The Honeywell programmable thermostat is smarter than I am, but I will get some training on that thing. I know this compony for about 10 years, same owner, same technicians - it says a lot about company.They were servicing my very old AC, but then I took a break from their maintenance plan for about 5 years. I think, if I didnt, my old AC would still work fine, but it was leaking badly and I decided to get a new AC before TX heat wave.Ive got quotes from at list 5 different companies. Or I didnt trust the quality of installation, or price was too high, or I wasnt sure if that AC model/size was right for my hose.I remembered AirDepot good service, found my old contract with them and... 1 week later (05/2024) I got new AC.I had some problem with airflow, some rooms get too cold, some not enough cold. I phone them and a tech was at my hose at MY earliest convenience. The tech made some adjustments and it fixed the problem - no additional charge.The quote was about 1-1.5K more expensive then similar one form another compony, but I think i saved a lot on a long run and most importance - no hassle!The service is outstanding, receptionist on the phone very polite, return calls same day, techs are polite, knowledgeable and listen to clients, owner personally involve into maintenance and into sell/install new units.Highly recommend for both, maintenance and new installations. If you want peace of mind about your A/C- Air Depot is your company.Update 10/15/2024:A/C worked great through Summer, no issue, no problems. Tech came over to make sure I am ready for heating season - all good.

Happy to be an Air Depot customer with our new Daikin Fit system. I called Air Depot a year ago asking for budgetary pricing on a replacing our 18 year old AC system. I mentioned that I really wanted to get another year out of the system if I could and Elbert at Air Depot told me about their membership program. It was the maintenance in that program that got my unit to last through the summer. Not wanting to chance another year, Brian and Elbert worked an honest proposal for a Daikin Fit variable speed system and it was ready to install the next day. Frank, Pedro, and Manuel, had the new system installed with great detail, including all new plenums, leak detection switch, and box media filters. The condenser unit outside is smaller than our previous unit and very quiet. The variable speed fan inside makes for a very comfortable experience. I’m very pleased with the service I have received from Air Depot, including technicians David and Randy, that have performed maintenance through the year. With service so good, there is no reason to trust anyone else with our AC and heating needs. Thank you Air Depot.

Called on 6Aug2024 to discuss upstairs AC system. Rep was at my house 4pm same day. We reviewed options, selected the preferred system, made appointment to install for 8:30 the next day. The technicians (Francisco and Alejandro) were right on time, were professional and efficient - old system removed and new system installed and done by 2:30 pm I have been using Air Depot for about 5 years and they have always done a great job.

Air Depot installed a complete HVAC System (Lennox) 18 years ago. Regular 3 times/year check-ups.Francisco & Alejandro installed a complete HVAC System (Daikin Fit) 10/27/23. Very satisfied with Air Depot and installing team. System needs to be evaluated, so far, so good.First follow-up seasonal check (April 2024) went well. After 6 months, Daikin Fit is working well. Expecting nice reduction in A/C bills. Also replaced Heat & thermostat. Great so far. AirDrpot is trustworthy and very professional.Follow-up: After a year, our new Daiken HVAC system is performing well. Electric bills are down about 25% from this time last year. We have the regular check-ups from Air Depot. The kept our last Lenox system going for 18 years. Solid company with good staff.

Called and set up an appointment they came by everyone was very nice the only issue I have was I think they overcharged me for what I had done I needed a new capacitor for a 4-ton unit and they charged me $458 I believe that it was overpriced by about $100 for what they did other than the price I believe the service was good I would like to say that I need to change my review to five star when I left an email about the price the manager sent me an email back saying that they would refund me $100 I was very shocked and surprised to hear this they fixed the problem that I had in a very quick and timely manner and I recommend them and Im going to use them whenever needed

This 5 star review is for the Air Depot service tech AJ. We had some issues with our new construction install - one was a hardware failure (blower motor failure) and one was an install issue (crimped freon line). AJ handled both those issues and got us back running. The crimped freon line wasnt a simple diagnosis as the indications were similar to an expansion valve problem. AJ figured it out and also took the time to adjust our bypass dampers to optimize our cooling. Really a great guy and excellent tech.

David Z. completed the heat safety check on my 2 units. He was polite and professional and went a step above. After he completed his service and was advising me of his findings, he also mentioned that the vent pipe on my tankless water heater was dislodged. We returned to my attic where he showed me what he had discovered. The water heater vent pipe had apparently been dislodged when the roof was replaced several months prior and had been improperly venting into my attic ever since. The vent pipe was repaired that day. Thanks to David my furnaces are ready for the winter AND a potentially dangerous situation involving my water heater has been resolved.

