Quite a job, but made easier by the sheer numbers of skilled technicians working on it. The new system is better designed and better insulated then the old one, thanks to technician Daniel Stewart. It was amazing to watch these pros in action. Everyone had their own function, but they all worked together like a finely oiled machine. The project wrapped in one day as promised. Our new system provides better air flow, and we have already noticed the difference in one day. The air is noticeably fresher as well because it is no longer moving through old contaminated ductwork. The air you breathe is vital, and reducing the amount of contaminants that you inhale is important to your overall health. We are extremely happy that we made this investment in our home.

At all times he was very polite and very patient as I kept asking questions.Every time he went outside my house he made sure to take his booties off and place them back before entering my house. Shortly after, he prepared a detailed report for each of the units. He didn’t push a long sale speech about any of their products o services. Garret mentioned to me about the age of my AC units and services his company offer, but I never felt pressured by his suggestions.It turned out to be that there isn’t anything wrong with my AC units, but the excruciating heat (over the 100’s) we have been experiencing in Texas for the last month or so. My AC’s are performing according to specifications, the cooling levels are good, electrical are good.I’m grateful for the outcome, but mostly to Garrett for providing a stress and hassle free experience.
