Update: This is my second time using Ace for air conditioning service and repair and I am a very satisfied customer. They answered my call right away and scheduled service on my mini-split air conditioner very promptly. After repairing a leak and recharging my unit, they put in the time necessary to thoroughly check that my system was operating correctly. Many thanks to Ace! Looking forward to more comfortable winter and summer from here on out.Ace air conditioning came out in the cold to help me set up my heat pump/mini split unit. I really appreciate their quick professional service and expertise. They went beyond what I hired them to do and made sure that everything on my mostly DIY install was working properly. I would recommend them to others in our area.

Awesome Service. Carl addresses to a component level. He has repaired my AC system 3 times at a reasonable price. He diagnoses systems to the component level. If the capacitor is out only the capacitor will need service troubleshooting, service or replacing. If the blower motor needs replacing only the motor will be serviced. His speedy service saved my family and I in the Summer and again from the cold in the Winter. Carl and his team know what they are doing.

My AC needed help and Karl and his crew made it over quickly to check it out. They had it fixed and running in no time. They pricing was significantly less than previous work Ive had done where much less was needed to be repaired. Great guy and great company. Highly recommend!!

I had several AC companies out to bid a new system as we were told we needed one by an AC company. Karl came out and fixed our problem for less than $200. None of the other companies bothered to investigate the problem. Karl is honest (the most important quality in your AC guy), but he is also reasonably priced. Will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Carl and the crew at Ace Air are great. They came out very quickly after we called, even in the peak of summer heat (busy time for them). They ended up recommending replacement of our unit, which they were able to install within three business days after I informed them of our decision to order it. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for good quality equipment. Very friendly service!

What took me so long?? I have two separate Air Conditioning system here at my home. One is located at my home the other is located in my 1400 square foot steel building in back of my house. All this heat we are having has played havoc with both my systems. I have had many AC companies out to work on the steel building AC because of a slow leak of freon. None of them did nothing but add more freon. They never found the leak. I remembered an old friend that grew up with my son, who had been to our home many many times. Karl Artmire. He had grown up to become an AC guy with 30 years experience under his belt. So, I called him and told him my problem. Guess what, he found my leak and added the freon my unit needed. He made it look so simple. I guess when you really know what your doing it just looks that.way. I was bragging to him about my 22 year old Trane unit that cools my house, had hardly ever had a problem. Well guess what, less that a couple weeks later she just shut down. I thought this is the end be ready to buy a new system. I called Karl, he was out the next day. He had me up and running in less than hour! I could not believe it. Just a couple of parts and we were off to the races. It is easy to see when someone really knows their stuff. I cant say enough good things about Karl and his company, Ace Air Conditioning. Karl is a great guy you can trust. He is fair, fast and knows what hes doing. I have taken a picture of his card so if you ever need your unit serviced hes your man.

Update to original review: I did call them back when I was ready for my install and they got me into the schedule quickly. Showed up on time, had everything they needed to get the job done, worked quickly and efficiently, were friendly and honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the service. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.Original review:I wouldn’t pay attention to the 1 star reviews. They all happened at the same time, and probably from just one bad experience who got everyone they knew to post a review. When I called, he was available right away, very knowledgeable, very friendly, quick to help, and offered a great price. I have yet to actually get the work done, but he’s first on my list to call back.

Ive even experienced more than a few myself with the big established air conditioner companies in the Tyler area. Karl Artmire with Ace Air Conditioning is someone my family trusts 100% with anything we need related to HVAC. He is honest, reliable, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to help the customer. His advice is golden, and comes from years of experience. We have recommended him to many of our friends and family, and will continue to do so.
