Awesome service. I used them a few times for repairs and checkups and have always been happy with results. Yesterday July 3rd, I noticed air was blowing warm and discovered outside unit was not running. Checked breakers and basics with no luck. Its an older unit so I was expecting this might be an expensive replacement. Called Advanced Air at 4pm. They initially said theyd come by next day (JULY 4th) between 8am and noon. A few minutes later Bob called and said he could come by that afternoon. Im about a mile from office so that probably helped. Bob showed up shortly after, identified issue, replaced part, cleaned unit and checked freon. Total bill was $190, total time from initial call to Bob heading out less than an hour. Could not have been more pleased with service. As long as they are around and operate this way, Ill never call anyone else for heating and AC needs.

Jared is very attentive & informative allowing me to send a report received by another company that listed $1500 in expenses.Jared looked over the report and came out this morning for a service call to later tell me that he was able to fix the issue as not everything listed in my previous report needed to be replaced.Honest service & $130 later, I now have a forever HVAC company that I can reach out to in comfort knowing that I will not be getting taken advantage of!Thank you Advanced Air Conditioning for helping me with my issue 😊.

TITLE: They Came, They Saw, They Conquered!RE: Moving thermostatThe team I met (Mr. Bob & Mr. Jared) came ready to work and complete the job professionally. My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didnt come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well! If you looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgable team, then look no further than Advanced Air. Ive used companies in the past that were unscrupulous and Im very happy to finally find one that is above board. Thank you & continued blessing to the team!

Cant go wrong with Tom, Jared or Bob. Having been a home owner for over 25 years, Ive always cringed when having to call to have my HVAC fixed. Too many outfits out there default to you need a full replacement. Ive never experienced this with Advanced Air. It is not uncommon for them to say, oh, this one part wore out and pay a little more than their reasonable service call fee.

I called Advanced Air in the morning and left a voice message. I received a call back within an hour and they were at our home by the afternoon. Bob was fantastic, fixed one of our AC units and maintenanced both. He explained everything, the price was fair, and my doggies even got some pets from him. 100% recommend and we will be a returning customer.

These guys are superb. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and above all honest. They are like the friends you would have across the street or down the block. They are very easy to work with and are so responsible and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any AC/Heating system repair or replacement. I finally found a great company to work with. They will always be my go to. I cannot say enough good things about them and their work.

I am now a customer for life. I was battling with my home warranty company for 2 weeks with no resolution to my A/C issue. I took a chance and called this company. They came out the same day and fixed my issue. I canceled my home warranty policy and will stuck with this company for future issues with my A/C. I highly recommend.

We had our HVAC system replaced. This family owned company goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and products. They even helped me install window units due to my health while ours was out of service. Very clean professional work by employees with courteous and helpful attitudes. All work was done timely and completely as promised. Owner was even available to answer questions over the weekend. We HIGHLY recommend Advanced Air. You can count on them to be honest about the best solution to your problems.

Professional and honest! Another AC guy told us we needed to change the whole unit, while Bob came over and changed a few broken parts. cost only 5% of the other company quoted me and my AC is working great now. Highly recommended!
