Fred and his team did an amazing job at the best price around. He fixed both outside AC units, replaced much of the cooling unit in the attic, and replaced our 50 gallon water heater. AirAdvantage is top level professional, always available sooner than anyone else, and efficient, fast, and a pleasure to work with. Everything works great! Definitely go to AirAdvantage for any heating/cooling issues.

I highly recommend Air Advantage & Fred Zadeh for all your HVAC needs. I have been using them several years (over 12 years). Fred added a second air conditioning unit along with all necessary attic ductwork & attic HVAC unit when I purchased my home & realized the single unit would not heat/cool properly. Air Advantage has also maintained both units on a regular basis & replaced the original larger system a few years ago. Fred is unbelievably kind & extremely professional. His response time is excellent & will always offer suggestions on the best repair method needed. I cannot recommend Fred & his team more highly, except to say my family now uses his service along with friends (upon my recommendation). Air Advantage is definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star company!! We have been in our home for many years. Over that time we used several top rated air conditioning service companies, first for our Lennox AC unit and then later Trane.Mixed results to say the least, some service calls as promised and some quite disappointing.Air Advantage (Fred) always arrived on schedule and got us up and running quickly which was much appreciated during hot summer months.Our old Trane AC quit and I knew before Fred Arrived that it would likely need to be replaced. Fred offered a very attractive price, explained the different efficiency ratings and then picked up the necessary parts himself which got us running quickly.That was 7 years ago and I would not be writing this review except we had a failure that Fred recently repaired under warranty !Who remembers this stuff and what installer keeps his word and returns after all this time to do warranty repair?If you need service or a new unit this is the guy.

I’ve called on Air Advantage for several years now. They have serviced my home, business, and parents house. They are always on time, professional, and honest with the diagnosis and repairs. The big difference that I recommend to people with Air Advantage is that they actually send out an educated engineer that diagnosis the problem, not some random person who has been trained to do AC work. This has prevented other problems from occurring and has saved me a lot of money. Thank you

I have used Air Advantage for more than five years now. First of all my house AC had a design flaw in cooling. Fred was recommended by a patient of mine. He did what two other AC teams had failed to do. He first did a detail calculations then put a 4 TONs unit upstairs and 3 TONs downstairs ( instead of two 1.5 TON) then redone the ducts . Man, I can tell you that after ten years of suffering from heat in this house now me and family can leave in comfort. We barely even use all two units at once. Our electric bill is halved too.We now have cooler house with only total bill half of other quotes which was surprising to me how he did it with two new Tranes units with airducts!.Then I decided to use his services for my business. He is always there and may God bless him for his help in my house and business. One time in middle of patient care in summer , AC died and he in the heat of summer in 30 minutes notice showed up and fixed everything. I never forget that and patients also loved him and his team which were very professional. I am glad I chose him. Don’t waste your time with liars who come and jack up bills. For that emergency he only charged me $25! I once had an AC team before him that used to rip me off. For example one day the other guy charged me for a fan $650 I got suspicious and asked to see the fan, the other AC team threw the fan from roof and broke it on purpose that I can’t investigate it! Fred is not like that. He brings the pieces to you , in detail shows you what went wrong and charges correctly. Where else you guys find such a service?

We replaced our AC unit outside and inside with a heat pump unit. Good advice about selecting proper equipement. The heat pump cut my utility bill more than half. Very professional and knowledgable technitians. Went out of his way to help me out. Honest and reasonable pricing. Always available and helfull when we need any service.
