I am absolutely elated with AC Amigo!!Edward the dispatcher was exceptionally courteous, caring, and efficient in scheduling my service call at the last minute after I had a very negative experience with a different company that my home warranty contracted.With Amigo, I received the highest level of professionalism and honesty. The tech Enrique was punctual, polite, and highly trained in isolating the problem, explaining the repair work needed, and cost. He then promptly replaced the part and thoroughly tested the unit to ensure it was working properly.I will be canceling my home warranty, its definitely not worth the lengthy time, broken promises, and aggravation involved.When I called AC Amigo, they renewed my trust and confidence that there is still a business that stands behind their word, work, and integrity.Thank you Amigo 🙏

Robert and everyone at AC Amigo are Great. They have helped me in the past with minor repairs. My old unit finally gave out, so I called them for replacement. Robert spent a lot of time explaining my different options in detail. He is very knowledgeable and really seems to want to get the best for you as a customer. Very honest/trustworthy based on my experiences within him the past couple of years. The two gentlemen that came for the installation also did a great job. Enrique and his colleague (I unfortunately did not get his name) spent several hours working on the installation, and at times, in my hot attic. Great results at the end.Great experience with AC amigo. I can’t thank them enough for their diligence and attention to detail. Small or big HVAC needs/repairs, I definitely recommend AC Amigo.

There is nothing more humbling than your air conditioning system going out the middle of a South Texas summer. Thankfully our air conditioning system was on a steady decline and we had already been shopping around for a new air conditioning unit when we called AC Amigo. We have previously had services in the past from AC Amigo and they had already developed a reputation with us as always being available. This time around AC Amigo made no exception! AC amigo came through for us once again and saved our summer!! Robert and his team removed our 17 year-old AC unit system and replaced it with a brand new system in one day! He and his team worked vigorously to complete the job and let me tell you what! they did it right! Previously Robert broke down our options and helped us select the right AC unit to match our budget. Robert even lent us a portable AC unit for our bedroom so that we could sleep comfortably through the night while we waited for the installation of the brand, new AC unit system. We went four days without air conditioning and it was brutal! but once that air conditioning unit system was installed, we were relieved to stay the least. I truly cannot think Robert and his team enough for helping my family and I out. If you’re looking for someone who will help you and be courteous and take their time to complete the task AC amigo is who you should go with. 10/10!!

In this Texas heat when your A/C is giving your trouble, these are the guys for the job. When I say speedy I mean speedy within 15 min they were at our home, and in the first 10 min found the problem fixed it. Very professional and respectful. Great service and for a reasonable price. Ive dealt with companies that go down a list of things that need to be replaced after they do their diagnostic and you can tell they arent there to help just take your money. Not these guys! This is the 2nd time that I have used AC Amigo and just like before, I have to give Robert a 5 star rating. My A/C stopped working yesterday afternoon. I called Robert and he responded within minutes. We set an appointment for the next morning and Robert showed up promptly at the appointed time. Just like before, he diagnosed and fixed the problem, all the while explaining what he was doing. As I have said before, I have used several A/C repairman in the past but none have been as reliable, knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and professional as Robert and A/C Amigo. I would recommend his company without any reservation.

Our AC went out on Sunday evening, Father’s Day holiday no less. Amigo AC came out to the house within the hour. Repairman explained everything and recommended parts thoroughly however did not try to upsell anything. He did the necessary and minimum repairs to get us up and running again. They do charge a 150 emergency fee however it was WELL worth it. Thanks will be a repeat costumer in the future.