Air Depot replaced our AC system and they were professional, on-time, and reasonably priced. Right at about a year out, we started having issues with our system not cooling properly. It took a number of trips and a new compressor, but every step of the way, Air Depot was respectful and responsive. They never gave us a hard time or the runaround. They always answer our phone calls and address whats needed asap. Theyve been good about preventative maintenance calls as well. Its hard to find a good and affordable HVAC company these days but Im more than happy to refer people to them. David has been great as have the others.

Losing A/C in hot, humid, Houston is terrible. I searched for a service company and Air Depot had the best price for my two A/C furnace units. The service contract provides multiple system checks throughout the year, reducing the risks of a system failure. If an issue is detected and more service required they will put you as priority on the top of the list and give discounted prices for any needed parts. Replacing a HVAC system is expensive, so they have a 0% financing program which is makes payments affordable. The service technicians have always been on time and very friendly. Above and beyond expectations. This is a company we’re glad we found and will continue to use forever!

Air Depot maintains our heating and ventilation for our home. They also handled all the HVAC needs for my father-in-law before he passed away and he swore by them. We recently decided to upgrade to a Daikin Variable Speed HVAC system and Francisco Barajas from Air Depot did our installation.It was a 3 day job between removing the old furnace and condensor unit, installing the new one and reconfiguring our duct systems for more efficiency.Francisco was both professional and friendly and did a great job of educating us about the system, how it works and how to use it. Ive had Ari Depot service and maintain my two central AC units for over 10 years now, and have appreciated their honesty and workmanship. We have a service contract (which I think is really worthwhile in the Houston area - since we depend on the AC units so much of the year). Air Depot calls ahead and sends a service technician at least 3x per year, and they spend easily an hour or more doing a complete performance check. This way the catch problems early. They have also made useful recommendations regarding the state of our units, ductwork and filters. There is no high pressure salesmanship, and I know I can trust their recommendations. They have stood by their repairs and guarantee our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for honest and reliable service. I might add that we purchased both of our current AC/heating units from Air Depot (Lennox units) which have performed very well and have high energy efficiency numbers.

The BEST A/C service ever! I have a system thats been in place since we built our home about 9 years ago. Over the years the system has always had the same problem, in the Spring the a/c cooling starts to get less and less. Believe me, Ive had all sorts of parts replaced and installed and nobody has found the leak! Very frustrating. My a/c went out one morning. It wasnt until later that afternoon that Pedro from Air Depot was able to diagnose the problem -- a catastrophic failure of the compressor. Thanks to Chris, Ken, Pedro, Francisco and the other team members I had a complete new system financed and installed and cold air blowing again by 3 pm the next afternoon. Kenneth provided many years of experience to guide me in the right direction from start to finish. It was nothing short of amazing! Very happy with Kenneth and his team and my new air conditioner and heater.

I have used Air Depot for their preventive maintenance plan for the last 5 years. So when the time came to replace the whole system, they were my choice. The new Lennox System is so quiet. Daniel came to my home this morning for my second maintenance visit this year . He also did the first visit . He arrived when I expected and promptly performed the check up on my unit and checked the filter . He also said it may need to be replaced on the next visit and would have it noted so they can bring one the next time they come . I find this very thoughtful and beneficial ! He asked what temperature I wanted the thermostat set to and adjusted it before leaving . We discussed what duties would be preformed on the next visit ! I will be looking forward to his next visit ! I had a 20 year old A/C & Heating unit that was not performing during the summer months. In order to keep the second floor acceptable the downstairs was very uncomfortable. Brian from Air Depot came out and spent well over an hour determining the best sollution and explaing to me why it was the best answer. Well, Elbert had his crew out here the next day. No Problems. Not only was the house comforable this summer BUT my cooling costs were reduced by 40%. I recommend these guys to everyone I know.

I had a complete new Lennox unit installed last Dec.. It is so quite you really dont hear it. I want to thank Joe Watkins and the whole Air Depot crew for the Professional job, had a plumber over and he commented on what a great job they did.Highest electrical bill this year was $148, I keep it set on 72 during the day and 70 at night with the lowest humidity setting!!! 2,300 sq. foot house.Thanks again Joe!!!

Full two-system HVAC replacement with Lennox Elite gear. These guys went out of their way to get this accomplished in the quickest and best way possible, including coming out on their on a Sunday to try to work out issues. We had some minor equipment failure out of the box that led to some challenges, but I was very impressed with the manner in which both the company and the installer(s) dealt with the challenges. The unit that had issues was temporarily installed and they were replacing it with another brand new one when it came in, as they didnt feel it was appropriate to leave me with a unit that had issues out of the box as I paid for new. I didnt have to ask for this. They also went out of their way to correct some balancing and airflow issues that had plagued the house since inception. I would definitely recommend these folks and would use them again. Top class work!
