6/21/23 Service: My moms AC stopped working and David from Air Velocity came out the next day to fix it. Given that summer days are busy for everyone with AC issues, I was extremely happy that David was able to come out so quickly and also flexible to come in later during the day due to my moms work schedule. He saw that there were some ants in the area so not only did he take the time to fix the AC capacitor but also took the time to apply the ant spray. Thank you again!

Called Air Velocity based on good reviews and was not disappointed. Jerry arrived on time and quickly found and fixed our furnace and AC issues. Jerry was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. Friendly, affordable and honest - Ill definitely use Air Velocity again.

I’m extremely impressed with Air Velocity. Recently Air Velocity installed a new Trane air conditioning and heating system for me. My experience began when I met with Jerry who explained in detail what I needed and how they could help me. Most companies send you someone from sales who may not know as much as you do about your system. Jerry is an expert with over 40 years of experience in air conditioning and heating. His knowledge is unmatched. Jerry followed up by calling me to ensure my unit was working perfectly. Jerry far exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you - Ronnie

Air Velocity was recommended to me by a contractor I have done some work with in the past. Wow, what a great company. Our 15 year old AC died while I was out of town. Needless to say, the wife and kids wanted it fixed ASAP. I called Air Velocity and within 3 days they had replaced the whole system. We had grown accustomed to our old, loud, and inefficient AC unit. After replacing the old unit, the neighbor came out of her house and offered up a slow clap as our new system is whisper quiet. We have received our first full electric bill and could not be more pleased with the results. The installers were professional and friendly. When our old AC died I thought I was in for a miserable experience getting bids, dealing with workers, etc. Our experience with Air Velocity was the exact opposite. My only regret is that I can’t rate them higher than 5 stars.

Jerry and Robby are great! We have used many HVAC companies over the years and they are the best we have ever used, hands down. They are honest, extremely knowledgable, very fair priced, and prompt. A true professional who obviously takes pride in his work. Even when he has been booked solid for over a week he answers his phone and is happy to spend time on the phone diagnosing the problem - even though he knows he wont get the business because we cant wait. He is the guy I call first every time.

Tony was great! When I got home from work on Friday night my AC was not working and I called several HVAC companies. I left several messages and spoke to a few guys that couldnt get to me until the next morning. When I called Air Velocity someone answered immediately and sent Tony out in less than an hour. He had it fixed in minutes! I highly recommend this company!

His pricing was fair and the work was quality. Jerry and his son do most of the work themselves and pride themselves on customer experience. So glad I called Air Velocity. Our AC went out and I thought we would have to replace the whole unit since it is an older one. Air Velocity arrived within a few hours of my call and ended up prolonging the life of our current AC unit. Jerry is very informative about the work being performed and is very honest about what will be needed in the future to ensure the best efficiency. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. I know who to call now. Love finding an honest, knowledgeable , friendly and affordable HVAC service.

On July 3rd, 2019 my heat pump quit cooling. I called my usual guy and he wasnt available. I even called my back up and they didnt even answer the phone. So I called my friend Jason Irwin and he referred me to Air Velocity. An David from Air velocity answered the call at 330pm and came out quick. He had my heat pump cooling by 6pm like it was new and its 15 years old. Reasonable price and great service!Thanks AgainRaymond Montgomery

Jerry is great! I wasnt able to use him since his first availability is very far away from today, however he was soooo helpful on the phone with me and extremely honest. Ive never experienced anything like it before especially because he was not able to come out to my home. I totally and 1000% recommend Jerry and his company. 10/10

David took care of my dad even tho it was the end of his day. He said it was on his way so he stopped to check his ac. Air Velocity also took care of our AC when it went out earlier this spring. Just happened to be the beginning of hot days and the 4th.I didnt expect anybody to answer, let alone make it out. But David came by, quickly. Diagnosed and fixed the problem rapidly. Jerry & his team are very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Jerry first tried fix the problem and did not charge me to diagnose the problem. When we determined the coils had a major leak, his price for a new a/c system was better than any other competitor. His crew did a great job installing a 3.5 ton, 1,600 cfm Trane system.
