    We woke up to an unexpected HVAC leak onto our ceiling recently and needed the cause figured out quickly. We called Air Dynamics Mechanical around 700am, had a return call within 10minutes, and they dispatched a technician immediately and arrived in under an hour after our call. Our tech immediately accessed the situation and began troubleshooting the issue. After opening up the unit he discovered an odd issue where the unit was sucking in the condensate due to a p-trap that was too shallow. The water was then traveling in an ever so slightly out of level unit to the back corner of the unit where it was flowing onto the ceiling due to a piece of flashing bent outside of the overflow pan. He carefully cleaned up all the moisture, got the slope of the unit proper and replaced the p-trap with a new deeper one. We discovered Air Dynamics Mechanical through the recommendation of a former HVAC technician and couldn’t be happier with this family owned, customer focused company! Everyone should be having their HVAC services regularly here in TX especially- and we will always recommend Air Dynamics!

    My A/C unit had stopped cooling on the Friday night before the long 4th of July weekend. Early Saturday morning, after an unpleasant night, I entered my need for an A/C system repair on the Air Dynamics Mechanical website. Giving the information requested in Chat, I set up a service call with text on my cell phone. About 45 minutes later, Anthony was at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me information on my options, and left to get parts. He soon returned as we agreed to complete the repair. The repair was finished within hours after my initial contact with Air Dynamics. I highly recommend Air Dynamics and give special thanks to Anthony. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, affordable, efficient, quick, and thorough are just a few adjectives that describe the service I got. I have never dealt with a better run service company.

    They do very good work as long as your air conditioner breaks down during regular business hours. They claim to be 24/7 (which is false advertising) but what that means is you can leave a voicemail for them anytime of the day seven days a week. But they will NOT call you back until Monday morning. Twice now our AC is broken down on a Friday afternoon and we don’t hear from them until Monday morning.

    Great experience!!!! Call this company! My AC was leaking. Vanessa worked me in quickly and kept me updated when the time changed. Mike and Berry were great. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He returned later that day, even coming late in the evening due to a delay at another job. They worked efficiently and were courteous. They explained the problem and how to fix it. They answered all my extra questions about the unit. Additionally, the price was excellent. It was much less then the other company quoted - the one that rescheduled on me 3 times 😣 before I found Air Dynamics. When they finished, they reminded me that they stand behind their work. Excellent company and I will absolutely use in the future for regular maintenance!

    Air Dynamics is absolutely the best!I am attempting to sell my late father’s home. The air conditioning unit began icing during the open house and the unit had to be shut down when it was 103 outside. I called the company my father had a service contract with. 10 days before they can send someone out. I live 2000 miles away and began to panic, especially because this company said I had to be there in person when their tech arrived. Seriously?!? The realtor suggested I call Air Dynamics.A incredibly polite person answered the phone, took my information, and let me know someone would be out later that day! The tech arrived during the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue. Genuinely kind and professional staff. I would highly recommend Air Dynamics to anyone.

    I’m disappointed to see they have a good 4.9 out of 5 rating. ADM is a solid 10! If you are looking for honest, professional and quality service-these are your guys! I’ve had them come out and do work twice. Once they came out to take a look at AC system and another time to install an additional intake vent.The first time I had them come out was after another company charged me $500 on a hot August day to replace my capacitor & that I needed to replace my entire system.Last night I had a problem with the AC not coming on. It was after 9pm and I called. Rather than hop on the opportunity to make a buck, Mike patiently walked me through what turned out to be a tripped breaker over the phone and I was back in business.ADM, you deserve all the success and pleasantries your business brings you!     I am not the type to write a review but this company was amazing! They went above and beyond making sure our AC was working perfectly and quietly. They had to replace the outside unit and stayed until almost 11:00 pm on a Friday night completing the job because they knew Im pregnant and we have two young children. Jose was professional, courteous, and did everything he could to ensure we are happy with our AC system. His customer service is truly unmatched. I will never use another company.

    Was having trouble with A/C unit called Dynamics office ,employee Mike was at my home within the hour. Great service and extremely professional this is my third time using this company always excellent. First time they installed new unit into rental property two years ago. Second time referred my sister she bought new unit and has been extremely satisfied. This last time my unit was working before going to sleep that night. I highly recommend this company.     Was in a bind when my 19 year old AC stopped working due to leaking evaporator coil. I called Mike to replace my existing unit with a new, more efficient unit. He was very quick with the quote, and was able to install the new unit on the first day I had available. His price was very reasonable, his crew was very professional, courteous, and on time.     Awesome experience. My AC went put at 5 pm on a friday before the holiday and it was 100 degrees outside. I called around 7 pm and within 2 hours their professional technician had the system patched up to make it through the night.     I am so grateful to Joseph at Air Dynamics!!! I had my AC stop cooling on a Saturday and knew I’d probably have to wait until the week to find someone who wouldn’t charge an arm and a leg to come out. Wrong! Joseph answered the call, told me he had one person ahead of me so I knew when to expect him. He called on his way over, which was approximately three or less hours from when I called. To me, that is AMAZING service on a hot July weekend!!! He explained the very reasonable service call charge but said it would be waived if I had work done. He immediately was able to figure out what was wrong. He not only was on top of fixing it, but he took the time to explain everything and educate me along the way. His enthusiasm and natural ability to teach as he worked was above and beyond. I now know way more than I did before and he was here maybe 20 minutes. Half of that was talking about awesome restaurants to go to and his family. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for fast, fair, and SUPER friendly service! I will definitely be using your company again as well as referring you to friends and family.

