    5 star service! We found ourselves without power in one area of our home the week of a winter storm, we contacted another company who made an appointment but didn’t bother showing up or calling to let us know they wouldn’t make it. While out running errands, an Accurate vehicle was in front of me, I called the number at 9:30pm, an actual human answered and was very kind and willing to help. The next morning at 10am, the tech was at my home and got us squared away in under an hour. This was a great and seamless process and the communication was some of the best out there, highly recommend!

    I highly recommend Accurate Home Services! Initially, Danny came out to check the wiring around my house and gave me my quote options. He was awesome—thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Joshua is the tech who came out and did the work. He was kind, professional, and really took the time to ensure everything was done right. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. He went above and beyond to help me. The whole team was reliable, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be using them for any future electrical needs!

    We contacted accurate home services on Wednesday morning, and they came out the same day. Our heater in the kitchen had gone out and that of course was the coldest day so far.The staff is very professional, took care of what they could do on Wednesday.The technician discovered the heat strip and the blower motor were bad. . That air handler was only four years old.Just to clarify accurate home services did not install this equipment, it was installed by another vendor they simply came out to service itThey came out the next day and installed the new parts and now our kitchen is finally above 55°.I would highly recommend accurate home servicesThank You to everyone who helped us.

    James came with the part but unfortunately it was the wrong part. He was very kind. Ashton arrived the next morning with the correct part and had us quickly up and running. Both young men were very courteous and helpful. Especially Ashton...hes been out before and weve developed a great relationship. 5 STARS, FOR SURE!!

    I want to thank Ashton Vines for his great work today. Ashton is professional and very personable young man. We enjoyed meeting him and appreciate the work he did. When he was inspecting the vents in the attic he found a very small leak water leak that we were not aware of and was able to fix that for us. It was above and beyond what he was here for, but we sure appreciate that. We have always had great service from the Accurate Home Services in Crandall and highly recommend them for whatever they do.

    Danny the electrician and his apprentice Cade and Justin did an outstanding job. Danny arrived at our home on Memorial Day because I called Accurate with our electrical issue. Our breaker box caught fire. Danny pulled the permit Tuesday and arrived Wednesday to repair the damage. He moved the breaker box outside from the closet. He hard wired 3 smoke detectors and one carbon monoxide/smoke detector in our home. He brought our home up to code. I highly recommend Accurate for your homes electric,heating and air needs.

    The Accurate Home Services employees were very nice, but arrived later than I was told. The job took all day, and I wasnt prepared for that. But they did a good job; put everything back in place; and it all works. I have had nothing but good service from Accurate so far!!

    Danny B. came in and did a thorough electrical maintenance check on the whole home. I was surprised to find out that quite a few of the set screws on the electrical panel were slightly loose, he checked each and every screw and made sure they were tight. Made recommendations to make my home more protected, very pleased with the service provided today.

    Danny and Scott were great. They were friendly, informative, and punctual during the appointment. They provided some needed information on replacing interior lights and fixing an electrical issue that has been bothering us for months. They added a new outlet and a new switch on the electric panel because one circuit couldn’t handle our appliances in the utility room. Our hot water wasn’t working many mornings because the thermostat was in the utility room. We had to run to the back of the garage to reset the breaker. We will be calling them for our next electrical issue soon.Just adding that I had a second appointment with Scott and Justine. Once again, the guys did a wonderful job of changing all my light fixtures in a timely and professional manner. Scott made sure the measurement were exactly what was requested and took the time to clean up the area afterward. Great job, guys!

    The team did a very professional job. From first contact. I simply sent a text message from their Google site. I received a call back within the hour. They listened to my needs and promptly made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they communicated in advance, and the team member provided a detailed estimate with options. He ordered the equipment and set up an appointment before he left. Next day they installed the connections. And communicated with me throughout the process.

    Check their prices compared to other competitors. Professional and had a new heating furnace installed the following day.. My electric heater went out just shortly before Christmas. I was very pleased with the short timing. I would highly recommend this company....

    Great company. I’ve been using them for a while. I like that the company gives you a window of when the technician will be coming out. Reminders of your appointment. They send a texted with a picture of the technician. Then let you know within so many minutes when the technician will arrive to your home. Employees have always been kind and respectful. I will continue to use them in the future.

    I just bought an older home that needed a lot of electrical work and got connected with Darryl who came out right away. He explained everything in great detail and got his crew out the next day. G, Gus, & Cade got everything done that same day. Every single person we dealt with was extremely kind and informative & went above and beyond to make the process easy & the house safe. I absolutely recommend this company for any electrical needs. I will be calling them next summer to upgrade my whole AC system as well!

    We have been very happy with Accurate Home Services. Jacob Geerts has been out to my home several times and took the time to make sure all the issues were explained, resolved and taken care of in a timely manner -- even during high season. The office staff was friendly and responsive when I called, and I appreciate the quality of customer service provided. Jacob took time after repairs to answer all our questions — wed request him as a technician for future maintenance needed.

    Accurate Home Services have installed 3 mini split systems since February of this year 2024. They have been incredibly quick on installation and service needs. With this last install they put in a dual head unit while others have been single head. Installation was fast but one unit was not operating. It took 3 service calls but Accurate Home Services hung in there until everything was working properly and will return in a few days to double check proper operation if needed. I am very pleased with all of the personnel and technicians I have come in contact with so far and highly recommend their services. They may be a little more expensive than some others but quality of their product, quick installation, service, and long warranty/maintenance are worth the extra cost.Thanks Accurate Home Services for a job well done!

    My Air conditioner went out on Friday evening, WOW! One repair service wanted $200.00 dollars just to come out and tell me what the problem. Yeah! 😂 No thanks! I dont have money like that at all. I alot repair service, but then I got this one 79.00 dollars, Accurate Home Service. They said we will come out and tell you what wrong, and we wont charge you the fee to come out and check. WOW! They came, they fixed, and now I am Cool 😎. Thanks again for a great job 👍.

    Jacob was quick, clean, and professional. Most of all he was accurate, truly a demonstration of what I would like to see in an HVAC professional. I even caught my wife trying to break the air handler when I got home from work just so she could see him again. We truly appreciated his services and will definitely be using him next time if our system fails again.

    A/C went out late Thursday night on a hot Texas summer. Called Accurate Home Services Friday morning, came out that afternoon and determined my 17 year old a/c system needed upgraded.     My yard had obstacles to overcome in putting in a standby generator. Accurate Home services was the group I selected to set and start up our generac generator. Chris Seymour and his crew did an outstanding job (sometimes working in the rain) in overcoming the obstacles and setting our generator up. I highly recommend Accurate, their workers, technicians, the whole process. And, of upmost importance, the cost was very reasonable.

    I wish I could select more that 4 stars. My AC was not working late yesterday afternoon, called and Accurate had the on-call technician (Preston) over as soon as possible. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and was extremely professional. He found the issues but due to where it was located he felt it was not the best course to try and fix it in the dark of night, just a bit to risky. So this AM 8:30 on the dot, (James and Jacob) arrived and picked up right where Preston left off. In no time the AC was fixed and back running and since the Heat index is going to be over 100 today, so very thankful. Highly recommend!!!!
