    Wyatt was young but an absolute pro. It was a tricky fix on a mini-split unit, and he took the time to evacuate any existing 410A from the overall system, took the necessary time to pull the vacuum which some folks might have cut a corner here as it took a while. Once we were sure nothing was left in the lines, he put the exact weight of 410A refrigerant in to ensure the AC was able to run at peak performance! I am very happy w the outcome and my likelihood to recommend is at a 10 rating, as I already have! Thanks! Craig Baebel.I had my place down to 57 before I stopped it as it was starting to get to meat locker temperature! Love it! CB

    If you need an AC system in the Coastal Bend that is hurricane rated, look no further than Air Boss LLC in Rockport. You will not be disappointed with Wyatt’s excellent customer service and Charlie’s knowledge and honesty. I knew from the conversation with Charlie that he wasn’t your typical “salesman” and that I was going with Air Boss even though they were the first company to provide a quote. I did do my due diligence and obtained other quotes but Air Boss gave me the most competitive quote of all. The owner of the company personally inspected the installation and arranged windstorm inspection for the WPI.

    Excellent! I couldnt ask for anything better. They answered the phone immediately, gave me a same day appointment before noon, arrived on time and took care of my issue quickly and professionally. They could have tried to sell me a new unit like others have but didnt. Instead, they repaired it and showed me what they did. The cost was reasonable. A+The repairman was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Great honest company. Ill never call anyone other than AirBoss going forward.

    No stranger to dealing with contractors in Rockport. These guys gave a very competitive price and actually keep a good inventory in stock. They put a unit in a metal building for us and did a fantastic job. They did Progressive sizing so all air supplies are delivering air properly. They left not trash and probably left it cleaner than they found it. Charlie, the installer communicated well and seemed eager to accommodate and please. Looks like I’ve found a new AC company. Will update with pictures later.

    Totally satisfied with my service last night when my heater did not work. I called him set an appointment. They came right out. Charly is wonderful.     Our A/C went out late last night. I called our home warranty company at 11:30 pm, and they assigned AirBoss.I talked to AirBoss today at 12:15, and they said they would be out this afternoon.Jason with AirBoss called at 3:30 and said hed be here in about 10 minutes. True to his word, he showed up less than 10 minutes later and remembered us from a previous repair.He quickly diagnosed the problem, a bad motor, and had it replaced, cleaned up, and was finished within two hours.Sixteen hours from initial phone call to report outage to cool air - AWESOME!Jason was neat, tolerated a small barking dog in another room, and was very polite.We definitely recommend AirBoss and Jason!

    This review is on my sons computer. My name is Doug Davis.Wyatt and his father were transparent, straight-forward, and informative when I called several times to ask questions. I cancelled my yearly service with a large HVAC company that seemed only interested in up-selling by the techs.I joined the Airboss bi-yearly service (much cheaper than the big company). Also had a smart thermostat installed. The tech called me to let me know what he found (very little on a PM call).Small local company, good service, veteran owned!

    I have used Airboss to add an electrical circuit to my patio deck. it was done quickly & professionally. They also did repair work on my air conditioner that saved me thousands since another AC contractor wanted to replace the AC when all that was needed was to replace a filter drier (or drier filter). These are good people. Highly recommended.

    I had a great experience working with this Team of professionals! Charlie was able to quickly diagnose the issue I was having with my HVAC system and presented two options for the repair. One that would involve construction costs to replace the ductwork and the more creative (less expensive) way to reroute the duct. I appreciate the thought he put into diagnosing the issue while being conscious or costs related with each option. The Airboss Team proved to be professional and thoughtful through the whole process. Wyatt took the time to explain the recommended repairs when coordinating the follow up visit and Charlie+Team were able to make the necessary repairs and get the system back up and running efficiently in a very shot time. High recommend this team if you have AC/heating issues!

    Very honest people . They came out to fix another electricians mistake after looking at everything i was quoted 830 dollars and i said grate lets do it. When they came out to fix everything they didnt have to do something that they thought and actually told me this and that it would only be 500.
