    Eli and his team are fantastic! Hes like the fireplace whisperer. We couldnt get our fireplace to light at all. Took him no time to get it up and running. He came in, got it light, scheduled us in within a couple of days, and gave it an amazing makeover. New coat of paint on the inside and outside, new rocks and wool, cleaned logs, cleaned out all the dust and debris, and made the glass look like new! Eli knows his stuff and definitely is the guy to go with! Super friendly, easy to get a hold of for any questions, and great pricing! Hes tackling my HVAC next, and I have full faith that I will get the best service and deal around! Theres a reason he has all those 5 stars!

    First off I called this company around 1:00 today. I filled out the form and asked to have someone come and check my pilot light and electric wall switch because nothing was working. I got a call back within 10 min. I told Eli that I happened to be off work today and he said he would be at my house between 3 and 5. He showed up at 5 till 3! 😮! He checked everything for safety and cleaned the entire fireplace and it looks like new! I recommend this company highly!Thanks Eli!

    Eli gives great customer service. I got a call back in minutes. He came out on time on Dec 24th! As he worked on my gas fireplace, he explained everything he was doing as he went. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He even did extras like cleaning the glass and sensors that werent part of the problem! I will definitely be using him again.

    I have lived in my house for 25 years and I have never used my fireplace or even thought about cleaning it. I heard a strange animal like noise coming from my fireplace. That strange sound coming from the fireplace convinced me to call the professionals.I submitted a request online for a chimney clean and immediately received a call from Eli with AC & C LLC. He came and diagnosed my fire place and chimney and explained the condition of both of them. I felt very confident with the options that he gave me and that he was honest and provided me with choices to maintain the integrity of home for a long timeNeedless to say after listening to him educate me on the pros and cons of a fireplace not to mention the frequent rolling blackouts that we now have I was convinced that I needed a plan B in place just in case.I converted my old wood burning log fireplace to gas logs. No mess or ashes to clean up! Practically maintenance free.     Just before Januarys cold snap I had to have my thermostat replaced at the last minute. Called a couple of the big boy HVAC companys. No way. Found AC&C on NextDoor. They were able to do it in 3 hours. Very impressed with their professionalism. I will use them for all my HVAC need from now on.

    I called this company to repair an out of service fireplace and they scheduled and showed up on time. The problem was fixed professionally, making the fireplace look like new, too When the tenant didn’t understand and thought it was inoperative the next day the company came immediately and explained everything.     Eliran, Antonio and Louis did a great job installing a new HVAC unit. They had a very competitive price and their communication was excellent. They even made adjustments inside the wall to improve the draining of the inside unit, and saved me the hassle of registering the HVAC online so I can get the max warranty.Antonio was a real pro and answered all my questions as he made all the adjustments to get the new unit which was bigger than the old one to fit and drain properly. They also modified the wiring to allow for a smart thermostat.Very pleased!

    I just bought a home and the fireplace did not have any logs or a pilot light. Called ACandC and spoke with Eli. Eli came over a few hours later to take a look. Later that evening he called and gave me the costs. 24 hours later he had the fireplace looking like new. A fresh coat of paint, new logs, pilot light, and a remote to control the fire.     Elie was absolutely remarkable. Even though he had a tire go flat on him this morning, he left his truck at the tire place, and made it out here on time anyway.     After my wife and I experienced ac issues at the end of June, we thankfully found Eli who, after multiple inspections, confirmed it was time for us to replace our 11 yr old ac unit. In the face of several delays and back orders, Eli was able to get his hands on the units we needed and had his crew out to install them within 3 days for a great price.Now, after about 6 weeks later, we experienced an issue with our ac condensation pump that caused a major leak around our ac unit and water heater. Out of desperation and not knowing what to do, we called Eli late Friday night and got a call back immediately. Although he typically doesn’t work Saturdays, he purchased a new pump for us and came over first thing Saturday morning, and after spending a couple hours investigating, helped identify the root cause and rectified it.Eli is a top notch professional and really cares about his customers.     I moved into my new house and the AC wasnt working. It was above 80 degrees inside, and on top of all the other stress from moving, I suddenly had to worry about even being able to sleep comfortably. It was already 5:30pm, but AC&C was able to come out on the same evening and quickly diagnose and fix the issue (the circuits of the outdoor exhaust fans had been shut off.) The speed of the response was a lifesaver for me.

    AC&C LLC did some repair work on a gas fireplace insert in my home. It was a very old unit that hasnt been serviced in about 20 years. We had a small gas leak in one of the valves. I was debating replacing the entire unit, which would have been very expensive.AC&C replaced the valves, the gravel, the wool, repainted the inside and removed the buildup on the glass. They did it for less than half of what a new units would have cost and it now looks like new. They also did the work in a few hours.I am very pleased with the work that they did.
