My A/C was starting to go out. I was referred Air-Tek Dynamics from a friend who also had a great experience with their service. The same day I called, Ed came over was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C issue at a competitive price. Ed was very professional and gave us peace of mind fixing our A/C unit without breaking our budget!!! Will definitely recommend using him.

Met Ed through Home Advisor to discuss proper maintenance of my AC. He worked around my schedule and came to assess the condition of my AC. After the initial assessment, he provided me with a detailed description of the issue and proper maintenance instructions. A week later, he installed the filters that he ordered and registered my unit for me. Overall a pleasant experience and will definitely call him again for ongoing service maintenance.

Our air conditioning went out after a lightning strike in the neighborhood. Ed came out and confirmed that the circuit panel had been damaged, replaced it, and had the a/c up and running in no time. The cost was very reasonable, and Ed was extremely polite and courteous! We will definitely use his services again, and we highly recommend him to anyone. ~Two very well-satisfied customers!

Ed did a fantastic job, when I called initially he let me know what he thought was the issue and told me what I needed to do until I could have him come out. I asked his hours and without hesitation he said 24 hours a day 7 days a week! I knew at that point he was the one I wanted. He quoted me a price and stuck to his price. He didn’t try to add or do things that were not necessary and I really appreciated it.I highly recommend for honest reasonably priced service. He’s a really nice person too!

Ed your the BEST! Thank you for your same day service and top notch professionalism. Not to mention your extremely reasonable pricing. It has been a long time since I have the top level service work that you provided to my family and I.It is kinda of scary to wake up in the middle of the night to that steady dripping sound that only an A/C unit dripping water all over you attic makes. ( Not to mention temp forecasts in the upper 90s for the next few days.......) I got Eds name and number from a satisfied client of Eds and Air-Tek DynamicsI I made the call. I got Ed on the phone right away. He was very polite and patient. Ed walked me through a few of the simpler things over the phone and decided that my particular repairs would need more hands on attention. (mostly because I didnt know what to do) He made it over to my home that afternoon and within just a few minutes he had the drippy parts replaced and My A/C was repaired and knocking the temps back into the comfortable range. Then when I went to pay him, I was completely surprised at just how reasonable the charges were.ED. Thank you so much.For never having met you before that day I must say one

Ed is knowledgeable, humble and above all very patient. He let me know in advance when he was coming. When he came, he was quickly able to identify that my issue was not in fact the AC but rather a power issue with my electric company which resulted in partial power loss to my AC. Nonetheless, Ed was determined to make sure that I get AC for my family. He advised that I call and verify with the electric company before he leaves. That phone call took so long before I got someone but they proved Ed right that it in fact a power issue they were working on. Even after all that, Ed provided his phone number to me and requested that I give him a call if the power is fix and the AC remains a problem. Ed even call the following morning to check how things went with my AC. This is an example of someone who takes his job seriously but about all, someone who cares about people. Ed is indeed an exemplary character and I will recommend him to anyone who need such services. I am one happy customer. Thanks to Ed.

Ed was called because he is a local business in the Forney area. He returned my call promptly and after asking a few questions about my A/C problems, he scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. He was polite and told me what he wanted to do and why. After checking the system, we found that all it needed was a little coolant. He didn’t try to sell me anything, even though my system is 12 years old now. He is very knowledgeable, his prices are very reasonable and he is also the type of service technician that you want to do business with. He also called the following morning to see how everything was going. I can’t seem to compliment him enough. I have just found my new A/C technician.👍

I did a lot of research before I picked someone to repair our AC system that was leaking water. Over and over Eds name kept being brought up in our neighborhood social media pages and that is why we called him. So glad we did!!!! He was able to repair the issue but also, we did not feel like he was taking advantage of us. Will use him again.