    My AC broke and, because I work during the day, I was having a hard time finding anyone willing to come in the evening on short-notice. Everywhere was saying it would be at least a day before they could come out, unless it was during the hours of 8-12 (meaning I’d have to call in to work). Anyone who lives in Texas knows a broken AC can get pretty miserable pretty fast, so unfortunately another day wasn’t going to work! I called Air Dynamics Mechanical and asked if anyone could come out that evening (it was already nearly 7pm). Their answer? “Sure! I could get someone there within the hour if that works.” I thought I might be charged a huge fee for a late service call or for one so immediate, but I wasn’t. They had the same flat diagnostic rate that all the other companies had quoted. They called me and texted me to let me know they were on their way and which technician I should expect.Michael Lopez, the tech they sent, was perfect. He was courteous, efficient, and informative. He had the machine working in minutes and then quickly and carefully repaired what had caused the shut down. They gave me a complimentary 30 day warranty on the repair and he was on his way By 8:30pm. The repair costs were fair and I am just so grateful and impressed with my experience with them from beginning to end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    ADM is very professional and affordable. I’ve worked with them on two houses. I use them because they’re very thorough and honest. I had them inspect my air handlers in the attic, charge the unit with Freon, add drain lines, lift the unit off the ground and set it the correct way. If you’re looking for people who know what they’re doing, this is the company.

    I scheduled an AC summer maintenance and Jovany was here in the time range for the appointment. He was courteous, professional and answered all the questions I had. I almost bought a thermostat before the visit thinking that was the issue however he discovered it wasn’t necessary after he inspected the outside unit and the furnace.     Great experience! Was able to schedule service through Yelp while on a conference call in the evening. Team responded within minutes and I had a technician at our door within about an hour, SAME day! WOW! Plus, they were able to fix the problem that evening for a fair price.     Cynthia at the office is a treat to speak with and they are very responsive. Got me hooked up with the service plan I needed and explained everything in depth and had a service tech scheduled to come start service almost immediately as we just purchased the house and the previous owner had not kept up with the yearly maintenance.The HVAC technician Jovani, was amazing.     If anyone needs AC work done, I would definitely recommend Air Dynamics Mechanical. Our AC had not been working for two days. We had one company come out, and tell us that is was better to just replace our whole system then to make repairs. After talking with them we decided to get a second opinion on what was wrong. Man are we glad we did, not only did Air Dynamics save us tens of thousands of dollars (buying a new AC system), but they exceeded our expectations. Turns out that we only needed refrigerant in our system, as it was well below have filled. Now our AC is blowing colder then when we first moved in. They stayed with us till about 11 at night to make sure our AC was working efficiently.

    Well I can comfortably recommend these folks for all HVAC services. The level of experience is very high and they helped me arrive at the best decision for my residential system replacement. If you call others, youll pay more. They swapped out my ENTIRE system and upgraded so many features it was simply pleasing to pay them for their exceptional service.     My upstairs AC unit (bedrooms) went out and we discovered it at 3:30pm on a Monday. Called Air Dynamics and Anthony was able to fit me at 6pm. He quickly diagnosed the problems and got the unit running again. He was very professional and his prices were very reasonable, no after hours extra charge, etc. I highly recommend and will only call them with AC and heating issues. Thank you !!

    I absolutely can’t recommend Joseph Gonzalez and Air Dynamics Mechanical enough. I had two other companies come out and both told me I needed expensive repairs. Joseph took the time to actually diagnose and fix my issue. As a single woman there are other businesses that will take advantage of my lack of knowledge and try to have me replace things that aren’t needed. Thankfully there is an honest company with ADM and Joseph. Don’t hesitate to call them, you will not be disappointed.

    I highly recommend working with this company due to their Honesty.My AC stopped cooling after the few months of winter of San Antonio. I went on Yelp to find out local AC repair companies and 2 companies responded right away, Texas Air Repair and Air Dynamics Mechanical. I called Texas Air Repair first and they send a technician out and they guy charged us $55 and told us that we will have to change the Defrost control board on the outside as it was not working, and gave us a quote of $400 for the board and $150 for labor. I found that suspicious so I Googled the board and found out it was available for $29.99.So, I decided to take a second quote on it and called Air Dynamics Mechanical. The technician came out and said all the boards look good but your Nest Thermostat is not working properly and since its through CPS theyll replace it for free. All I paid Air Dynamics Mechanical was $29.99 for their Service charge.Later on CPS came in and installed a new Nest Thermostat and AC started cooling.I highly recommend working with this Company!

    My AC went down last night after sunset and I was cooking alive. I called them at 0800 and by 1000 the technician knocked on my door- professional, courteous, knowledgeable. He went straight to work and found the problem. He explained it to me thoroughly and fixed it immediately. I asked for a new thermostat while he was there and he showed me one I liked and installed it with no visible mess- seriously, there was no pile of paint chips on the floor, no dust, no trash of any kind. He asked what temperature I wanted to house to be- he set it- the house cooled up and he went on his way. This is the only company I will EVER call for AC work!!! God Bless them!
