The best service as always! Air to Air has serviced our ACs for many years, through several homes. Their service has stayed stellar all these years! They have done everything possible to keep our unit running until we were ready to bite the bullet and buy a new system. Tim helped us choose just the right one for our needs. My AC unit would not kick on all the way. Waited 2 days for my home warranty company to get someone out here. It was 105 outside and 91 inside, I wasn’t able to wait any longer. I called this company and the owner, Tim was here with a few hours. Problem was fixed right away and he was off to his next stop and we were on our way to cooling down. He was professional, polite, honest and I will recommend him to any of my friends and family that needs AC REPAIR. Thanks so much, Tim! God Bless!!!

Saved me nearly $1000! Tim and Gabe were very responsive all the way through our HAVC replacement process. They stocked several top models and were able to give me an amazing value on a scratch and dent open box model that still came with full factory warranty and even extended the labor warranty for us! Im a real research and detail nut and Time was able to answer all my questions patiently and give me the confidence I got the best system I possibly could for my $ and top notch service to boot. Highly recommend!

Awesome job! Last year one of my AC units went out. This year the other one went out. On a referral I contacted Air to Air. Rick was the technition to come to my home. It was a complex issue with the wiring and the coil. Rick figured out what was wrong. Tim the owner contacted me next. He explained I could either rewire the current system with the possibility of it ultimately failing or I could get a new unit. He also offers a solution of a scratch and dent unit which could fit my budget. I ultimately went with the scratch and dent.What I appreciated more was that Tim took the time out to explain to me (and a friend who understands AC lingo) everything right and wrong with the system. He also spent time explaining to me all of my options.I was thoroughly pleased with the knowledge and skills of both Rick and Tim. But I was even more impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend Air to Air.

Heat strip went out on our heat pump system, and heat pump was starting to struggle with temperatures quickly falling down through the 20s. Called and left a message, owner called me back in less than 10 minutes and had a technician out just an hour or so later. The tech was courteous, competent, and got us fixed in short order by replacing two fusible links for a reasonable price. Were heating again!

Tim was able to find us a Scratch and Dent System that was better than the original system we had found for only a fraction more than the original cost we had agreed upon! Had he not of told us it was scratch and sent we would have thought it was brand new! Very happy with the overall experience. We will be using air to air for the duct work we need done in our house too.

This is a fantastic business and I’ve had zero regrets!!I began using Air to Air Mechanical back in 2018 when we moved into our current home, where the HVAC system failed upon move-in. When I say I didn’t know what to do next I mean…..I didn’t know what to do next, except for praying to the only person, who can truly help me…GOD! After that, I began calling all of the local HVAC companies not knowing I was about to stumble across an amazing business!Tim Greenberg (the owner) literally came to our rescue and had a new indoor and outdoor unit ready to install within 48 hours of my initial contact. He also took the time to talk to me, listen to my current frustrations and remind me that GOD takes care of everyone, including the birds. Mr. Greenberg is also a Christian, which is something that attracted me to this company even more.At the time of the install, I noticed the back of his shirt read “In his service” and I personally believe that he lives up to that statement.Mr. Greenberg has (promptly) returned a few times since then for minor repairs that were largely due to triple digit temperatures and the fact that I like to keep my HVAC system on 70 (haha) and has continuously delivered the same quality, friendly and Christ-like service. Not to mention, he has a fantastic employee named “Gabriel,” who is well worth his weight in platinum!All that to say, you won’t regret using this company! My air went out and I needed it fixed ASAP.. I called Tim and explained the situation and he got me scheduled within a day!!!! The guys who came to install my unit were very professional and quick!!!!!! The prices are unbeatable and very affordable!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need!!! I have had tim servicing my ac system for several years now. His crew is the absolute best ive ever dealt with. They are fast efficient and very good at what they do.2 years ago my system died on christmas day. His crew qas there the next day installing a completely new one for me inside and out. Only took them three hours and i have had no issues since then.Air to Air Mechanical are the only people i recommend for any air conditioning repair!

Air-To-Air Mechanical is the Company to call for your AC repairs or installation. I have 2 units (upstairs and downstairs) Both indoor and outdoor systems were in bad shape and needed a complete replacement.I am saying 2 inside and 2 outside units. Since is was 100 degrees in summer Other companies just saw a guaranteed paycheck and quickly gave me a quote to fatten their pockets. Tim, came to my house and patiently worked with me to get the best affordable HVAC system and payment option that worked for my situation. In addition to the quality and professional work they found problems with the duct work which was outside of their responsibility, but they fixed it for me at NO additional cost. I live in Desoto Texas; my name is Izzy. You cant go wrong if you select Air to Air. Speak to Tim, he is the owner. In my book, Great Company! Great people! I dont care want anyone else says.

Tim and his crew installed a new system w few years ago, and we’ve had fantastic service. This latest cold front revealed that out heat was not functioning properly. I contacted Tim on Thursday night, and Master Technician Gabe was at my home on a frigid ice and snow day by noon on Friday. Gabe had the heat at 100% before 2:09 pm.
