    I bought an older home a few years back with an even older AC unit (18 years old to be exact) that was running on its last leg. I’ve had AC Doctor come by 1-2 times a year in the summer months to service it the past few years. AC Doctors explained that I would need to replace it eventually. The owner, Raul, gave me price options that best fit my finances without any pressure. One morning I woke up and the AC wouldn’t turn on. I text the AC Doctor and they arrived at my home quickly to diagnose the issue. At that point I decided to replace the inside unit, Raul gave me a great price and they installed it that same day. The AC Doctors were quick, professional and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Thank you AC Doctors for your great customer service!

    I have been in my brand new now for 2 years and since day 1 I have had cooling problems airtron has gone out a total of 10 times and every time something has been foundI was tired of dealing with them so I called AC doctors on Friday night told them my ac was not cooling and they were able to schedule me the next day.Raul showed up and checked my whole unit and found out that they had done a horrible patch job in my attic.He repaired it and checked temperatures just to make sure it was cooling.They have Great customer service and will definitely be using AC DOCTORS again

    I looked around for a good competitive price for a complete HVAC system and ended up with AC Doctors. They had serviced the old unit for the past few years and it finally died.     AC Doctors was on point! From the moment my daughter set up an appointment for an estimate till the job was complete. Raul the owner actually was the one who showed up to give us a little more insight on different AC systems and answered all of our questions & took the time to listen to our concerns. Later that day he came back to sit down with us to show us our options and estimated cost. I bombarded him with more questions & I gotta handed it to him, he was very patient & never made me feel rushed into anything. We decided on a York 16 Seer system. Raul & his team were able to get the job done the very next day. All the AC technicians were very courteous & respectful. Would definitely recommend.

    When our AC melted down last summer, a neighbor recommended that we call AC Doctors. I am glad we did. They found the issue quickly and got our unit working again.     This weekend our AC couldnt keep up with the heat. Since it was a Sunday evening we emailed AC Doctors requesting a service call. To our surprise they responded within an hour and we had an appointment to service our unit the next day. The service team showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us an estimate of the cost. Within an hour our unit was back up and cooling again. Thanks guys. Great job.

    Our air conditioner was acting very strange and not keeping the house very cool. AC Doctors came out within hours of my call and diagnosed the problem, which was a failed compressor. They got a new compressor the next day and fixed our AC.

    We called them to check a few things out and found out our AC was cheap and literally falling apart. They came in, replaced, repaired the system and it was a breeze (we asked them to close gates because of pets, also to wear booties in the rug). They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We chose to have an annual check, make sure everything was going the way it was supposed to. They showed up with 48 hours notice, checked everything and gave us a clear answer. They didn’t try to upsell us, the prices were fair and they were very professional. They hold themselves to a standard and it really shows. Definitely recommend.

    A/C Doctors has taken care of us for years and in several different homes. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, practical, and professional. On multiple occasions, our regular technician, Robert, has gone out of his way to help us save money whenever a costly part replacement and/or repair has been necessary.Before using A/C Doctors, we worked with a couple of other companies but didn’t feel we were in good hands. In fact, one in particular was quick to recommend we buy a new unit when the issue could have been repaired. Whether this was a lack of experience or a choice to mislead us, trusting the other company would have been a costly mistake.When initially working with A/C Doctors, we recognized that they place the highest regard in taking care of their customers and value integrity. We always feel they treat us as they would want to be treated.In addition, as typically happens in life, any issues we encounter often seem to coincide with a holiday or peak time (think winter storm or the hottest of summer days).     My AC went out on a Sunday, and I called AC Doctors and they immediately sent Raul to service my AC. Raul is super knowledgeable, and I really appreciate him telling and showing me exactly what was wrong with my AC. The AC was repaired and worked well, but it really needed to be replaced. After discussing options with Raul, I knew AC Doctors was the best team to replace my AC system.Fast forward and the team that replaced my AC (Dennis, Chuy, Ray and Jose) were awesome!     The heat pump systems outside unit was not coming on due to a wire not connected so tech (Geoffrey)rewired system and system worked properly for a while. Called to advise that the issue was not fixed,and tech came back out w/ his mgr. (Robert) and both stayed until they found the problem.Both times the technician came out, he was earlier than time frame given to arrive. They both explained the issue of the AC not working to me and stayed until they were sure the problem was corrected.Will call AC Doctors again if needed in the future

