    Update: Winter tune up lead to the discovery of our gas valve needing to be replaced on our furnace. Jake communicated clearly and managed to get the part needed in 2 days, even though our system is fairly old. He got the heater working again quickly and gave a great overview of what we needed to look out for in the future. He was so nice, my dogs even tried to follow him out the front door. Thanks again!Jake was awesome! He performed a pre-season tune up on our well loved (aka old) A/C system. He was on time, made friends with my dogs, and even was able to adjust some items on our unit and ductwork to help move cold air around the house better. In less than a few hours, they accomplished what took the previous company ten whole days to do! Air Shields professionalism and knowledge were evident from the start.     Great service, fixed the problem - but why they charge $285 for the same capacitor on Amazon for $14. That is pure price gouging. Takes 15 minutes to intall the capacitor. Total bill $510 for service etc.

    The response was speedy, the diagnosis was quick and accurate, and the issue of clogged drain line was fully and professionally resolved to avoid future recurrences. There was an added bonus: The guest bathroom sink was clogged since the AC drain line is connected to it. The sink is now unclogged, draining as it should.     Our technician Markus arrived at 9:55am. Our scheduled window was 10:00am-2:00pm. Markus answered my questions regarding the service that was done and also addressed a couple of my concerns regarding the condensation tray and where the overflow was located on the outside of my home. Markus was very knowledgeable and made a couple of recommendations to bring our unit up to code. Our home is 6 years old and either the builder didn’t add a particular valve or maybe the code has changed since then. Very happy with their service.

    Top notch response to a customer in distress! Air Shield installed a new unit last year, and its been running great. Then overnight the system stopped working and the thermostat detected a problem with the control wire that managed the AC unit. I texted my contact this morning, and he had two of his guys come to the rescue within a couple of hours. They quickly found an obscure issue where a morning glory vine snuck into the AC unit and blocked the contact. I was blowing cold air within the hour. The guys were super chill, suggested I keep my plants away from my AC unit, and cheerfully left a very happy customer and a rapidly-cooling house. Marcus is amazing, down to earth and super friendly. I cant sing his praises enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Air Shield SAVED OUR LIVES!!! Thank you Air Shield! For the cost of a service call Air Shield found an issue right away!!! They were on time and identified themselves and they were neat in appearance. They were thorough and explained to me everything they found and what they were doing.
