    Air Care Today was phenomenal to work with. From my first contact with Cassandra through the after installation inspection, this company was great to work with. We had to request an expedited installation; they found a way to make it work. The installation process was on schedule, clean, and complete. They also beat their competitors price by a considerable amount. Cassandra was wonderful to work with, quick responses to all concerns and very friendly customer service. We will definitely look to Air Care Today for future AC needs.

    I like AirCare Today because they are the genuine, caring and honest people from my experience and their price is very reasonable. I like Cassandra Solis, in Houston Branch with whom I communicated. She is very pleasant and compassionate person to talk with. She helped me in whatever way she could, which will be greatly appreciated. I recommend this company to anyone who needs good and honest service. I will give more than 5 Stars if it exists like 6 or more STARS.

    My experience with this company was great. Cole and Cliff really know how to treat their customers and get the best possible system for your needs. My system works well and has been doing an awesome job.My only day off is on Sunday and Cliff came out on a Sunday to come look at my house, figure out what would be the best unit for my home and what i was looking for in my price range.They told me they would have it done wednesday, which I told them was not necessary considering it was the day before thanksgiving. But they came out and did the system showing me what true customer service was all about and thats something you dont see or hear about much anymore. Some of the install crew was from Dallas on top of that. I live in Houston. Quite a far trip. Thank you again Cole, Cliff, Cassandra and the install crew for showing me what true customer service is all about!

    If I could give 6 stars, I would. From start to finish Air Care Today Houston made an expensive and incredibly inconvenient issue a breeze to get done. My existing AC was 22 years old and while it still worked it was very inefficient. I got a few quotes from some other local businesses and I have enough experience to know when I’m getting the short end of the stick. Air Care Today Houston came in $2200 less than the next lowest estimate. They have many options to choose from and they let you decide what you want. They explain each item so you can make an informed decision and never pressured me to purchase anything I didn’t feel I needed. Cassandra is a sweetheart and gets things done. The technicians that installed my unit were EJ and Al. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a fantastic job in my attic and outside as well. The work area was left spotless and all the piping and wiring is clean and orderly. I can’t say enough good things about them. From top to bottom it was a stress free process and I will definitely call them the next time I have an HVAC issue. These days it is rare to get the kind of customer service and personal service I received from these folks.

    I had Air Care Today install a 5 ton replacement AC unit up in my attic space some time ago. It needed some fine tuning and adjustments due to the size of the unit and because the builder didnt leave the most ideal conditions for a crew to properly install and drain the new unit. Suffice it to say, that Cliff came over the 1st time and located something that could be really improved, and he came back the next day with not only himself, but a whole crew, went to work and made it right. I own repair business myself, and how a company and its employees respond is what I consider to be the true measure of a great company and a great crew of people.I dont write many reviews, but I was impressed enough with Cliff, Shannon, Dakota, Chad and someone Im forgetting, that I felt I should say so. Its been hard finding an AC company I feel comfortable with.19 years hard in fact, but Im so happy and impressed with these folks that Im using them from here forward!Thank you Air Care Today for all your hard work, even when it was inconvenient and difficult to do so! It was all very much appreciated!

    These folks are consummate professionals. I had a defective unit, had solicited several companies via HomeAdvisor, and worked with these folks exploring multiple options, including the one I finally chose; an upscale high end Carrier, 2 for 1 swap. They were smart, open to negotiation, open to honest exchange, patient and thorough. Cole, the regional sales manager gave me a personal touch customer support, to compliment a strong install team. I had unique requirements and they met them all. Great experience. I look forward to an ongoing relationship, and consider them close to family! Shout out to Cliff and Cassandra!

    Thank you to Mr. Cole Cassidy for recommending Air Care and assisting me in choosing the right unit for my home. His professionalism and patience in explaining all the features (especially the Halo) were so helpful and much appreciated.I also want to thank Mr. Luke Harbaugh and the two nice young men who installed the system in one day. They all did an excellent job. and to say I am pleased is an understatement.

    I absolutely loved the experience with Air Care Today! They were quick to respond, price was considerable and great service overall. EJ is thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything and even gave me some tips on how to keep my A/C properly maintained. Highly recommend EJ and ACT in the HOU area.

    Excellent customer service, I knew exactly what I was getting, and when it was being done every step of the way. My mini-split works like a charm, its so quiet on low that you cant even tell that its running. Cools/heats my 575 sq ft room literally within minutes. Use Air Care Today if you dont want any worries or problems, thanks Cliff and Cassandra!!!

    Very happy with this company. Minor hiccups with an install of my AC but they took care of me and were loads cheaper than any other quotes I got. I needed an AC that could handle 3 floors, 3 zones, and 2000 sqft. Really happy with the unit they suggested.

    These guys are the best. They came out and identified the issue, which actually turned out being a rather easy fix, but three other HVAC specialists looked at the same unit and returned quotes that would have cost me a thousand dollars more than Air Care Todays fix. My air is still blowing cool and I couldnt be happier. ACT rocks!

    We were having problems with our AC, and had called a couple different companies to get a service person out to check on it. Air Care Today was the soonest available and EJ came out to us before the end of the day. We ended up needing our evaporator coil replaced. EJ put a little coolant in our system to keep us cool through the night until the repair the next day, hes a good man.After getting the quote from ACT we did call another company for comparison, and Air Care Today had the better quote.EJ came out the next day and installed the new evaporator coil. He was on time, hes extremely personable, and he takes pride in his work. Thanks EJ!I highly recommend Air Care Today if you need work on your air conditioner, we will be repeat customers in the future. Thanks Air Care Today!

    They walked you through the process throughly and made sure we had the right equipment for our needs and budget. I had a lot of A/C guys come bid for this project, but no one else spent the time and effort making sure to get right like these guys. So far the work has been top notch.

    We had this company install a 18vs hvac system. Our current system was 22 years old and literally was coming apart when they were removing it from the attic. Our current system is so quiet even at full speed. I also have a wifi app which i love. I can change our temperature from anywhere!!
