    I have had the pleasure of using ACS Air Comfort Solutions for almost 10 years now.The owner Bryan has always sent the most qualified techs that actually care, but also know what they are doing! (a rare thing in todays world)ACS is one of the few companies I have dealt with over the years, that will tell you only what is needed..... just pure good ole fashioned honesty!!!Thank you again for another outstanding job ACS!!

    When its high summer in north Dallas you know the worst can happen: your AC goes out! And no wonder, with temperatures in excess of 100ºF (40ºC) and humidity over 80%, you can see why AC systems struggle to make the indoors livable because the outdoors is a virtual hellscape. WHY DO I EVEN LIVE HERE?!?My system went out after I had gone to bed, giving me just two hours of blissful, cool-air sleep before I threw off the covers to find the indoor thermostat said it was 80ºF (27ºC)—and rising. Yep, the inevitable happened: the AC went out.I had been using a local (Allen, Texas) company (keeping my hard-earned Allen money in Allen!) but it went under. Thankfully some quick web searches revealed another local company that had plenty of plaudits: Air Comfort Solution. It was 2am by this point so I left a message.But by 8:45am that morning Bryan Patton of ACS called back and asked if I still needed service. HECK YES, I did! And was I ever surprised by the quality and attention of Mr Patton. He arrived to check out and diagnose the problem in my 10 year old Trane outdoor condenser unit, finding issues with the capacitors and the fan. However, the Trane used a sophisticated DC communication system that he wasnt certified to fix, and advised I find an expert. He even waived the trip fee, saying that he couldnt look himself in the mirror knowing he accepted money and without fixing the problem.That struck me: its rare to see that level of personal honor and dedication.Thats when I immediately asked him for an estimate to just replace the entire unit. The price was reasonable and he suggested that he and his team could even have it replaced THE SAME DAY. Now at this point I thought lack of sleep had caused me to hallucinate but he repeated it and IT HAPPENED.Even despite numerous flash-flood-causing storms, they worked in between squalls to remove the old Trane and install a new American Standard outdoor unit. The old error-prone DC communication was gone, the system turned on, and after a few fits and starts, beautiful crisp, cool air began pumping out the registers.I was almost tempted to put on a parka!All the while, Bryan Pattons honor was backed by an efficient work ethic, dedication to getting the job done, and a friendly demeanor. He didnt pull punches about bad news but was realistic and optimistic as needed. And his price seemed beyond fair.I fully expected multiple miserable nights of sweltering heat following the system failure. But thanks to Air Comfort Solutions, I had exactly zero! That night, I slept under numerous blankets, feeling safe and secure as the crisp, chilled air surrounded me.Thanks ACS! Thanks Bryan Patton!UPDATE 2021-05-05: Jeff came out to look at another unit that would start intermittently. ANTS! Yes, for some reason ants were collecting in the contact relay (see the picture) and getting killed by the voltage but when enough of them got in there they prevented the compressor from starting. Bryan sent Jeff to look and was able to get a new set of contacts installed the very same day. He left the old contacts for me to see and yikes those ants sure are awful! Anyway, so happy that things are back to normal and so quickly too. Thanks Jeff & Bryan!

    Called Air Comfort Solutions at the beginning of summer as my AC unit had a freeze up. They walked me through some steps I could take to get the unit running again over the phone, no charge to me at all. A few months later AC unit wouldn’t power on. Called again and received even more tips that I could look at myself to see if they alleviated the problem. Again, all of this was just them trying to be helpful…didn’t even try to set up a service call yet. My unit eventually called it quits as it was an older unit to begin with. They sent me a bunch of replacement options and were able to remove my old unit and install a new one in just a day. The owner came out during the install and at the end of the install to make sure everything was done correctly and up to his standards. Honest, helpful, local company. Texas is TOO HOT to not have a go-to HVAC company you can trust.

    Discovered this summer that our AC unit was blowing hot air. Called Air Comfort Solutions and had very quick response. Jeff was our tech, who came out and immediately diagnosed the issue, which happened to be a bad capacitor. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about HVACs. Jeff then performed a couple tests and had us up and running very fast! As temperatures started to drop, Jeff even proactively called to check in and see if we needed a routine Heater check. Overall great experience with Air Comfort Solutions and will definitely use again!