    Been using AC Doctors for 15 years. My mom used them also and my daughter uses them now. Roberts, our regular AC Doctors rep, has serviced us for years.     Using my dads Google account. Wanted to review AC doctors. And give a big shout out for going out of the way in helping me in my time of need. My dad was being released from hospital as stage for lung cancer. Going to be transparent with you all.Our house A/C was out the temperature red in the 90s. My dad was being released from hospital has stage 4 lung cancer. Medical equipment was being delivered to my home and to top it off I was hungover. Not a great combination overall.Ive used AC doctors in the past and was more than satisfied with their service. They went way and beyond were going to be at my house at 3:00 p.m. then Robert called They were very concerned with my status. And were afraid that if I needed parts the stores would be closed. Robert the air conditioner technician / doctor really made it work. Between him and his coworker they made it happen. Within an hour my air conditioner was up and running. They even asked if I wanted to top off the freon it was low.....but were not pushy about it me. (and if you dont know freon can be very expensive) Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them and their prices once again are extremely compatible.Thank you AC doctors.

    When my A/C broke on a really hot day I was desperate to get someone to fix it. Raul came out super fast and got it working again. When we had a recurrence of the problem shortly after he left, he was really quick in getting back to us and helping us troubleshoot, and then came back the next day to make sure everything was working right.Overall super fast and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

    Our AC went out Friday night. I called Saturday morning and a technician was at my home by 11am. Brian was extremely professional, courteous and went through multiple options with me regarding repair. I opted to upgrade my system to a larger unit to more efficiently cool my home. AC Doctors had their team there within an hour to completely replace my system and gave me am10 year warranty covering the system and any labor costs. Their team stayed late to complete the project and their supervisors came at the end to inspect and sign off that everything was in perfect working order. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable and had tremendous customer service skills! Their price was very reasonable and I am very pleased with their work! I will recommend them to friends and family.     I scheduled this A/C maintenance via telephone and was treated professionally by the telephone representative. In advance of the scheduled appointment I was contacted to confirm the arrival time window of the A/C Tech. The assigned tech arrived promptly and was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the maintenance process and what the diagnosis was showing. Additional maintenance was suggested, but no pressure was applied. I have been very happy with A/C Doctors from when they installed my York A/C six years ago and with all the maintenance services they have provided.

    A/C doctors were able to visit on the same day I called. They were able to come sooner than the previously quoted time as well and it was greatly appreciated. My A/C had been out over the weekend and tried to use someone else and they fell through. This heat on Texas is horrible without A/C. I felt bad for my kids. Raul and Lilly showed up and were able to get my system back up and running, they explained to me my issue and I decided on adding an additional part to make my system more efficient because of Raul. He installed it quickly and made sure I understood what happened, additional recommendations, and put me and my household at ease! I would recommend them, no hassle, easy talk, and cool trucks!     My A/C was not cooling. It wouldn’t get below 82 . Two A/C companies came out to look at it (charged me $299 service call each) and told me it was cooling fine and it was warmer in my house because it was hot outside. Which was ridiculous to me because I never had issues with my A/C before and the temperature in my house was always at 70 degrees. I contacted A/C Doctors late in the evening and he still found time to service us. Within 30 minutes of arriving they found the issue!! Hallelujah! We were so close to staying in a hotel for the night but fortunately we didn’t have to. We all slept peaceful that night and every night afterwards. No issues since! Great A/C company and I would highly recommend them!

