    We noticed our A/C was blowing warm air around 945pm. My wife called Adams around 10pm thinking we would just get an appointment or a call back for the next morning. She got the answering service and was told we should be getting a call from a tech within 30 minutes. About a minute later Max called and said he would come out right then. Not only was he there within 30 minutes, he got it fixed and working within about an hour. We expected the service fee to be high since it was after hours but it was the normal $75 fee. Adams Air has been the easiest and friendliest company to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Max was very professional and represented his company very professionally.

    Our heat went out over the weekend. We called Adams Air and we were contacted back very quickly. The owner Adam arrived and diagnosed the problem very fast and even brought us space heaters till he could get the part we needed on Monday.     We have used Adams Air 3 times in the past month and they have been excellent every time. They are courteous, competent and always get us scheduled very quickly. If its not same day service, its the next day. While fixing one issue, they pointed out another issue we werent even aware of and saved us another service call. We will continue to use their services in the future.

    I noticed yesterday the floor boards were warped in front of my Heat/AC unit. I opened up the door and noticed water everywhere! I turned the AC up to 80 and called my Landlord (we are renting to own) I told him about the reviews I saw online about your company and he called. This afternoon, our call was moved up from 4 to 2p and Max showed up and got us up and running quickly. He was very kind and knowledgeable and fixed it in about 15 minutes. He also fixed the waterline so it won’t happen again. We were very pleased and will definitely call the next time we need Someone for HVAC issues. Thank you!

    We bought our HVAC system from Adams back in January and they did an awesome job, The guys were professional and very knowledgeable about the system they installed and answered all of our questions. Max was very helpful in explaining how to program the thermostat. He recently returned to do our winter inspection and as always he was very friendly and helpful.     I’m so happy with my experience I could cry. We called out another company (won’t saw who) but it was not a good experience and the price quoted was astronomical. I called out Adams for a second opinion because I remembered we had a pleasant experience last august. Max came out next day and was so so nice from the minute we spoke. He was so wonderful at explaining things and giving me all my options. You could tell he knew it was an unexpected expense for us and didn’t want to overcharge us for anything we may not need right away. They were prompt and came out and got the job done quickly. Very satisfied with the work that was done. It’s such a relief knowing there are good local companies and people out there like them. Using them from here on out for any HVAC needs.

    I have used Adams Air a couple times now and every experience with them has been good. One thing I appreciate about them is that they are honest. If it needs replaced, they tell me but if it can be repaired, they are honest about that too. Too many companies out there trying to push new installs because thats what brings in the money but they guys at Adams seem to want to earn my return business and my referrals.

    My heater quit working on super cold night of course. Called Adams Air before 6am and someone quickly called me back. Aaron and Zach came out early and were very professional and quickly had my heater working. They explained everything and didnt have me guessing on what I had to do.     Called late Friday evening when my A/C stopped working. Max returned my call a few minutes later and made an appointment for Saturday, called first and then showed up an hour early on Saturday. I couldnt even get the guys who charged me $5k to install the system a few years ago to even call me back. I would recommend Adams Air anytime and will use them from now on.

    The friendly, efficient and professional folks at Adams Air did a great job of installing our new A/C system in 2015. We had them back in 2017 to install an in-line humidifier - another job well done. Today they were back to inspect our heat and humidifier systems, and the two young men were so polite and helpful. In addition to a total check-up, they helped us with the programming of our control, revealing a helpful feature we didnt know how to access. Whether you need repairs, service or an entirely new system, ADAMS AIR is who we recommend you call!

    Had to have my AC replaced as it completely died. I called my home warranty on Tuesday. Adams air sent a technician out that afternoon and by Friday my AC unit was replaced. Can not say enough about how impressed I am at their cleanliness, timeliness, and professionalism. Would recommend them 10/10 to anyone I know.

    These guys are amazing. Ancient HVAC system went out on Friday. Called on Monday, they were ready to go on Tuesday. A blizzard hit and they still tried to get to us and gut stuck on our dirt road. Wed they were back and got the whole system installed same day. They cleaned up everything and even hauled our old system away. Everyone was on the job, and on task the whole time. Office staff was wonderful help especially April. Thank you Adams Air Amarillo.

    Adams Air has been out HVAC service provider of choice since moving to Amarillo. Last night, they reminded us why. Around 7pm on a Wednesday night, and the start of a 10 day 100+ forecast, we notice out house not cooling. Having a newborn in the house, we quickly called hoping to join a waiting list for the next day and only suffer through one night. Max quickly returned our call and said he was on another call but could maybe make it out by was 10pm. Max arrived by 9, quickly identified the part needing replacing and was out the door, of our cooling house, in 15 minutes. Max was our hero. Would highly recommend and will use again.