    Amazing customer service! Jeff came out on a Monday, walked us through the issue and verified that it was under warranty. He did explain that it could several days or a week before the repair could be done due to schedule. Brian called that afternoon, confirmed the issue and tentative cost. Couldnt confirm a date because of scheduling but called the following day and said he could have a crew out that afternoon! Amazing. Responsive and attentive to how uncomfortable Texas is without AC! Hopefully, dont have another AC issue but if I do, Im definitely going back here!

Last summer they put in a new blower and are electric bills have decreased. This time they performed the spring maintenance and cleaned the outside unit. Very pleased with them and will use them for years to come!

    We were quoted, by another contractor, over $6K for a new air conditioning unit as the only option to fix our a/c. We called Air Comfort Solutions for a second opinion and over the phone were told to try changing our filters first before spending any money. It worked! Our air conditioner never worked better and it only costs us $20 for two filters. He didnt even try to come out and charge a service fee just to tell us it was a filter either. They are the most honest service company we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend. When we do have another issue requiring an in-person diagnosis/repair, we wont be going anywhere but here and wouldnt even consider a second opinion would be necessary!Meet the last honest man on the earth....     Bryan and Jeff are amazing! I found ACS on Google and called when our AC went down (for the first time) on a Saturday morning. Jeff was out by that afternoon and had us up and running in no time! On a second occasion (different issue), we had the same customer service experience. They are very responsive, professional and we highly recommend Air Comfort Solutions!

    Highly recommended! Both the owner and the person who came to inspect (Jeff) were very courteous and understand. Jeff spent a lot of time trying to understand why one AC unit was not functional and eventually figured it out, saving us several hundreds of dollars. It would have been easy for him to just suggest replacement of this component or that, but he did not do that. They also gave us a great price on a second new AC unit that we ended up buying. They handled installation very professionally and on time. Will definitely go back to them for any future HVAC issues.

    The owner was very knowlegdgable and helpful. The price was excellent. The install went quickly and everything is working. They also came out the day after we contacted them to do the install.Jeff was very honest and didn’t try to oversell us. Our furnace was old and needed to be replaced. Jeff suggested we replace it, but told us we didn’t HAVE to. A competitor told us it had cracks and must be replaced. That competitor was also $2500 more for the same work.I highly recommend you check in with this company for any AC work. My experience was way above average.Ryan

    I had the best technician I have ever had work on anything in my house from this company. His name is Tim and he is head and shoulders above any repair man I have ever used. I was having some problems with my ac unit. It was low on freon and not to mention it was a 14 year old ac unit. This company went out of its way to save me money and if I chose they would help me finance a new unit if we had any other problems. Professionalism at its finest. I have no doubt that they are honest and looking out for my interest. A lot of companies would have tried to shove a new unit down my throat. Not this company. They told me the truth. This unit could die anytime but it may last a couple of years. Tim was over the top personable and great with advice. Totally appreciated their time.     We found our forever HVAC/Heating company. Air Comfort Solutions is a Keeper! When we called to see about their availability, they asked what the issue was and, before putting us on the schedule, talked us through a couple solutions over the phone. When those didnt fix the problem, they made an appointment a few days out. They had a cancellation and moved us up and showed up within their 30 minute window. They investigated the issue while involving us the whole time. In the end, they couldnt see a problem, charged us only for a service call, and then advised us to NOT do the HVAC maintenance check we signed up for explaining it would be a waste of time/money because it wasnt hot enough yet. These days...its hard to find an honest company that does good work and for a great price. They hit all three and we will definitely be using them from now on.

    We have used this company in the past and when they came out to look at our unit they came prepared with the information from the last service call. We had several issues that were going to need repairs and Tim thoroughly explained the cost of repairs vs. cost of a new unit. We decided on a new unit and the process was quick and painless. Install crew was quick and professional and cleaned up everything when done. Tim came and checked that everything was done correctly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Hopefully I wont need them for a while but when I do I will definitely use them again.

    Tim worked me into his schedule next day when I was without any air. He diagnosed the problem, tried to help get it repaired under warranty (no luck but not for lack of trying!). Once parts came in the installers showed on time went right to work and got the air back on. Installers worked in my attic and took great care to protect my carpet and walls as they moved equipment out and in. I will always call ACS when I have a/c needs!