    Called AC doctors after getting an outrageous quote from G. The came and replaced my coil at about 1/2 the price and made sure all would be running well for moths to come. I sold the house and an inspector found an unsealed area of the AC. I called AC doctors and they fixed it the next day. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome.     I don’t usually take time to leave reviews, but I also never receive the attention and care I received without giving anything in return. I called on a SUNDAY, to speak to someone and possibly get a quote for a repair on my HVAC system. Not only did my phone call get answered quickly, I also got a call back from the OWNER himself. Raul was kind and very detailed in his explanations and helpful info, he took 30 min of his Sunday to speak to a potential customer(I explained I was shopping around). Btw, he was on the field working so that his employees could have some time off of their own. If that’s not a company you can trust I don’t know what is. He’s been in business for decades and I can see why, they deserve it. He did call me back the next day also and took even more time of his day to help me. There was no money exchanged, but a lot of his time and expertise was. This is a company to root for everlasting success, blessings to Raul and his team.

We had 2 AC problems this summer (1 due to our error, 1 due to local water clogging the pipe).     The team at A/C Doctors is fantastic! I started by gathering quotes for a new system install. I had already purchased an air handler from another source and wanted to purchase an exterior unit and have it all installed. They were responsive, communicative, and ON TIME! They gave me a very reasonable quote and installed just a couple of days later. The air handler I purchased had interior dents and they were able to fix it (wasnt their responsibility). The property this was going into was much older and not really equipped for central air originally. Without hesitation this team created the space needed, ensured proper drainage, and was able to bring everything up to code without tearing holes in the walls. They were able to complete my job in one day. A member of their team scheduled a meeting with me to walk me through the work that was completed and tested it to ensure satisfaction.     Ive been using AC Doctors and Robert Karrer for about ten years. We have Robert come out twice a year. Once for the AC and once for the heater. Hes always on time. He kept our unit going for years after it should have stopped. From time to time, minor repairs were needed. When our unit finally did go out this year, Robert went above and beyond to have us a new one the next day. If there were ten stars, Id give it. The absolute best. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Look no further.

    Our A/C started going out on Thursday evening. My husband called a few different companies Friday morning. One company said there was no way they could make it out today. Another company said they would get back to us with a time and A/C Doctors said they could be at our house in 30 minutes. And sure enough, they were there in 30 minutes. Our A/C unit was the original from when the home was built. We knew it was nearing its end based on previous repairs. We ended up needing to completely replace the indoor and outdoor unit. But what I truly liked and appreciated is that we were given options. Options that included various steps, prices, etc. It wasnt like someone just showed up and said hey you need to replace your entire system and it will be this much money. There were options and explanations. As a customer, I felt in the know. The team was able to come out the very next day for the installation. Additionally, the company sent out two portable A/C units and installed them so we could have two cooled rooms until install the following day. We were extremely pleased with the customer service, attention, and overall experience with A/C Doctors.     My AC stopped cooling in the middle of a 100+ degree heatwave. I called AC Doctors at 8am and Raul was at my house by 9am and had isolated the problem by 9:05. He had the parts on hand as well as an additional part he recommended to extend the life of my capacitor on the outside unit, which was only 2 years old and had failed.Raul took his time explaining and showing me everything he was doing and why it needed to be done.I highly recommend them and they will be my one and only call in the future.

    I was able to get a same-day appointment after finding my AC was not blowing cold air. Robert came out this evening, found my issue, and got me fixed up quickly and for a reasonable price. It was about 100F degrees when my old system kicked the proverbial bucket and about 3:00 pm in the afternoon when they started working.     During the recent winter storm our heating system failed, not just the power but the system did not work with power. As usual the AC Doctors Professional came to our home and made the repairs in a timely fashion. Our house was very cold inside like many homes and our technician had to park his vehicle a block away due to road conditions and below freezing temps. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat when we needed it the most. Customer service is more than important at AC Doctors.

    Wonderful! A/C broke at 2am. I called right then and the lady who answered was helpful and stated someone would be out between 11am-1pm that day. The gentleman called me at 8am and said someone could come right then if it was ok.