    We called Adams Air for a second opinion after another company said that our unit was low on freon and couldnt diagnose where the leak was coming from. We called that Friday and made an appointment the following Wednesday (understandable as its the beginning of Summer.) Wednesday we were greeted by Alex and he went straight to our indoor unit and found it frozen over. We powered down the unit and let it thaw. He came back later the same day and did maintenance/cleaning on our unit. He found no issues with the unit but found a clogged coil. We just bought this home and it apears that our unit was never serviced prior. Its no wonder the other company couldnt tell me where the leak was. There was no leak! I wish I would have just called these guys first. Thank you Alex and Adams Air. You just gained a lifetime customer, I know exactly who to call next time.

    Aaron was the tech that came to my house on New Years Day because my heater shut off completely. The weather was in the 30s and we were freezing! When Aaron arrived he asked my husband and I some basic questions to start the troubleshooting of why my heater would completely shut itself off. He then asked how to access our attic so he would be able to see more of what might be going on. Long story short he was able to figure out the issue and had our heater back on in no time! When he was explaining everything to us he used simple easy terms to where we were able to understand the issue! Most definitely would recommend these guys to all my friends & family. They are very professional and are always sure to give the exact information needed at time of service! Thanks Adam Air for keeping our family warm in the midst of WINTER!

    The owner came to my house on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem, gave me literature on new systems because mine is clearly broken amd let me borrow 4 space heaters!     My wife and I came home on Christmas Day to a busted furnace. My gas was turned off due to very high levels of carbon monoxide filling the house.Adam’s Air came out next day and diagnosed the problem, and installed a brand new furnace just 2 days after that. What makes this most impressive is the fact that my insurance company was involved, and everything happened inside a span of just 3 days.Very professional, informative and polite. These guys will always have my business!

    Our heater blower motor failed. They alerted me that the technician would arrive earlier than scheduled. He crawled up into my freezing attic with single digit temperatures outside. He completed the job quickly and professionally. Plus, he was just a nice guy. Found my HVAC guys for every need in the future.

    They were good with working with me on a time to be at the house that was convenient. I would give 5 stars except the technician messed up and left 2 of my wires exposed after he took the connector cap off them, and then the heater quit again a few hours later. When I went and checked it I saw those 2 wires, touched them back together and the heater came back on. So I had to repair the repairmans mess up

    First time to use Adamss Air, and could not be happier with their service.We had recently called out a company that we thought we trusted, and we ended up getting a tech that spent more time trying to sell us a new unit rather than fixing the one we have. We where charged $279 for a trip fee and 2lbs of Freon. With that extensive of a charge our air never reached below 74 degrees that night. I searched for Adams Air and found their website that states they are a service company not a sales company, and offer free 2nd opionions. I decided to give them a call, and couldnt be more glad that I did. Earnest came out to the house on short notice and went above and beyond trying to figure out what the problem was and fix it instead of trying to sale me a new unit. Low and behold after Earnest left it started cooling imediately, and our air got down to 64 degrees last night where we had it set. Earnest put in 10 times the work that the other company did, and didnt even charge me half of what the other company did. Couldnt be more happy with the service we recieved, and Adams Air will be the first call I make next time I need service!

    Excellent. I cant recommend them enough. We had them replace a unit about a year ago. They gave us the best pricing around and did not recommend or do any unnecessary work. The job took only a few hours and everything ran beautifully. Now we moved and took advantage of their free furnace service at our new house. We received a call saying they could come earlier than expected if we desired and did a very thorough job, especially for a free service. Amazing company and well run.

    This is an excellent company! Our air conditioning when out inJuly while my wife was very pregnant. They showed up quickly with a temporary floor unit. Then they helped us figure out the financing and worked with our budget. All of there technicians were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Our home was built in 1926 but were very quick on a difficult install. Amarillo is lucky to have such a great HVAC company!!

    Aaron Mcmurry was the technician that was sent to my house, i called SCOTT CO FIRST, IN THE RECORDING THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME IN 30 MINUTES, NO ONE EVER CALLED. SO I CALLED ADAMS AIR , THEIR RECORDING ALSO SAID I WOULD GET A CALL BACK, I DID IN 15 MINUTES, AND MET ARRON MCMURRY AT MY HOUSE IN 30 MINUTES.