    I cant say enough good things about this company! My husband called them on Friday and they came and checked out the issues we have been having for 8 years or so. Saturday morning they was at my house for a total of 3 hours and replaced our inside unit and outside unit and thermostat. My home is now nice and cold! They cleaned up all the mess that was made as well ( boxes and cardboard from parts)I have gotten 4 quotes from other companies and this was the best, and another good thing is that units and parts are made in Tyler Texas, gotta love American made! Jeff and Ruben and Denise is the best out there!

    I never leave reviews but I made an exception in this case. Our AC went out on my husband’s birthday of all days in 90+ degree heat. I like to choose local businesses so a quick google search brought me to them. Not only were they able to come out the same day he arrived right on time and promptly discovered the problem. With our older furnace it wasn’t an easy repair but he worked with us to find a solution that allowed us to get cool air the next day. Like I said I never leave reviews but I really appreciated his honesty and care in helping us find an economical solution and stop us from baking in the house all summer.     Air Comfort Solutions does it right. From the initial call in to schedule a check up service, all the way to having everything fixed and done, the ACS crew nailed it. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.They checked the simple things over the phone, and then scheduled Tim to come out for a service call. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He explained what he was checking and what he found. Then he checked into parts options and gave me a fair estimate and schedule for repairs.Tim and the service team were simply outstanding on game day. They showed up on time, went right to work, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The only difference in my house before they came and after they left was the new parts and a working AC. There was not a scuff, scrape, footprint or scrap of debris anywhere. They even came in under their original estimate. Thanks again Tim and ACS!

    After my Heater broke, I research the problem and I was scared at how many people had bad experiences, from not responding on time, to overcharging, no being able to find the problem and spent money on the wrong parts, adding items after initial quote, on top of being rude and many more things.I called the first Co. and they were too busy co come and gave me wrong information over the phone, including assuming the problem was the thermostat so I bought one, to no avail, then I called Air Comfort Solutions, Immediate response, Tim came and was very nice, professional, and experienced, he immediately found the problem, gave me different options and never push for extra stuff, was Saturday, so he told me we will have to wait for Monday to get the part, and Before lunch on Monday we had it working, Best experience with a service Co. highly recommend them.     I had the best experience dealing with Tim from Air Comfort Solutions. Over the weekend my house had a power surge due to the lightning on Friday night and it knocked out a bunch of electrical devices around the house including 2 AC units. Tim whos one of the owners came out today and he did a thorough inspection of my systems from the furnace all the way down to the compressor outside going step by step. The issue turned out to be my thermostats had gone bad from the surge and I was only charged the service call fee after 2 hours of his time. They couldve easily told me it was the motherboard on the HVAC units or something else to get $ out of me but they didnt. Tim was super knowledgeable, honest, professional, and friendly. He even gave me some tips on dealing with HVAC contractors and how to prevent future HVAC issues. Air Comfort Definitely has my business going forward!

    I dont normally provide online reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Bryan, Tim and their team did an outstanding job in servicing and ultimately replacing my HVAC unit.     Talk about miracle workers! ACS went above and BEYOND any expectation I had and came up with an amazing and FAST solution to a problem we had with our HVAC. Not only did they replace it in a mere two days after ordering it, but it was installed in just a couple hours. They were extremely clean, and friendly as well!     I called around all day just to get a quick answer to a trouble shoot. All everyone wanted to do was to set up an appointment. Didnt speak to anyone from the companies I called in repair. Finally I called Air Comfort Solutions. Very nice gentleman answered. I told him my problem and he gave me the right answer on the spot. Went home and it fixed the problem. Im Old School.     AC not blowing. Phoned at 8AM and talked to Brian. Jeff, the tech, showed up as scheduled between noon and 2PM. Needed to replace attic portion of system. Install crew finished by 6PM same day, took about an hour. Alls well. Great response. Highly recommended.

    I own a tea shop/restaurant and had a question about my venthood. Unfortunately, Air Comfort Solutions does not service commercial establishments. So why 5 stars? The person helping me on the phone actually stayed on and tried to help me with the problem regardless. He was helping me AFTER telling me he didnt service commercial establishments. I really wish they could have helped me because I like them already and havent even worked with them. Will keep them in mind if I ever need help with my home!
