    We had problems with our central air conditioning and decided to contact Air Rey. Jorge Salazar helped us through this process. We want to thank him for his professionalism and excellent attention. He came to our house, introduced himself very kindly, explained our options clearly, helped us with the entire process and within 24 hours we had new central air for our house. Very satisfied with this company, call and ask for Jorge Salazar.

    My mom used this company last year and hasnt had any issues so I gave them a try. Reached out on Monday, Susana stopped by the same day. Looked at my current system. Gave me a quote. Installed by Saturday (could have installed as early as Thursday, day after new years) before the cold front came in! Didnt realize how bad my old system was until we had this new one installed. Installers showed up around 9am. Done by 2pm. Cleaned up after themselves. Took care of condensate issues the previous home owner and had left us with. Im recommending Air Rey to any friends and fam who need the service. Also, my mom ended up getting $500 for referring me as well!

    The A/C broke, and it took days for them to finally send someone out. I’d give them 5 stars, but on the phone they told us we’d have to wait 1.5 weeks for a part. It turned out to be B.S. because when we pressed the issue, someone was out there the following day. The amazing person they sent out is the reason we’re offering any stars at all. A big thanks to Max who came out and fixed the problem asap!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

    I installed a brand new system about a year ago. Today I had repairs done. It needed a whole new coil system, it was leaking. I do love that the machinery have a 10 year warranty. I like that they did send out a repair guy the same day and got fully repaired two days after. Great trusting workers.I just dont understand, I thought I was not goong to have any issues in years, since it was new. Here we are, 250 dollars in service fees one year later...
