Above Improvements & Maintenance went above and beyond to service us! Not only did they come prepared to install our double oven into our cabinet. They also uninstalled our older wall oven all SAME DAY SERVICE!I called A.I.M at 9AM to help us with a last minute installation and they came ready to do the work around 1PM and finished the work in less than 3hrs, same day. They are a one stop shop service provider. They can do the entire job. Which is great because most companies can only do one thing or one step of the process. Above Improvements and Maintenance does the entire process, the entire job, for the best price. They are affordable!Level of experience: A.I.M are very experienced handymen who can do more than installs around the house. But they also have expertise in HVAC, plumbing, attic insulation, caulking, refinishing cabinets, crown molding, and appliances.Timeliness & Efficiency: They arrived on time and worked very quickly. A.I.M are very thoughtful and intentional when completing their work. They actively talk through how they plan to address every step of the process with their clients and within their team. I think that’s what makes them so efficient. They’re not just doing routine labor. They treat each service as a unique case.Pricing & Value: Above Improvements are worth the price because they are priced fairly. Their pricing makes even the most scary maintenance or home improvement feel doable and less scary. They do not nickel and dime you. Pricing is straightforward and they’re clear about what it includes. They were priced the best out of every company we called and gave more service than the other companies for the price.Communication: Above Improvements & Maintenance are very effective at communicating with clients. They’re straightforward and don’t operate on a salesy agenda. They only want to give you what you need. They won’t sale you on things you don’t just to make more. They’re good business people and if they can’t do something they’ll be honest. Instead they’ll try to connect you with someone they know who has the expertise you need.Cleanliness & Look of work: You can see in the photos that left the space cleaner than how they found it. After completing the double oven installation they cleaned up the entire workspace. You couldn’t even tell there was work that had been done. The look of the work said the same. You couldn’t even tell that they had removed the old wall oven and installed a double oven. They covered all the nails, replaced the trim, and caulked the edges to make it look seamless. Very polished work.Other points: AIM went even further and checked other things around the house that I wanted an experts opinion on. They gave me insight that I needed to address those things and even were willing to add me to their schedule for further maintenance to get those additional things addressed. We didn’t even have to pay them for an assessment.I would recommend them to anyone needing a handyman or home improvement/ maintenance. We really appreciate their help.
