Highly recommend! I sent Gary a text after my heat had been out over the weekend without any response from our home warranty service request. The weather was schedule to drop dramatically the next day and Gary was immediately responsive to my text and sent Alex out that same day...after their normal work hours. Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. Air Experts are our go-to company for our Heating and AC issues in the future. Outstanding work Alex. 👍🏽 -

Ive been with a local competitor for years. Made a change this year after the hail storm. Alex and Gary take care of business. They are responsive and do good work. If you are expecting the best work for the cheapest price you need to look elsewhere. If youre expecting quality work in a timely fashion and not a different person every time they come out this is your place. -

I chose Air Experts for my AC maintenance provider this year & I’m glad that I did. The tech, Alex, did a great job. He was prompt with his arrival to the scheduled appointment. He put a large cloth under my inside pull- down stairs into the attic to keep the floor below clean. He wore boot covers as to not dirty my floors. He worked cleaning & assessing my units for over 2.5 hours. He was very thorough & his communication was stellar. I will definitely use them again. -

I have a bi-yearly contract with Air Experts that gives me comfort in knowing my AC/Heating is being maintained properly for excellent function. In the past we had a problem and since they identified the problem, we have not had any more trouble.They are quick to respond, even through the ice storm we recently had. They are friendly and very helpful. I recommend them. -

Alex was professional and through. I appreciate the attention to detail that I saw in the way he treated my sysem and took care of his own equipment. He was not pushy to sale a new system but did let me know with the small leak I have and the age of the system I should start saving for a new system. I feel that is fair and glad he did not try to push a new system but just explained options.Look forward to continuing business with this company. -

Air Experts is great! Gary replaced our downstairs unit back in July of 2016. I called him and the next morning he was at my house on the 4th of July. Even though they were super busy, he had everything done in a few days. I had called a few other places before I heard about Air Experts, and they all said it would be a week or more before they could even come out. He works both quickly and neatly. I called him yesterday to see if someone could come out and give my two units a tune up before it gets too hot. Alex came out today and had me fixed up in no time. You can really tell that both Gary and Alex are honest and really take pride in their work. They both do an excellent job of explaining not only what they are doing but why they are doing it. I can’t recommend this company enough! -

Because you will have lots of problems with 13 ac units. They are one of the few companies I trust because they earned it. -

This company was outstanding! Very responsive, polite, and professional. I really appreciated them taking the time to do a full diagnostic of my HVAC when all I had to go on was “something doesn’t sound right and the thermostat keeps saying something weird.” Additionally, the team showed me exactly what was wrong to ensure I knew they weren’t ripping me off and just fixing something to placate me. Contractors often dont pay attention to the little details, but these guys do! Even the flex tape (duct tape to most of us) looks neat and tidy. They were on time, did the entire remove/replace job in just a few hours, and left zero mess, even swept out the garage after they were done. And the price whe done was exactly the same as the quote. I highly recommend them for any work on air systems. -
