    We recently contacted Advantage Air to fix our AC units drain issue. Glenns team is very prompt, professional and courteous.They clearly explained the issue and cleaned the drains and recommended to replace the drip pan which was rusted. I found his recommendation very useful based on the amount of rusting.We had our AC Unit repaired earlier, but working with Glenn was a wonderful experience. I also appreciate Glenns team for keeping the Attic area/home clean during the work. I feel very satisfied with the quality of service provided and pricing is also reasonable. Advantage Air Solutions will be always my first choice for AC Repair. Please keep up the good work.

    We have been doing business with Glen and Advantage Air Solutions for 3 years and are very happy with the service. We decided to be proactive and install new units in the spring of 2021. We wanted Trane units since our old units were Trane and had never let us down. We received quotes from two companies. Glens quote was less money and the unit was slightly bigger. We never regretted our decision. Glen also does our semi-annual maintenance.

    Glen at A.A.S is phenomenal. I have a home warranty on my home and was unsure about the work they were quoting. Ive called Glen to help me better understand the repairs that are required. For my furnace repair, he quoted me higher quality parts for a lower price on my repair. I used him to complete the repair instead of the home warranty technician (who later tried to lower their prices when I questioned the cost).

    I had the best experience with Advantage air. Not only were they super reasonable prices compared to our home warranty company ( so we did not use warranty company) but super clean. They ran canvas tarps all along the inside of our house and up the stairs. Never have I had this type of service with a company. They are very professional. I absolutely recommend this company as they were recommended to me.

    Let me start off by saying I do very few reviews.A few years back colleague of mine gave me his contact information when I was having AC troubles at my house.I asked for the short version of why I should use Glen McDonald…my friend responded with the most important thing somebody could say about another, “He’s one of the most honest people I’ve ever met“I contacted Glen he came out on time, did what he said he was gonna do and charged a fair price. In today’s world, these things are all very important.I have old air conditioners and Glen has made every effort to repair and keep them going. He has not been trying to sell me on installing new units.He told me when something couldn’t be repaired. He would let me know and that would be the time to replace it.Glen has always shown up with a smile on his face and has always found a way to fit me in the schedule to make sure that we were not uncomfortable when our AC needed repair.Bottom line is that Glen is a class act.

    Glenn was recommended to us by a friend when our relatively new unit had new issues less than a year after repair by the company that installed the unit. They were on time, polite, explained the issue they found and how they would fix it, and provided options for self maintenance in the future to help keep the unit running well.     A.A.S. provided hands down an excellent product and very impressive customer service. Their price for a new replacement A/C system was very reasonable and competitive against other bidders. Finding myself suddenly without air conditioning in the middle of summer, I was in a bad position that needed to be resolved quickly and while other A/C companies I talked to seemed to be ready to gouge me on price, I didn’t feel that way at all with A.A.S. They were responsive and picked up the phone even on a Saturday. They quoted me a price on the spot and within a couple of days I had an entirely new system that is 1000 times better than the one I had before. They even recommended improvements in the duct work that have resolved a problem I had had previously with uneven air flow to certain rooms. I could not be more happy with the end result and highly recommend A.A.S. for any A/C work.

    The furnace wasn’t blowing hot in the morning. It was still under warranty and called Advantage Air for service. The request was timely followed up by Rosanne and Glen. Glen showed up in couple of hours and fixed the issue quickly (the installation was set in pilot mode). He also did a quick maintenance replacing the filter as a complement, taped the insulation and sprayed a rust proof coating on the drip pan. Highly recommend their service!!

    Thanks to Advantage Air and specifically to Glen for helping us with our heater problem. I had home warranty and they sent someone who came up with several issues and a big fee (shy of $900) for the fix from my pocket. Glen came and look at it and all it needed was a $15 capacitor replacement besides labor fee. I would recommend Advantage Air Solutions to all.     We just replaced our 20 year old furnace with Advantage Air Solutions and we had a GREAT experience!! Glen diagnosed the problem with our old furnace, he recommended the new unit at a very reasonable cost, and he was able to schedule our installation within 2 days!!     Great service and affordable. Glen/AAS changed my inside unit, outside unit, and thermostat last year, and I have been happy with the products and the service provided. I received several different bids before choosing AAS, and they were by far the best value. Glen was very patient in walking me through my options, and he did not try and oversell me like other providers did. He also thoroughly answered questions I had about getting a new system. When his team came to do the job, they were very contentious about their work, and they cleaned up behind themselves. AAS is a very professional and trustworthy company which is a relief when making a big investment in my home.

    I have used several different AC services and Advantage Air Solutions stands clearly above the rest. Three years ago, I had 2 different and well-known companies come out and perform maintenance/repair on my HVAC system. Both companies tried to upsell me a completely new system. Advantage Air Solutions came out, diagnosed the problem was with a motor which they replaced for thousands less than the other company’s “solution.” My HVAC system has continued to perform normally since then. I have 100% faith in Advantage Air Solutions to diagnose and repair any problems that I have without selling me anything unnecessary. I recently had them come out and perform maintenance on my system as part of a yearly visit and they again pointed out that my systems were “old” but were performing normally and did not need replacement at this time. It is extremely comforting to have someone I can completely trust! Thank you Advantage Air Solutions!

    Glen was awesome! We called him last year (2018) and he was quick to come out and give us a quote. Once we ready him and his crew came out and removed our old HVAC system and installed a new one. They also re-routed some duct work for us so that our cooling/heating upstairs was more efficient. They were tidy and very respectful of our home and our kids.
