Second, he understood my concerns and worked with me to find a system that met my needs and a reasonable price. I was extremely happy with the scheduling, literally got me in within the same day with no problems. Danny J was extremely thorough and figured out the issues I was having and what was causing it. He went above and beyond to clean both systems and informed me of what I would need to prolong my system if the route we were taking doesnt work. He did this without the hard sales pitch Ive received from their competitor. This is appreciated and honesty goes a long way with me. They have my business going forward.

We had a massive issue with two of our HVAC systems. These were only 2.5 years old. Cole came in and did an excellent job looking into the issues which were electrical and making recommendations. The real thing was he took the time to evaluate and not just say get a new one he presented real options and took the time to do the due diligence. After evaluating everything he took the time to make sure we could leverage existing components. Literally saving us thousands of dollars just because he had the expertise and took the time. So many other companies come out look and give you a massive bill. With Air Repair Pros and Cole that was not the case. They truly care about their customers. I am not one to write lengthy reviews but these guys deserve it. If you have an issue I would go to these fine people first. Oh and they are responsive, friendly, on time as well as being through and cost conscience. I will be using them for many years to come. I trust them and appreciate them!

Josh H. and Air Repair Pros came to my house to provide me a bid for a complete system replacement. This company has been nothing but professional in this experience. I have never spoken to a call center or answering service. Josh listened to my needs and never forced me to make a decision I didnt feel comfortable with. Every employee I have dealt with has been intelligent and hard working. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used. The workmanship of the install crew was phenomenal. Once the whole system was installed, Josh H. came back to do the Quality Control check. Once he buttoned up a couple of odds and ends that needed to be worked out with the system, it has been perfect and runs very quietly and efficiently! I am a very satisfied customer.

We had to make calls every couple of months on our new build system, because it would always start having issues again. Noel came out once for our AC, and we haven’t had issues since. His most recent visit was for our heat. He did a thorough job at identifying and remedying the issue, so I don’t expect more issues for a while! Thank you!

I chose Air Repair Pros to service our commercial suites two ac units. Sam and another technician, (apologies, I forget the gentlemans name) came out and inspected both units thoroughly. They provided their recommendations for maintenance, repairs, and replacement. They also showed me pictures so that I can see what they are referring to, that were also included in the inspection report. Both gentlemen were very friendly, pleasant, and professional, providing recommendations without being pushy. They answered all my questions and provided me all the quotes I requested. I will also add that Madelyn was also very helpful over the phone with scheduling and updates. I am quite pleased with the visit, and look forward to a continued relationship with Air Repair Pros as our preferred HVAC vendor.

Our AC went out and we have an 8 month old so of course this becomes an emergency with Texas 100 degree weather. I called the first AC company that popped up by Google and got this company. They came out and found the capacitor was bad. They then charged almost 700 dollars for the repair. Of course my mistake for not taking the time to do my research prior to agreeing to pay, but found out later when I did look into it after the fact and contacted other AC companies about the normal cost to make this repair. Turns out we paid 2 to 3 times what any other AC companies claimed they would charge.*updated*The company reached out to me and was respectful and understanding. While I still feel the price was higher than what I was being told about by other AC repairmen. They did give some explanation for their cost. I have updated the review rating due to this respectful call and attitude. I will keep this company in mind if I find that the other quotes or other companies are misleading their pricing and costs or conduct poor workmanship.

I needed 2 new capacitors for the inside blowers and really appreciate how pictures are taken on everything and sent in a detailed report so I can keep for my records.
