Wanted to take a moment and thank the folks from Air Fast! As a military family retiring and transitioning to a new area we ran into some real problems. New homeowner type nightmares. The AC in our new home died and we called for service from another local company. After little effort on their part I was told that the AC system had to be replaced. The technician did offer a costly solution. After hearing this I was suspicious and called a friend from the local area and found Air Fast. Wes and his family owned business came right away knowing our situation. They spent hours trying to identify the problem which they did, for a very responsible cost. Wes took the time to walk us through the problem and presented me with a much better solution. It was cost effective and we are so happy with their service. The company was on time, kept their word and nothing but professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and missed that good old folks doing good things. Thank you to Wes and his family!!!!

If you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity and quality work, Airfast is who you need to call. They helped us recently when our ac unit died. I didnt know what I was going to do and how I was going to afford it. Wes gave us tons of information and let us know what options were available. I’ve known Westly for years I used him he installed my air conditioner work went kaput about 15 years ago. He came back and did some services on an every day area right now in End and I called him back and he replaced my evaporator coil and now it’s cooling. Again, thank you Westly and your brother and nephew for coming out and making us cold, I highly recommend you call Westly and his crew to do your heating and cooling needsyour friend Tom

Wesley came the same day my unit quit. 100+ degrees and unlike most other companies I have delt with he did not immediately try to sell me a new system. He took the time to look at my 26 year old system and explain exactly what was wrong with it as well as a couple different repair options, costs and expected results from each. I appreciated his honesty so much I asked for a quote on an entire new system and instead of just throwing out a price, we talked about what kind of system I wanted and what would be best for my style and construction of house. I was actually surprised by the affordable price and that he recommended the quality brand I wanted. It was a very smooth and easy process. He and his crew are very professional, clean and were very respectful of my property. He went above and beyond and did everything he said he would do and then some with no surprise billing. He called after I got home from work to see if I was happy and said he would be by Monday to follow up with me if I had and questions and to give things a final look over. I cannot recommend Wesley and his AirFast crew enough!!#LubbockHVAC

They were quick but paid very close attention to detail. Appreciated how Wesley is up front and honest with prices and what needs to be done...so no surprise costs later like most companies!!! Keeping your existing unit running as long as you can or total replacement.... Call AIRFAST!!!

Wes and his crew came out the same say I called them. My 18 year old system’s compressor was shot and Wes gave me several options to choose from, from replacing the compressor and retrofitting for the approved coolant system to replacing the whole system with a new, more efficient model. He was here when he said he would be, did what he said he would do, and left the place just as he found it. I would recommend Wes to anyone who is needing HVAC service in Lubbock and the surrounding communities!
