Weve had issues with our upstairs AC system for a few years. Every Spring (for the past 4-5 years) we needed a freon recharge, which would last until the next Spring. During our recent February heat wave, the system failed again. Matt (owner) and Matt came out to evaluate and repair it. But the 18 year old system was at the point of repair it now and maybe again in the next year or so, or replace it. I decided to go with a full system replacement (AC & furnace). The American Standard system we had worked great (for 18 years) so we replaced it with the newest version. The crew arrived on the appointed date and time and went right to work. I was impressed that they placed drop cloths on the stairs and on the hallway to the attic ladder. They went right to work and 5 hours later Matt was giving me a walk thru to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It is.Weve had a few cold and hot days recently so I was able to test the furnace and AC system. Everything works like it should.I will use Air Systems Texas for maintenance and when the other system is ready to be replaced. Id recommend Air Systems Texas to my neighbors.

These guys, and their team, are just fantastic. I cant say enough about them. The team is small so you know who will be arriving at your door. These guys are most honest AC company in the area - they always fix my problem and I have never been upsold on anything. Their pricing is very reasonable. Informed us we could get up to another year out of a part that is original to our system from 2006 but that it would need to be replaced. All other components installed 8 years ago and still good. Our A/C suddenly stopped working on a 95 degree day in late afternoon. I called Air Systems at 4:50pm and Matt (one of the owners) was at our door by 5:25pm. He quickly replaced the capacitor in the condensing unit and our A/C was restored. You can’t buy better service than that! And, their prices have been fair and very reasonable. Matt gave us a true understanding of what the issue was. We highly recommend Air Systems!

We will never use anyone but Air Sytems . About 4 years ago our ac quit cooling we called 3 different companies that told us we needed a new ac and was told anywhere from 11k to 18k . I then called Air systems and they repaired for about $300 . And has been working fine .My mothers ac quit working this weekened and called another company she was told 16k because her unit was no longer fixable . I then called Air systems to go check it out . They were there with in an hour . The tech fixed the line . And was only $120 . These people are the most reliable honest people to work on your ac . Thank you so much ,Amy and Air Sytems . ❤️

Our first experience 16 years ago was positive, when they fixed a problem with our system for under $100, when the home warranty provided company wanted to replace the whole unit (with a deductible, of course).Since that time, we have consistently received cost-effective and quality recommendations from them. We know that they only tell us when expensive services / replacements are necessary. Two years ago, they let us know we should plan to replace our downstairs system, much of which was original to our 20 year old home. A few months ago, they let us know that there were large price increases coming from their supplying manufacturer, and to look at scheduling soon to save money.A week ago, they did replace our downstairs complete system for us, and I am very happy with the resulting unit. Their service was good as well, they were on time and their team did a nice job of keeping our home clean. You can trust that they will do what they say. Additionally, I expect that I saved about $1200 based on their advice to avoid the price increases.I consistently recommend Air Systems to anyone looking for a reliable, professional company with integrity.

They took the old and stated they’d be back this afternoon. Several hrs later they called and said they’d be there in 15 minutes. I swear 14.5 mins later Kenny showed up with a new thermostat. 😁 We asked if he could also do spring maintenance and said yes he had time. We found this company through google reviews, and I am glad it was the last place we called! We purchased a smart Honeywell thermostat that needed installed in the home without additional wiring. We called over 6 companies in the area, and none of them installed smart thermostats that you purchased outside of their company. The one that did had a service charge plus an installation cost that they could not give a range over the phone. Amy who answered the call at Air Systems to set-up an appointment was great, and was upfront that if same-day install was possible it may be later on in the day. Within an hour of scheduling the appointment, we received a phone call that two technicians would be out within 15 minutes. Once they arrived, they were professional and explained what they would do- plus they were great with our dogs! Within 20 minutes the thermostat was installed and they even waited until I was able to connect it to our Wifi before leaving. The only cost was the service fee to come out which was one of the cheapest compared to the other companies we called. We highly recommend this company, efficient, affordable work and the customer service was fantastic!

They are very reasonable and dont inflate the invoice with additional operating costs. They are always on time, professional and above all they do quality work. I trust them so much that I dont even have to meet them at our rental units; they show up and only do what is needed and its always fixed right. Lastly, their annual Summer/Winter Maintenance program is a no Brainerd for what it costs! I dont know how they make any money on it frankly, unless they find something that is a state of imminent failure. But Im always confident that its legitimate because they have proven themselves many times over. You cant put a price on reputation and integrity and they are truly outstanding. I almost don’t want to give five stars, because I usually think five stars are suspect. But these guys really deserve five stars. I’ve been dealing with air systems for many years now. I started using them when others had diagnosed the need to replace a big dollar Evaporator in the attic, and these guys came out and showed me the leak at the condenser outside in the yard. they were too much of a gentleman to comment on the diagnosis given by their competitors. but it was obvious that the evaporator wasn’t the problem. and instead of selling me a new condenser off the bat, they were willing to try to just replace only the corroded fitting first. No guarantee if going this route would work, but it was worth a shot. That’s what we did and that cost me $153. Way less than 10% of the cost for their competitors’ bogus diagnosis. And I remember that they didn’t Jack up their Freon prices like everybody else seems to. That fix lasted 4 1/2 years, so it was worth it to me. These guys are straight shooters, and I recommend them to friends and family. Need more honest people like this.

