    Brian and Caleb arrived just a few minutes early, which was fine with me, and they diagnosed the reason my heat was not coming on very quickly. It was an bad ignitor. They were able to replace it quickly and now my home is all warm again! They are always very professional, courteous and good to explain their findings and what the solution is!

    Office is incredible. We got told that we had to replace our entire HVAC system at the cost of about $12k. After speaking with Karina at Air-Max, and giving her some details about our system, she said that it didn’t sound like it needed to be replaced. Fabian came to my house the next day and went over all our options. He said that he could replace it but it wasn’t necessary. We did, however, need to replace our outside unit but it cost less than half of the price the other HVAC service quoted us. They completed the job soon thereafter, in just a couple of hours. Fabian even came back today to check to see how the new system was working. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They were honest and fair and wasn’t just trying to sell us a whole new system. Thanks to everyone at Air-Max

    Our home warranty sent Air Max Solutions to check our A/C once the first company couldnt fix it.Fabian came from Air Max and quickly diagnosed the problem and it was coil leak, so he reported the issue to home warranty, and was approved and part was ready in couple days and Air Max technicians came back installed and fix our A/C, then Fabian came back again in couple of days for quality check and he confirm installation and everything looks good.knowledgeable technicians and great turnaround time.Great office staff (Karina was a pleasure to work with, she was very polite and managed to schedule us promptly).I recommend Air Max Solutions definitely...

    I would highly recommend Air Max Solutions to anyone!We had issue with our AC for more than two months. Before Air Max, we worked with another HVAC company that performed multiple fix-attempts, but our AC still wasnt working.When Fabian from Air Max Solution came, he was able to identify and FIX the issue very quickly. He explained in details what was wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. In less than an hour we had our AC working.     We cannot express enough HOW WONDERFUL our experience with Air Max Solutions was! From Day 1, Karina was responsive and very detail oriented on everything AMS would do, and what to expect on our end. She walked us through all the issues and how to work with our home warranty company. On the day of a/c installation, the AMS installers were SO PROFESSIONAL, and took the time to care for our home by using carpet protection for our carpets, as they came in and out of our home. Installation was slick, done with care and with prompt professional service. We honestly HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BETTER by a contractor...EVER! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMS, and will tell all our friends to use this fantastic company.

    My relatives and I have been using Air Max for several years. Karina is always extremely professional and courteous. Her level of customer service is hard to find. Any air issues Ive had, Fabian has been onsite within hours of taking my call. He has always been honest about what problems my unit has and is very fair with pricing. On past calls he has even called me back saying a certain repair or service wasnt needed after initially giving him approval for the service. Most companies would have gladly taken the money even if they found the service really wasnt required. Thanks guys!

    Great, honest and professional company. I have used them 2 times with home warranty. This last time the initial tech thought I needed a $350 rewire, which I approved. However, their lead tech came out and repaired the existing wire and did not charge me. That tells me about their honesty. I wish them the very best and will definitely use them again.

    We found Air-Max through our home warranty company. Until today we’ve had mixed results using the warranty - until we were serviced by Air-Max. Professional in every sense. They had a technician in our area and was at our home within the hour. David diagnosed the issue, had a part on the truck and had our upstairs cooling within a half hour. I cannot say enough good things about this team and would encourage you to call them FIRST before potentially calling a company that might take advantage of you. Just a great all around team including Carina (sorry if spelled wrong) she was awesome as well!!!!

    I have used Air Max solutions for several years now. They have been great and have kept my hvac units working. Last year we had a problem with one of our units. We called several companies and Air max was the only one to say no, I wouldnt replace it, we can fix it for a lot cheaper and itll be fine. Everyone else wanted to replace the entire unit. It is still working great. Fabian is the tech that comes out to our house and we trust him completely.

    Our HVAC system heating failed to come on in the evening during a cold snap. Fabian from AirMax Solutions came out the following morning to check our furnace. He identified a pressure switch failure within minutes. The whole system was up and running within 20 minutes as he had a spare on his van. I found Fabian highly professional, experienced and efficient. AirMax Solutions are a keeper!

    We had a bad experience the first time they came out, but I will have to say they made it right this time. The dispatcher was very courteous and polite. She worked in an appointment as quickly as she could. The technician was on time and also gave me a 30 minute courtesy call so I could have time to leave work and meet him.     Our upstairs a/c unit was 15 years old, tired, and couldnt keep up with the excessive heat this Summer. Fabian from Air Max came out to the house, checked the system and told us it was as good as it was going to get with that old equipment. He gave us a great bid to replace it on a Friday and had the new one installed on the following Monday. It works great and has made a big difference cooling off the hottest part of our house. Definitely would recommend AirMax and specifically Fabian for your A/C needs.

    I can not say enough wonderful things about Fabian and his work partner today. I am preparing for a huge party in 2 days and my air went out today. The motor had stopped. He didn’t have the motor needed so he had to order. I was so stressed. He assured me it would be fixed before the party — he even came back at 8pm tonight to install the new motor and the air is working!!! I have NEVER had such wonderful service.
