They were prompt, assessed the problem and the next day I had a new HVAC unit installed and working. Very professional, polite, helpful and have reasonable prices. After dealing with several other companies over the years, this is the first time Ive felt like I was dealing with knowledgeable people who cared about their customers. They are absolutely the best and my go to from now on.

Came out within an hour of my call on a Saturday to fix our AC. Added freon to tide us over and came back exactly as scheduled to make the full repair. Knowledgeable and professional. Very fair pricing. They are my new go-to for all things AC.

Techs arrived on time and began working immediately. They tested both heating & air upon completion of installation.Toby explained warranty coverage and let me know wed get this in writing via mail. I have been working with Abernathy Air for many years, both personally and with tenant occupied properties. They have been excellent to work with, they always try to provide a solution that is workable. The techs are very accessible and easy to contact. Abernathy Air stands behind their work and products. They try to pass along details for pricing where they can to anticipate increases ahead of time. They have been such a big help to me over the years. My bedroom was hotter than the rest of the house, and i was unable to sleep comfortably. I called Abernathy Air and they were able to replace my outdated duct and it feels so much better. Their service was fast and very professional, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable AC company.

I can’t say enough good things about this company; all of my interactions have been top shelf, whether it’s hot or freezing cold! If you don’t get a response within an hour it’s because the message system didn’t communicate it properly. I have worked with this companies entity Toby and I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. I’ve trusted him to service my house when I wasn’t home, leaving a key. Not only are they reliable but they fix what’s broken not what they will get the most money for. Even in tough times they have stood the test of time.

I received Tobys card while he was completing some repairs on my parents unit, which he resolved. I called, and he was able to get me in within the week for maintenance. He gave me some guidance on how to keep my unit running well, and the price for maintenance care was reasonable. Extra plus for being understanding that I have kids running around! Ill continue to use them for any future maintenance and / or repairs.

Communication about the issues is of utmost importance to me as the property he has serviced is a rental and I am located some distance from there.