Other repairmen with other companies have tried to tell me that furnace needed replacing or that they would replace a circuit board on the furnace for $700 that only cost $150, but Air Systems is not like them. 2022 May: used them again. Same day response. HVAC seemed to be losing efficiency. Kenny came and checked system and found the Freon low. While getting set up to service the unit and begin a monitoring plan, he noticed oil on the suction line. He found and repaired a leak so small it barely triggered the sniffer.Once again, Air Systems didn’t try to oversell and actually found and repaired the problem. I wish more service companies were like this!2021: They came out in one day. They did what was contracted for and they didn’t try to push unnecessary work. I strongly recommend them and will use them again.I had them physically inspect all duct work in the attic for leaks and do a check up on the system. This presents an opportunity for an unscrupulous contractor to sell repairs that are not needed. Kelly, the Air Systems tech, found only the small installation leaks I was already aware of. Kelly also reported to me the temp delta and pressures.I ordered another company off my property last year when they came up with$1800 to make “needed repairs” on a 4 year old Trane system that was functioning well.

Prices are excellent, and in 25 years I have never had such a thorough cleaning and maintenance call. They even wax the outside unit to keep it from rusting! Ken also went above and beyond in responding to some of my questions. One huge ongoing problem is a bedroom that is always much hotter than the rest of the house. The way the house is constructed has a lot to do with it but multiple a/c companies have said they could fix it, but nothing changed. Ken explained the limitations, but also went into the attic and adjusted the flappers (?) in several other rooms, to push more cold air to the hot bedroom. This is the first time any service person has done anything that helped at all. It will never be as cool as the rest of the house, but now when I walk in there, I am not hit by a wall of heat! The temp probably dropped 5 degrees. I recommend Air Systems 150%!Update: 1/2021. Kenny just left, after doing my furnace checkup and sealing my return air duct. My old house did not have a/c and central heat when it was built, so during a remodel sometime prior to my buying the house, a return air was added, but not sealed, so air (and dust) was being pulled into the unit, which was not going through the filter. Not good for the life of the unit. Kenny sealed it, the price was reasonable, and he again did a more thorough job of the seasonal checkup than any I have had in the past. He answers all questions, takes his time, and gives me the confidence I want in my a/c-heating technician and the company he works for. Two thumbs up and 10 stars for Kenny and Air Systems!

Over the past several years, Ive called Air Systems on three occasions to repair my A/C (3 different houses). Each time I called, they responded quickly, fixed the problem, and never tried to up-sell me. Absolutely the best HVAC company I have ever used. They are honest and do not try to sell you something you do not need. Another company that advertises heavily on TV said my unit was shot and that I need to replace the drain line at a cost of $500. Matt from Air Systems checked my unit for just a service call and said I did not need what the other company was trying to sell. Two years later and my unit is still running thanks to the maintenance performed by both Matt and Kenny. My drain line is still working fine. I will not use any other company.

I called on Wednesday stating that my old air condition unit (original unit from when house was built in 1996) had finally died and I needed someone to come out and give me a quote to replace. The technician, Matt, showed up Thursday morning and I told him the same thing that my unit had finally died. He went outside to take a look and 5 mins later he came in with the old motor in hand and said that my motor had gone out and he would have to go back to the shop and get a new motor because he didnt carry the particular motor in his truck because its an older model part. I asked him if it was even worth fixing or should I just replace it. Matt stated that the motor would only cost around $300 and replacing it could possible give me several more years of life. Matt had my unit back up and running within 3 hours.The honesty/service that Matt and Air Systems provided to me is beyond appreciated and gives me hope that there are still good honest companies/people in this world. I lost my husband a year ago and I have found that being a woman and dealing with companies/technicians most of the time I am just told any and everything that is wrong and the services I need that are truly not necessary knowing I would not know the difference just to make an extra buck. Matt could have very easily sold me a new unit costing thousands of dollars so that he and Air Systems could make a huge profit vs the truth and only charging me $349. I am very thankful I found Air Systems and being able to have a piece of mind going forward that I have a trustworthy honest Air Conditioner company that is a phone call away when my air goes out!!!
