I had been using another company when some issues came up, yet again, and a coworker suggested I get a second opinion! What could it hurt? NOTHING and helped us SO MUCH in the end. Turns out we had been paying for parts that were UNDER WARRANTY with the previous company. Jason was honest and very informative! He explained EXACTLY what was doing instead of being awkwardly quiet. He came out on a Saturday to run a 24 hour test, then back out on Sunday. Only one service call and flat rate test charge (not even weekend cost)... then hourly rate to replace my evaporator coil! NOT PARTS COST! They are technicians first and salesmen last! I never felt pushed and he put my worries to rest when I said the other company said Id have to replace my system in the next couple of years... ChaCha, his wife who also runs the business side, was absolutely incredible! Verified my warranty, very informative, and professional! They are now my go to company for all my AC/Heating needs. Highly Recommended! Also, good discounts for Military and First Responders! Call them and let them help you, you will not be disappointed!

My AC went out a few days ago and contractors through my home warranty stated it would be a few more days before they could come out and fix it. That wouldve been a day shy of a week total during a heat wave in DFW. Bruce Parker at Adams Comfort Experts was able to come out the same day I reached out to them today! They were fast, courteous, explained what the problem was and went over preventative care. They are reasonably priced and give Military/Veteran/First Responder discounts! I will not hesitate to use their services again!! Amazing customer service I greatly appreciated!

This is company is the best and only company I call when I need A/C work, they are friendly, professional and prompt! I highly recommend them. Scott & Chanin and Bruce are some of the best people I know and will always be trustworthy when so may arent, thanks, Scott Strange
