Chris and Frank did fantastic work. This was no cookie-cutter type job. First, we were installing a unit Id removed from another house. Second, my new house was filled with complexities that had be worked around. At the outset, Chris engineered the way to re-map our zones between the two HVAC systems. During the install they were positive and resourceful to address issues as they came up. Everything looked better after they were done. I could tell from the quality of their work that they put a great deal of pride into doing things the right way, not the easy way. I only wish Id known Chris years ago! Very satisfied.

As usual, Chris West always comes through when I need help. He saved me a lot of money by going the extra mile and thinking through what was actually needed to make the repair, without going overboard with a bunch of unnecessary charges. Taking into consideration, that I may need a new system sooner than later, he did what was possible to keep it going since it still had some life left. Chris is great at explaining what he is doing so I can do some of the easier maintenance on my own to help keep the system running as long as possible. Ashton did an amazing job cleaning our furnace providing before and after photos These guys actually care about quality and will do everything in their power to be there when you need them most. They are always my first call for any HVAC issues and I recommend them to all my clients.

After receiving a sales pitch on a new unit from Bacon as part of our annual “friends and families” tune-up.. we needed a second opinion before running our heater this winter.Chris showed up within 1-day and was able to provide piece of mind and give our unit a clean bill of health.Chris walked me through the guts of our furnace and I watched as he tested all of the safety switches. No carbon monoxide detected throughout the process.While we did not need any parts replaced, I truly believe Chris would have only offered solutions that were necessary and reasonable. What more can you ask for?

Cannot recommend Chris and Frank highly enough. Always very thorough and on point with the quality of the services. We have used them for the A/C tuneup service for a while and they always go above and beyond. When there is an emergency, like last July when the A/C was blowing hot air, Chris was here in no time. We’ve also used their duct cleaning service recently and the air has never been cleaner.You wont go wrong with Air West.

We’ve been really happy with Air West! They’ve been really responsive when we needed help and their pricing has seemed fair. Chris was highly recommended in a local Facebook group and I’m glad we called him. I’ve been impressed with their communication - if an appointment is scheduled or needed to be changed, they’re great about telling me what is going on. At one point, they made a mistake with an thermostat and they owned it as soon as it was identified and fixed it without charge. I’ll keep calling them!

Excellent top quality service at a great price. I got MUCH higher quotes from Home Depot and Cody and Sons but better service and product from Air West. Several residents in my townhome community have used them. A neighbor referred them to me and Ive referred them to several other neighbors. They came and topped off my old AC for free until they could install the new unit, and installed an extra much needed vent in my bedroom, also no charge. Best service and end results I could ever ask for. Beware of other HVAC companies overcharging and suggesting units way over my needs, not Air West.

I can’t say enough about Air West! Reached out to Chris and he was extremely fast to respond about a potential new HVAC unit. Chris came out the next day and promptly provided three options which he did a great job explaining the benefits of each. Right off the bat, I could tell that Chris really cares about his customers and is just an honest and trustworthy guy. Pricing was very fair and significantly lower than one of the larger regional/national chains.In regard to the actual install process, Chris and Frank went above and beyond as the job proved harder than expected due to the small space and old ductwork that was in worse shape than we thought. They also made sure to cover everything thoroughly and were just extremely clean in general which isn’t always the case.Highly recommend!

I called another big-name company to come out and repair our outdoor condenser fan unit, they couldnt get it up and running after 3 days. I called Chris, he came out the same day, found half a dozen things that were done incorrectly by the previous technician, and had it up and running for a fair price in no time. I will be calling him for everything in the future.

Air West Solutions is great. Any issue I have Chris or one of his team is there with an affordable solution quickly. Last summer I had my AC go out due to some part going out. Maybe it was the flux capacitor? No that’s Star Trek…. Anyway, I texted Chris at 1 pm about the issue. He said he happened to be in the area and came over within a hour and had the issue fixed by 4 pm. It was 108 degrees outside that day so it was much appreciated.

HONEST. Thats the defining word for Air West Solutions. I am so so grateful for Air West Solutions. They are honest, fair, and timely. My friend highly recommended them after her experience and now I will be recommending them to all of my neighbors and local friends.I called a large company (starts with One...), which has a Google review score of 4.8/4.9, to do a spring AC maintenance, and essentially, they did no maintenance, turned my unit off and walked away, leaving me hamstrung with no AC, lying to me saying I needed a several thousand dollar replacement.Air West came out right away to give me a second opinion, actually did AC maintenance, turned my unit back on, and confirmed my suspicions that the large company was trying to scam me.It is so difficult to trust people who come into your home and work on things you dont have extensive knowledge of. Thank you to Air West Solutions for being an honest company who does great work. My AC is running nice and cold!
